One of them only allows streaming while another allows both streaming and downloads. I paid the additional amount for downloads but when I went into the site and tried to download I was told I now had to buy additional 'tokens.' I cancelled my membership and contacted the site but have yet to receive a response. I also contacted CCBill to ask for a refund but they have yet to respond to me too.
