Good catch. I joined a sister site to this, hotkinkyjo, back almost four years ago and was disappointed to see that it was streaming only. What bugged me most was that the site and the terms of service were vague and could have reasonably been interpreted as allowing downloads. I put a comment up here at PU warning prospective members and the webmaster sent a series of pretty nasty emails to me which culminated in his threatening to sue me. I'll be interested to hear if anything like that happens to you. We could be the only two guys here who have been threatened by the Russian mob!
If you're interested in this niche check out Roxy Raye. She has a lot of similar (but slightly less extreme) stuff and her site allows downloads, or at least it did the last time I joined.
(To make this worse, I avoid piracy sites but I've checked and most of the hotkinkyjo material is available there. As a paying customer, all i wanted was to be able to download the material. The webmaster's motive was avoiding piracy but he failed at that and succeeded in losing a customer.)

I'm with you on Mike Adriano. Until recently he was probably my favorite director but I find his scenes have become stale. He has it in him to be innovative but lately all his scenes, regardless of the series, look the same. I still think they're great and I download anything he puts out but I do wish he'd get his edge back.

It’s been about five years since I last reviewed this site and since it has undergone a major overhaul in that time I figured a new review would be in order. The last time I reviewed the site I scored it high based on the fact that the site is well done and the porn they offer is some of the best available (if you like this kind of porn, obviously) and they do all this at a great TBP price. I’m happy to say that none of this has changed, though I do recognize that there are a lot of complaints about the new site layout.
Evil Angel had a major site redesign a couple of years ago and many people have been critical of it. I didn’t like it mostly because it seemed to be a redesign for the sake of a redesign and added nothing to the user experience. I’m solidly opposed to change for the sake of change and that’s what the redesign felt like. But we’re now well into the new look and I’m used to it so while it was an unnecessary change it is the new reality and it takes nothing away from the amazing porn on offer. Those of us who didn’t like the new site just need to get over that opposition.
Evil Angel needs no introduction for most avid porn buyers. They are among the most prolific of active porn studios and have a long history in the business. They have a collection of some of the best directors in the business and hire the best model. Their porn covers a wide spectrum of interests but it is fair to say that in those niches they lean to the harder side of the business. This is not artcore or couples porn. Porn with the freshest models in the business is well represented here but so is transsexual and MILF porn. There are several directors that specialize in European models. One niche that is prevalent is anal sex, so if you like anal sex this site is well worth a look.
The site currently has over 2100 DVDs with close to 11,000 individual scenes. By any measure that’s a lot of porn and no one should complain about the site’s size. The site updates with the addition of at least one new scene per day though on many days an entire DVD will be uploaded. One thing that Evil Angel does that has caused some confusion is that many DVDs are released on the site before the DVD is released and those will be streaming-only until the DVD hits the streets, which is never more than a week after the upload. Once the DVD is released all the download options become available. Some members have seen this and reported that EA is a streaming-only site and this isn't accurate.
The site offers many ways to get at the porn on offer. You can sort by scene or DVD and can sort by model or director too. You can include or exclude TS scenes. Niche tags are used as well. The site offers both streaming and downloads in multiple resolutions. Downloads and streaming scenes are available in 160p (500kb/s), 240p (800kb/s), 360p (1200kb/s), 480p (1200kb/s), 540p (1800kb/s), 720p (4800kb/s) and 1080p (7000kb/s).
The last time I reviewed this site I complained that the downloads timed out. That’s still an issue but they timeout after about 20 minutes (I’m guessing) so at least knowing that allows the user to plan accordingly.
EA is part of the Fame Digital family so if you aren't familiar with them there is a caveat: save your membership confirmation email because Fame has several sites for cancelling your membership. Cancelling is easy if you have all the information they want but can be frustrating if you aren't prepared with your membership information. Save all of that on joining and you won’t have a problem.
A complaint I had the last time remains: I really wish the site offered more of their back catalogue from the 1990s and 2000s. Evil Angel has been a porn powerhouse for decades and those of us who’ve been with them that long would love access to more older titles. Assuming they still have the rights to those titles of course.
Maybe the best thing about Evil Angel is the amazing discount that TBP has negotiated with them. If you join through TBP you get a month for just $15 USD which is an incredible deal for this amount of exclusive and top-quality porn.
It’s worth mentioning that Bryan Gozzling is now a director here and has four DVDs available here. Gozzling has the well-deserved (in my opinion) reputation as being the best new director in the business. The reason this merits mention is that on his solo site, Hookup Hotshot, Gozzline has strict and restrictive download limits and those limits don’t exist at Evil Angel. HH does have some exclusive scenes and I suspect that the videos at EA are edited to remove some of the harder stuff but Gozzling fans can get a lot of his stuff here in high resolution with no download limits.
The bottom line is easy for me: I’m a regular and often recurring member here and I’m a big fan of this studio. The site would be a great value at the full cost but becomes an incredible value with the TBP discount. I highly recommend a look. |

