Other than e-mail, which usually proves fruitless, I see no other means to conveniently do this on the ‘Vxnbill’ homepage other than contacting you via “Live Chat or Telephone”. I personally find this approach to be both unprofessional and duplicitous at best. To be clear, my issue is not with you personally. As a customer service representative it’s your job, one that is certainly plagued with its own set of difficulties and I get that. My hat’s off to you for your fortitude. But, you must understand that my time is valuable to me, as I am sure yours is to you and I do not appreciate being goaded into wasting another 10 minutes of my day politely enduring the fruitless attempts at selling me some “fantastic deal” in the hopes that I should stay. There are a multitude of reasons that one might cancel ones membership beyond the financial ones. If you’ve been a member of Blacked, Blacked Raw, Tushy, Tushy Raw or Vixen recently you may want to check your credit card statement. I’m not entirely sure what happened but I thought it was worth mentioning this in case it happened to anyone else and they haven’t noticed it yet. I took one month memberships to Blacked, Tushy and Tushy Raw on December 21. I was billed through VXNBill for all three. I cancelled all three memberships successfully before they rebilled. I was not rebilled on January 21 for any of the sites. Today I checked my credit card and saw that I was billed for three memberships through VXNBill. One was for $120 and the other two were for $100. Those charges showed up on the 20th and 21st (today) of February. I didn’t join any sites in the past few days. I haven’t even visited these sites since my memberships expired. I checked my email and I had confirmations for signing up to the three sites I had previously joined for six-month memberships. I contacted VXNBill and they were really helpful. They aren’t sure what happened but I wasn’t given a lot of pushback on cancelling the memberships and being promised a refund. The charge for today hadn’t gone through so they assured me that would be withdrawn before it got posted to my card. I’m not sure what happened. It seems unlikely that my card itself was hacked. In the past when my card gets hacked it gets used for consumer goods in far-away places. It seems unusual that if my card was hacked that whoever did it would buy memberships in my name. The confirmation emails didn’t include passwords so it is possible that there was a site hack. I haven’t cancelled the card yet but I will be checking it several times per day for the next while. If you’ve been a member of Blacked, Blacked Raw, Tushy, Tushy Raw or Vixen recently you may want to check your card just in case. (I mentioned Vixen and Tushy because they are part of the same parent company though they aren’t implicated in my case.) I’ve joined the site several times in the past and have always been billed through Epoch. This time when I joined I was billed through VXN Bill. When I went to cancel there was no automated process to do so. I could have sent an email but I opted to use the chat function instead. My request was answered quickly but then went dead after I gave them the required information. I started over and was successful. The whole process, including the failed first attempt was about 30 minutes long. I’m disappointed to see that Blacked Raw isn’t using Epoch any more. I should add that this was my experience with Tushy and Tushy Raw as well. All were billed through VXN instead of the usual Epoch.
