Good review, Denner, even though we don't agree - especially about the models, nearly all of whom I really like. However, I actually like that this site divides opinion; it makes me feel that there is something different to it, as opposed to a couple of slightly banal high profile sites I've been visiting lately.
BTW the update calendar shows each day's update as you hover over the day, and can get straight to the download by clicking on it. But agree that the navigation, although much improved since I joined, can be a little idiosyncratic.
I no longer feel quite so alone, Denner! After all those rave reviews I was starting to doubt my taste! :-) I think this is one of those sites you either love or hate and who can say who's right and who's wrong. Nice review.
very weird ! I just tried it 5 mn ago with my own credit card, and just after processing, I've been redirected to a page saying my payment has been accepted.

now it's 14.95€ for european fellows, 14.95USD for american, and accordingly to CCbill for the rest of the world from 15 to 20USD.

To be honest, 15€ should be the regular price, I lowered it to 15USD for american fellows since the dollar is now so low comparing to the euro, but I can't maintain a 15USD/10€, I won't earn money doing so, with affiliates taking 50% plus my charges, and models I have to pay.
Honestly I would love to be able to offer a 5€/month if I'm sure to have 3 times (or more :) more customers, but it's not the case.
When I lowered the price 50%off for US, I hardly have 20% more customers. Meaning I loose money doing a rebate :( sad.
$40 for a year! Shit. I got a year's subscription back in Nov. for twice that much. It does include the VIP pics and vids (mostly that's "toys added" -- but, you never know!).
I think their vids are pretty good. Some are kind of dull, but I like Aneta Smrhova, etc. And Marie P (Maria at LSG); she gets into doggy position and goes "woof-woof!" (Pant-pant.)
The pics are grainy sometimes :-(
And sometimes the cropping ("head scalping" would be more to the point) and that watermark are a big bother. But I thought $80 per year was pretty reasonable for a year-long shot at some goodies. And I rationalized: really 13 months since I'd been away, so $6.15 per. And they've got Lucy Lee! I just adore that girl.

FYI I'm now getting up to 430Kbps. I've changed the review. I still don't recommend the site though. I would if they'd do all of the photos at 3000px, did longer videos, and had things better organized and labeled.
The videos are "companions" of the photoshoots in content, but they're in different sections of the site (photos mostly through the models index).
The download speed difference might have to do with our respectively locations in relation to the site. We've seen this kind of thing before. I'll try asking them if they can fix that on my end, and if they do, I'll change the review. Might be a day or so as I'm in a time squeeze at the moment (life happening).
I noticed the same thing with the dearth of HC vids. Just a bj maybe somewhere, but no vids of genial genitalia. They still put out a fair amount of HC pics, but I like my HC in vid format.
Took a chance on JizzBomb, which is actually part of a large New Sensations network. I thought it was OK for the $14.95 TBP discount. Mind you, some of the download links on some of the sites don't work, though. I get around it by letting them stream fully then grabbing them out of my temporary internet files folder. Just sort by "last accessed" and the vid will be at the end of the list.
Sorry, I don't have any 3D links. I guess you mean the 3D comics, which is one of the company sites. Looks like perhaps real people posed and then they rendered things in 3D with a comic look, but I can't be sure.
I once got into a 3D softcore flick called "Love in 3D" when I was underage. It was before checking ID for things became so common in the US. It was pretty wild visually, and had a funny scene. This girl tossed her panties from a balcony during foreplay. They flew throught the air and then hit this old lady in the face. Pier999 is a curious mix of things now. I need to add that in Feb., they no longer put a "P" in front of the licensed stuff. There's 9-10 licensed/non-exclusive galleries in Feb. so far, BTW, but only far-ranging and frequent porn surfers would be able to tell, I suppose. The Pier999 quality is nice for those non-exclusive sets. The colors are vivid.
But the vids, as you say, are slim pickin's. I just downloaded and viewed their latest of my hearthrob, Evelyn Lory, and for a vid at 472x376, it looked nice on my 1024x768 monitor. She has this way of gushing when she smiles that just melts me in my chair. But there need to be more frequent vid updates, with hardcore scenes like the one of Liliane Tiger getting it from the back, belly-flat on the crisp whites!
But I still don't get what's up with the Pier999 team. Why not just make all of the pics 2000px? Last year, they had a survey asking about that. Occasional licensed content isn't the solution!
And they tout themselves as honest, but their notice of "New 2000 Pixels" is going to come off as a deception to people expecting at least all of the new stuff to be that size.

Yes and their vid section gives quality screencaps and little sneak previews of the large file videos. Personally, I don't mind "painted ladies", although some of them are out of hand.
My score Denner is more based on photos because that is what I'm most interested in. A score based on videos might be lower because there aren't as many, although they are very high quality.

If you like Pier999, you might want to have a look at www.topmiss.com. It's got a great collection of softcore photography of Eurobabes, mostly to all exclusive. Pics are in a variety of sizes, to 3000px, each gallery.
There are a couple of pitfalls: no zips, so collecting is a chore. And it's in French (Mon Dieu!), so it helps to be passably literate for porn purposes.
But since you're in Europe anyway and the site is Euro-currency based, I thought I'd mention it.
I've been a member, the weak dollar be damned. PU won't allow a review, though, 'cause it's not an English site.
From what I remember it was maybe 1 or 2 sets that you couldn't access unless you were a recurring member, but they did let you see the cover of the set to entice you, but the ones they had didn't really interest me enough to stay another month. I guess they are trying to create a reason to stay, though the content is quite good on its own. I loved the Eve Angel material and Anetta Keys material they had.
Sorry about the delay, if I remember correctly the Private ones were ones that are for members that have recurring memberships. But I don't remember them having much in those that impressed me enough to stay. The site is great, but I didn't see it as a site to stay for more than month, then I will come back to it in a few months.
I was a member about six months ago. I believe the review from 2010 is still accurate. I found the site awful, but your experience may differ. I am only interested in higher quality video and downloads. I only found downloads available on 1/3 of the video that I was interested in, and of those only some of them were 720p or 1024x768. It's three slow loading page loads to get to the point where you find this out, so it's a slow going slog.
