The scores might not reflect it but Grooby Archives has steadily been my favorite transsexual site
The downloads are high quality
The videos and pictures are equally impressive
The search works exactly how you expect it to
It is one of the only transsexual sites that puts out consistently good to great scenes
It is easy to find what you are looking for including niches |

As with any genre, the same thing, scene to scene can get repetitive
I don't know if they ever plan on making scenes more focused on transsexuals with women but I would like to see more |

I have joined Grooby Archives at least 15 times according to my email account. There are months.where I am not feeling a certain genre or niche but there's always Grooby Archives to fix that.
The Grooby sites are all impressive. The sites work, the download options are very good and on the higher end They hold themselves to high, respectful standards when filming transsexuals. You can see that best on Grooby Archives, scenes from their different sites all show a consistent high standard.
My favorite two niches within the transsexual genre are solo and with women. I could not ever put a set number or percentage I would like to see of those niches, but there are some scenes of those niches and I end up opening my mind to other niches they offer.
I have talked before about how much I like the Grooby style of photographing the transsexual models. Besides obvious respect, there is a focus on making the transsexual models look as real and believable as possible. I would even say showing that the transsexuals are just normal people which I believe will help the future of transsexual porn.
The direction of the scenes are specific and you can see that. The scripting does seem to be aimed towards bringing out a more sexual and sensual side of the models. I would even apple and orange compare Grooby to hetero sites, where the direction helps younger female models feel more comfortable and sexy. I have to think transsexuals, in general, feel oversexualized even in porn.
You see a lot of poise, genuine smiles and even having fun on Grooby sites.
The scenes are straightforward. The picture sets show this better than just the videos. The models, almost all, start fully dressed and they are able to explore what they believe is sexy and you can see how happy it makes them and how much it turns them on.
There are scenes of nearly all niches in the transsexual genre and most are worth watching even if it's not your favorite niche in the genre. The models do seem to over perform in some scenes, kind of like overachieving but I believe that's because of how comfortable and aroused they are.
Most of my cons or complaints are just based on what I would like to see more of. I am going to have those same complaints whether it's straight, gay or transsexual porn. I believe one day transsexual porn will be more mainstream and we will all wonder why it took so long.
I would not only recommend it to transsexual fans but also for a good introduction to transsexual porn. |

Consistent updates - 18 a week - updated weekly
Years of archives, all easily accessible, all work
Good navigation by model name, alphabetical order, top rated list, etc
Grooby quality - in almost all their sites, they run a tight ship - everything's going to work well, including the deep archives
Variety of models - the models come from a variety of their sites - Brazilian Transexuals, Grooby Girls, LadyboyLadyboy, Black T-Girls, Shemale Yum - usually, there are 3 Brazilian sets, 1 of which is t-girl/t-girl, 3-5 ladyboy sets, 5 Black model sets, 5 white model sets per week.
I like their suggestions - if you find a model or set you like, the site if very good at suggesting other sets for you that you will also like. |

The presentation is very plain, for the most part - the model(s) will be in a hotel room posing, usually starting out clothed, then stripping and playing with herself, showing you her ass, etc, then cumming. There aren't much in the way of production values, there's not a tremendous variety of types of locations, rarely any story or scenario, a lot of models are completely quiet through most of the scene. |

The # of updates and depth of the archives is the selling point of this site, to me. Even if you were only interested in ladyboy models, 5 scenes per week is a good update rate for most sites and you get 13 other scenes as well. Personally, it's the Brazilians and Asian models for me, for the most part, but with the depth of the archives, you will have early scenes of most of who have become popular trans star performers here, because no company has produced a fraction of the trans content that Grooby has. To be honest, the only Grooby site that I've every had regrets about joining was their Japanese site because the last time I joined, I found it to be all retreads. Other than that, Grooby is producing tons of trans porn material - most of which is, as I described above, very basic - model in a hotel room playing with herself. The question is whether you find the models attractive or not. The site makes it very easy to browse before joining so you wouldn't be buying a pig in a poke. |
