I will never understand why Bang Bros uses these shady tactics. They have a decent site, some great porn and they offer a great value for members. But like you I'm always amazed at the lengths they go to to swindle their paying members. I've learned to treat their webpage like a minefield, making sure to only click on those scenes that I know are part of what I paid for. And how did I learn that this is necessary? By getting burned. The worst thing that happened was that I once opened an email offer from them and clicked on the link to have a look at a new site they had. Or so I thought. That one click to open the link caused me to become a member because they had my credit card info on file.
Grrrr...
What bugs me most is that THEY DON'T NEED TO DO THIS TO MAKE MONEY!!!

This site seemed to have a lot of things I look for in porn so I recently opted to join. I like scenario-based porn (but not plot-based) and I prefer young and petite models. The site definitely offers those. The fact that it is affiliated with Team Skeet was a plus too.
All of the scenes offer scenarios that play well into the ‘BFF’ theme with playful 18+ models in setups that include carwashes, sports, slumber parties, etc. Yes, some of these can be repetitive but when done right they still work. This is porn after all. This site offers a lot of material for people who like group all-girl scenes as about half are this. The remaining scenes throw a guy or two into the mix for some hardcore sex.
The scenes use a similar practice that sites like In the VIP use, namely that while each scene here has at least four girls usually only two of them engage in sex. The others usually get naked too.
The site currently has 57 scenes available. I think this is good value if you join through TBP (for the discount) and while the site is updating it doesn’t update as often as many other sites. The site started in 2012 and I’d normally expect a four-year-old site to have more scenes available. The update schedule has been a bit irregular in the past but they seem to have settled into one update every two weeks.
Probably the biggest negative on the site is that there is a wide chasm between the available resolutions. The top resolution is 1980x1280, 12000kb/s and 29fps and those look great, but the file size averages around 4GB and some top out at over 6GB. That requires a lot storage. I usually look for a compromise between resolution and file size and often that’s found in 1280x720 but on BFFs the next lowest resolution is a pretty dramatic drop down to 960x540, 3000kb/s, 29fps. The next step is even lower at 640x360, 1000kb/s, 29,fps. This is purely speculative, but I wonder if the site sees their members as either wanting as high a resolution as possible OR something they can watch on their phones.
To make the file size / resolution issue even more cloudy is the fact that the file sizes between the top and the middle quality isn't always that much different on the older files. If the top quality file is 4GB then the middle might be 2GB. That is still a lot of data but it isn't reflected in the resolution or bitrate. The 960x540 files look like you’d expect but they take up a lot more hard drive space than you’d expect for those specs. That issue does appear to have been resolved in the past year or so. The 960x540 scenes are now encoded so that they have file sizes more in line with the specs. (Though I really do wish they offered 1080p.)
This probably isn’t a negative for everyone, but I catalogue my collection by model name and here all of the models are uncredited. If I’m looking for scenes by a specific model in my collection I can find them pretty quickly. This normally isn’t an issue because in almost 20 years of porn collecting every site or DVD I’ve ever had lists the models. BFFs is the only site I can think of that doesn’t list the models in the scenes. That makes no sense to me and I wonder why the stars (many of whom are A-list models) would want to be uncredited.
The site has no search function and doesn’t use tags. Finding a niche you’re interested in is a matter of luck. And speaking of niches, my favorite one is unknown here. It appears that when a young lady is hanging out and fooling around with her friends that anal play or anal sex isn't on the menu.
Recommending this site is tough as it does more wrong than it does right. The porn is great and a lot of fun to watch but the site lets the porn down. The site has no real organization to it and no way to look for anything specific. That it doesn’t even credit the talent is unusual, baffling and annoying. The lack of compromise with file resolutions is another annoyance. I’d recommend the site as a one-time join for someone interested in the overall theme but I with only two updates a month I can’t see hanging around for long. |

Thanks for posting this. This site has been on my radar for a while but I've never joined. I really like the old/young niche so I suspect that based on your review I may finally take the plunge. I wish more US sites offered porn in this niche. Jurassic Cock is no longer updating and Blue Pill Men only updates occasionally.

I reviewed this site four years ago and scored it high because at the time when you joined through TBP/PU you got all the upgrades for free. And four years ago the resolutions they offered were more in line with the industry standard. It's sad to see what was once a great company turn to scamming paying members just to stay alive.