I read the TBP reviews and all anything at PU as well. I find that in many cases the PU reviews are more thorough simply because a PU reviewer digs deeper into a site than most reviewers could or would.

I hope you're right that Mofos will see the error of their ways and allow downloads again but my worry is that this is the future and guys like us are just dinosaurs. Maybe the average under-40 porn buyer is perfectly happy with streaming only. I know I'm not. But with internet access becoming so widespread maybe streaming is the future.
I read a comment on another forum where a commenter wondered if this was a trial balloon floated by the parent company to see what the reaction would be and if Mofos survived then maybe the other sites would go streaming only too.
The only consolation I have is that I own enough porn that I could plan to watch it all starting now and probably sluff off this mortal coil before reaching the end. But for me, as a collector, it is more about getting the porn than having the porn.

I wonder how long Mofos will last with the change to streaming only. I suspect that they can last a while with former members rejoining who only discover that change after they join and then like you they'll never be back. i used to join Mofos regularly but like you I won't be back.

Thanks for the tip. I've been a member at Facefucking.com aka facial abuse a few times and maybe its time I checked it out again. A big difference between Facefucking.com and Hookup Hotshot is the quality of the models. i find that FF often has less attractive women. So far, HH has been over the top with hot models.

I have no idea what, if any, affiliation exists between Met Art and Club Met Art but aside from that question the obvious question is why would anyone join CMA when MA is larger and cheaper due to the TBP discount?
When I reviewed Met Art a while ago I scored it high objectively because it is a great site and offers great material. But subjectively it really wasn’t a site that offered what I like. I like hardcore videos and Met Art is more softcore than I prefer. Club Met Art is essentially the same but smaller.
The site currently has 600 photo sets, 1200 videos and features 320 different models. Most of the models are Eastern European and Russian, all are stunningly beautiful and the common look is young and petite. You won’t find a lot of tattoos and silicone on this site.
The photo sets and videos are either solo or lesbian though the solo stuff is much more frequent. One thing I really like is that many of the scenes and photo sets are shot outdoors.
The videos are all relatively short with the longest hitting 10 minutes. The oldest videos on the site date from 2004 so you can’t expect 2016 resolutions and bitrates from them. The newest videos are available in several sizes. There are lower resolution DivX/AVI and WMV files offered and then there are MP4s in 270p, 360p, 720p and 1080p. I downloaded the 1080p files and the bitrates are a bit lower than I’d expect of a site like this. The highest bitrates only hit 5,000kb/s with most lower than that. The videos are updated but not on a regular schedule. It does look like that there is a new video added approximately every three or four days.
Oddly, the photo sets only date back to 2015. The good news is that means that the photos are all available in three resolutions: high (5616x3744), medium (1365x2048) and low (682x1024). The photo sets seem to update daily with the addition of three or four sets added each day.
The site supports download managers and I had no problem with links timing out. I saw average download speeds.
The site doesn’t have a search function but uses tags. The tags aren't consistent though.
A minor annoyance for me is that on the video page the scenes are named for the scene and the model name isn't given there. You have to open the scene link to determine who the model is. Also, on the model page there is no easy way to tell if the link is to a video or photo set.
Apart from the fact that this isn't porn I’d normally collect the site is decent and is growing. The only reason that I wouldn’t recommend joining if you like this kind of porn is because the Met Art itself, where all of the Club Met Art material comes from, is larger and less expensive. With that factored in, CMA isn't a good value. |

An interesting review of an unusual site.
Two years ago I joined a similar site called Naked Gym Girls and my reaction was mostly like your reaction to this site. The only difference was that I joined NGG to get additional stuff from two models I was (or still am) obsessed with. Like you I thought the site probably wasn't worth it for anyone casually dropping in.

