I have been charged the 19.95 and still have not been able to log in. None of my messages to customer support have been answered and when I try looking up my account I get an error. Yet somehow they managed to get the charging my credit card part right. I am still waiting for a response and hoping that they do not continue charging me after this billing cycle. I will post any changes that occur in regards to this problem. This evening I checked my credit card statement and it appears that the charge has been removed per my request and hopefully this was just a misunderstanding or glitch.