I’m a fan of studio sites because I find that if I like the studio then I’m apt to like a lot of the material they make available. A good example of this is New Sensations, which I join regularly simply because they offer a lot of porn in the niches I like. I wasn’t really familiar with Arch Angel Video when I joined so I took a bit of a chance. I don’t regret joining, but for those who may be contemplating a membership there are a few factors you’ll definitely want to know about.
The porn is high-quality and it falls right into the zone where many studios also aim. I guess if you offer something for everyone you’re apt to get more customers. The production values are high, with professional lighting, sound and editing. The models are mostly A-list and all the porn aims for the mainstream where it isn't intentionally misogynistic and the women are the stars of the scenes (rather than sites where the males tend to want to make themselves the center of attention).
The site layout is simple and logical. It’s the model used by many other sites: the main site is broken down into pages and each of the pages shows a DVD box cover. Each DVD opens into a separate page with the scenes shown with performer information, a brief description and tags. This may be just a pet peeve, but there are no download or streaming options on this page. Each scene must be selected and that opens into yet a third page with all the viewing options. This is definitely a pet peeve, and one I’ll always complain about: the scene begins streaming automatically as soon as you open the link. Be sure to turn your speakers down.
Once at a scene page the viewer has a lot of options available. There are photos and screencaps available. Oddly, for 2016, the scenes are available as a series of clips too. Streaming and downloading both are available in four resolutions: 240p, 480p, 720p and 1080p. I downloaded the 720p scenes and they are 1080x720, 6000kb/s and 30fps. Those are good specs and the scenes look good on a 24” monitor and a 50” TV.
This isn't a pro or con, but the site does feature a lot of MILF/big breast porn for those who are into that. It’s a higher percentage than on other studio sites. But don’t worry if you’re like me; there are still lots of young and petite models too. Interracial scenes are fairly common too, and many of those play up the “big black cock” stereotype.
The site isn't without some serious drawbacks, with the two big ones being related. First, the site is small with only 25 DVDs currently on offer. Second, it seems destined to stay small since the last update was five weeks ago at the end of May, 2016. I looked at the Arch Angel Productions list at IAFD and they are a small studio but I can’t tell if they are still actively making new porn or not. To be safe, you may want to consider that if you join what you see is all of what you get and all of what you’ll ever get.
A secondary drawback to the site is that there is no TBP discount offered. With just 25 DVDs available this isn't a great value at $30.
The site supports download managers. (I use IDM and queue scenes for downloads.) I didn’t have an issue with links timing out and download speeds were good.
The bottom line is that while the site offers some great porn with some of the best models in the business, and offers that porn across several popular niches, the fact that the site seems to have died on the vine makes it hard to recommend unless there is specific porn here that you must have. Even then, you’ll pay full price for it which makes it an okay value. A TBP discount would make it a much better value. |

There is a thread on another adult video site that seems to have been started by Bang Bros itself where they ask members to give them suggestions as to how to improve their site. I haven't read anything on the thread in a while but when I last read it there were maybe ten pages of comments and I was really surprised to see that not one reply mentioned their questionable billing practices. I've said this before, but with a network this large and the porn this good I wonder why they have these kinds of practices. I'm sure a fairly high percentage of PU members have their own stories of BB scams. I know I do...

Lubed is a relatively new niche site from the Porn Pros people. The title and tag line of the site describe it well: this is wet sex with water, lube or oil creating a sexy sheen on some of the hottest models working today. The scenes don’t really have much of a set-up to them, which I usually find to be a negative, but in this case the models and the sex are so hot that I’m willing to forego the sexual tension of a good set-up.
Being new, the site is relatively small, with 19 scenes currently available. The site updates regularly with one new scene being added each week. It’s a valid complaint that the site is really a bit too small to command the full price of a much larger site for now. It seems that Porn Pros has been creating these niche sites and selling them as separate sites rather than bundling them with their network or with other niche sites. I can complain about that business model, but the fact that I bought a membership to this and several other of the PP niche sites means that this business model does work.
The site is well laid out, though with fewer than 20 scenes it would be hard to screw that up. There are 12 scenes per page with each having a medium-sized thumbnail. The scene name is listed, as is the name of the female talent.
Speaking of the models, there is some variation in body types. While guys like me who prefer 18+ petite waifs will be pleased with models like Piper Perri and Rebel Lynn, members who prefer fuller-figured models like Keisha Grey will also have some scenes to enjoy.
Given the messy nature of the scenes, many of them are shot partly or completely outdoors. Pools and hot tubs also work as sets. If you like that sort of thing, this site will have an added allure for you.
The scenes are all exclusive and all are well shot and edited. Many outdoor scenes can get washed out in bright sunlight but these folks obviously have the talent and equipment to make outdoor scenes look good.
Each scene opens into its own page where there are many options to stream or download the video. Streaming is available as HD or “standard.” I don’t stream so I can’t comment on the quality of each of those. One bit of good news is that the scene doesn’t start streaming automatically as with so many other sites. Downloads are available in 5 different MP4 resolutions and one resolution each for MPG and WMV. The MP4 resolutions are:

I’m open to correction on this, but the framerate is double what I’m used to seeing and the bitrates seem much higher than those used in scenes of comparable resolution on other sites. If you like MP4 files you’ll definitely find a good compromise between file size and picture sharpness here.
Photos are available too. Screencaps are available as singles only and are 1280x674. Photos are available as singles or a zip and both come in at 1125x1500.
There is a simple search function but given the size of the site that really isn't a selling feature yet. For people like me who like anal scenes, I can report that there are currently only three of those (Angel Smalls, Alice March and Keisha Grey).
The bottom line is that this is a great and growing site that could really be improved with a lower price to reflect its small size or to have it bundled with a few other smaller sites to give better value at least until it grows. The porn itself is top-quality in every way: the models are hot, the sex is hot, the production values are high and the site is well laid out and offers many options. I certainly recommend that anyone who likes wet scenes like this check it out and weigh the value using your own scale. I’m certainly not disappointed that I joined. |

I've been getting a recurring monthly membership because when I joined I only planned on staying a month but I liked it so much that I haven't cancelled and then I forgot to see if an annual membership was a better deal, which is obviously is. I think I'll cancel my monthly membership and take out an annual. I should pay more attention to details...

I wondered about the specs of the scenes. i use 1080 and some of those are definitely lower than that. I figured that the 4K scenes were probably over-rated too. I know I should be mad, but the porn here is so good I'll forgive them. But I do wish they'd allow more downloads or a tiered membership. I'd pay more to download more.

I agree, but I think I'm part of the problem. I've joined several of these Porn Pros mini-sites knowing that they'd be small with few updates but did it anyway. So as much as I dislike this model with enough fools like me to make it worthwhile they'll continue to pop up.
And like you, I like the looks of what this site has to offer.

Agreed. This place has saved me money and allowed me to more confident that I know exactly what I'm getting when I join a site. I like the 'professional' reviews but it is usually a site member who is able to drill deep into a site and find the quirks. That's the real value here. That and the civilized tone.