I agree that the price is right. I think what detracted from the site a bit for me was that I wasn't aware that there would be so much overlap with other sites. Because of this I had a lot of the stuff already.

I agree with you on the resolutions being improved. When I first joined only streaming was permitted and it seemed that the listed specs were much higher than what I was really seeing. I'm glad that was improved. The biggest improvement I hope to see in the future is the download limit being lifted or at least raised.

I'd ordinarily agree that the download limit would be a deal breaker but I'll make an exception in this case since the porn is amazing. As I noted in the review, Gozzling is now with Evil Angel too and his titles overlap there so that's a way to download the scenes. And EA has a TBP discount too.

Writing an objective review of this site will be difficult for me because since I first joined it four months ago it has become my favorite site and Bryan Gozzling, the director, star and presumably, site owner, is currently my favorite director.
Maybe an explanation of my interest in this site will help readers decide if this site is worth considering a membership. Uttering the name Max Hardcore isn't done in polite company but whatever Max became, in his heyday he pushed boundaries and made some amazing porn. Yes, in his later years he became nasty and his porn was degrading solely for the purpose of being degrading. I say that because I think Bryan Gozzling is the spiritual successor to the best of what Max Hardcore used to be: edgy, rough (but consensual), playful and fun. If your only memories of Max is in his later years then be assured that Gozzling isn’t like that.
The scenes all follow the same setup: Bryan is texting with a girl on a dating site and she comes over to his house for sex. The models are all known porn stars and are all young (18-19) and they’re dressed in girly clothes and accessories to accentuate their youth. All are petite and natural but many have tattoos. There is a good preview available so you can see all the models and make your own choice if they’re to your liking. Many of the scenes have a brief shot of the girl walking in public dressed like that.
The production values are great for a site that’s small and doesn’t appear to be affiliated with a larger network. The lighting and editing are good. (A personal preference of mine is less editing than is used here. I prefer to see the stars swap into different positions but here there is an edit and the scene switches to the new position. I’ll concede that since the sex is fairly rough the model may need a break though.)
The sex is definitely not for those who prefer couples porn: it is rough and hard. There is face-fucking and often f-on-m rimming. Gozzling seems to be into spit play and when his face-fucking causes a lot of spit he’ll usually scoop it up and rub it over the girl’s body and face. Anal sex happens in about a quarter of the scenes. With the rough sex and spit play the girls end up pretty messy at the end of the scene for the facial. The average scene length is about an hour though there are some that stretch longer than that.
The site currently has 46 scenes available and updates with the addition of one scene per week. Recently Gozzling added a BTS scene but that wasn’t counted as an update. My preference would be to see more BTS scenes added.
The site’s major flaw is that it has a pretty harsh download limit. You can only download five scenes per month. And it appears that the scenes are only available for streaming for a while as well. Currently the newest scene available for download is about a month old. The downloads are available in at least three resolutions: 480p, 720p and 1080p. Many are also available in 4K. The streaming is available in those same resolutions. Bitrates for the downloads are a bit lower than I’d like to see with the best coming in at 5,500kb/s. Many come in as low as 2,200kb/s. The good news is that however the scenes are encoded they aren't pixilated as you might expect at these low bitrates.
While the download limit is big issue and a likely deal-breaker for many, it is a step in the right direction. Back when I initially joined four months ago no downloads were allowed. Maybe as the site gets more established Gozzling will allow more downloads.
Photos are available too, but only as singles. But to be fair, this really isn't a photo site.
Download managers work but with only five downloads per month available this really doesn’t add anything.
There isn't a TBP discount listed but when I rejoined I did so through TBP and the regular price is listed as $30 with a discount price of $15. If TBP hasn’t flagged this as a discount then I’m guessing that the $15 price is available to everyone. And without downloads readily available, $15 is a more realistic price. (And maybe a solution in the future will be a two-tiered subscription with unlimited downloads being available.) I once joined through the trial and can confirm that it’s a full trial though I don’t know how downloads are permitted in the trial.
One thing to note is that Gozzling has recently signed on to Evil Angel and has several titles there now. The EA scenes are from his HH site so that may be an option for downloads too.
I definitely recommend this site to anyone who likes this kind of porn. The models are hot, the scenes are well shot (if a little over-edited), the sex is intense and the site is easy to use. If it wasn’t for the download limit I’d score this site much higher, definitely in the mid-90s. This is a site I’ll stay with for a long time. |
