As for the ass slapping... Sigh...there are countless videos that I refused to watch simply because the male actor(s) are douches. I hate it when stuff like: "yeah suck my dick" is thrown around in a rough voice, I hate it when they abuse the girl and when they act like they are king of the world. You are there to facilitate some other guy imagining himself in your place, so shut up and be unobtrusive... at least that's my opinion on male models..

I think the economic downturn has really hit the porn industry. Seems like a lot of sites are either dying or no longer updating, much more than what was happening in the past.

Zemani is quite an average site in my opinion and I share the feeling of the reviewer.
The best thing about it is the models. A lot of them are really cute, have a natural feeling and most of them aren't pornly-shaved : it's nice to see a bit of pubic hair from time to time ;)
The biggest downside is the pictures' quality. They really need to improve in that department : a lot of weird sets & many blurry pictures (and no, not an artist blur).
Don't join for the videos either : you'll easily forget them after seeing them.

I'd go along with Drooler that a model's acting ability adds or detracts from the value of the scene.
The idea that the quiz reflects the person's view of acting is nice.
I would add that the quiz also reflects the person's appetite or style of eating: when you watch a porn clip, do you shovel it into your mouth and wait for it to digest, or do you go for gourmet style, and try to appreciate the different elements of the scene?
Most porn is better viewed with your eyes closed and your brain turned off.

Does MPL studios still not support download managers? I think I read horror stories about them canceling accounts if people used download managers or something. Are you a current member Drooler? And if so do you recommend the website based on the sets you've seen in the last few months?

I don't necessarily mind remakes or sequels. I've seen a couple that were pretty good and some that were better. It's true that sometime Hollywood doesn't know when to stop. I'm dating myself here but although Jaws is a classic. I stillenjoyed Jaws 2. The problem is that they made 2 others after Jaws 2.
Another big problem is that if you decide to remake a classic. Why do you have to rewrite the entire script. It's a remake so all you need to do is modernize the story or alter parts that no longer make sense. There are quite a few geniuses in Hollywood who think they can re-invent the light bulb. They can't even screw one in so you can forget the rest.

Thanks Drooler for reviewing my site. It's only 4 months old (it launched April 1st, not in February which was the original hoped-for launch date), so it's got a long way to go. I've been doing more live shows (which are free at the moment for everyone to see on hollysangelslive.com), and we are archiving each show (which is an hour long) into two half hour updates, plus a gallery of photos which I often take during the show. Soon all of these archived videos and stills will go up on hollysangelslive.com which will become a member's site, but will be free with hollyrandall.com (and vice versa). I'm also working on building up my fetish material, and even launching a separate fetish site, that will also be free with hollyrandall.com and hollysangelslive.com. It's true that I do love to shoot all different kinds of niche content, so in my site's infancy it may seem a little scattered, but hopefully as I build up my archive of material there will eventually be a substantial amount of each different niche to satisfy each individual fetish. I hate to limit myself to one particular thing and I really like to put myself out there to experiment with creating a variety of material. This is my first time going out on my own, so I am learning as I go, and I appreciate everyone's feedback, positive or negative. I have so many more ideas in store, and I'm a very hard worker, so hopefully the site will only continue to grow and improve! :)

hehe - OK...to be slightly more lucid:
I never look at the jpg content of a site online if I can help it. In fact - I often turn off image display in my browser to speed up pages and keep my cache nice and clean. Simply download the zips and look ath thumbnails using ACDSee. As the meercat wouldsay - "simples" (sorry - it's a UK thing)!

Apart from linking to the full image, thumbnails should help users decide whether they are interested in a picture or not. I agree that automatic cropping is useless for this purpose.
I've never seen it in an adult site but there's a technique that combines resizing and cropping to get a different type of thumbnails: you first crop to the significant part of an image (a human has to decide which part for each image) and then resize to the final thumbnail size. The resulting human-cropped thumbnail would make sense because it would help users choose images much better than a mere resize.
If you take the usual set at sites like Twistys, there's usually little difference between a photo and the next. It would be interesting to see this technique used to highlight those differences via the thumbnails so users would be able to tell whether the model is covering her breast or pinching her nipple; pointing at her pussy or actually fingering it; just smiling or actually licking her lips. And so on. You rarely get this level of detail with a mere resize.
In fact, if you look at the free preview galleries around the net of Twistys and similar sites, you'll see they use this technique in order to leave as little blank space in the page as possible. The ones I've seen, resize the portrait ones and use this technique for the landscape ones.

Another site that does this is Mac and Bumble, or they did the last time I was on it. I don't think it was so much your fault as you may think. Penthouse's join page says, "One month access" for the join price with no asterisks or small print. One month access should mean for the next 30 days you have access to the site since you paid for 1 month access. Also don't see anything in their terms of service about it.

I really hate when sites do this. They do this for two reasons. One being they figure if you are canceling now than obviously they will not get any more of your so why give you more content. Secondly, if people realize that canceling early will discontinue their access immediately than they may be less likely to cancel in advance. Thus, people will be more likely to forget or miss the timing and end up paying for an additional month. Either way I feel it is a sneaky practice.

We've made many improvements to the site, some of which I believe address the issues you raised in your review:
1. more images per gallery
Although our site favors quality over quantity, we are increasing the number of images per gallery. For example, our recent updates range from 30-60 images high resolution images (1200, 2000 and 4000 pixels), with an average of approx 42 images/gallery.
2. more frequent updates
We are now updating the site at least 2x week - every tuesday and friday. We now list the dates under each cover image on the 'updates' page of our free tour, so everyone can see exactly when the site is updated. We've added 9 updates in the most recent month.
3. "If you appreciate artistic nude photography, you might like it."
Absolutely! x-art.com caters to those who have an eye for great photography, and an interest in quality artistic and erotic photography. Of course, the beautiful models are a plus. :-)

Sounds like these people stole an idea from the amusement park people on the whole fast tracking thing. Haven't heard of this on a porn site before. On one hand, it seems like an interesting little perk. On the other, you know the update is coming anyway so why pay for "earlier" access other than the free fast tracks you get. I guess it sounds more like an innocent gimmick to me than a porn paradigm shifter.
