It would be indeed "cross-sale" and "special offer" if checkbox is NOT pre-checked (like reputable sites and processors like CCBill do). If it is pre-checked, I name it swindling; sure, you can invent your own names. BTW, I'm pretty sure that my issuing bank will side with me in disputing this charge if I will ever fail to notice such small print (on payment page I was selecting some specific price, and was charged a different one, with amount actually being charged being NEVER shown to me; that should be enough for bank, VISA or court to revert this charge and put fines as well as punitive damages to processor and/or merchant). IMO, as a porn customer, quality downloadable video encourages me to buy a company's DVD's. These things aren't mutually exclusive. On the other hand, a website that is obviously set up just to sell over the counter product is a real turn off. My 2 cents.

OK, I checked out the trial: it's now $1.00 for one day.
Yes: the trial seems to be "full": videos are downloadable, and there is no DRM. + there is no regional pricing, I payed 0.84 euros.
A good value trial.
