The speed issue is the reason for the low score. This site deserves a 80+ for actual content. The funny thing is I'm sure that the speed was much better when I first joined them but since I did my review this week and I was trying to download about 4 videos which took me over an hour to do then the score suffers.
Your review back in 2007 was accurate for the site back then.
The site photos are still not very good, in general.
The site videos are much improved. They still have the videos from years ago, but the newer videos are much better quality: crystal clear definition, good lighting, good camera work, in general. Solo teen, girl-girl lesbian, some boy-girl. This is not a gonzo-style site, but a more gentle sex style that I think of as softcore, even though it shows masturbation and lesbian and some boy-girl.
But if you want hard-edged fucking, you should look elsewhere.
This site and 18OnlyGirls are very similar: run by the same company (Diesel), same type of content, same models, same layout. The two sites also swap some content (videos, photosets). So if you join one, you will see, not exactly the same photosets and videos, but very similar ones, at both sites.

3D is two viewing angles combined into one picture. If you view just one of the angles, then you have your 2D.
There are also algorithms that will detect edges and their lines of perspectives and convert 2D images to 3D - it's an estimation, don't expect perfect accuracy.

Now, some of those newer videos, like Emy Reyes, those are I think 640-720 high end res and look pretty good, not HD, but they aren't terrible and they're in full scenes. The ones that frustrated me was Wendy, who is one of my favorites on ATK Exotics and some of her movies are split into parts. It wouldn't be so bad, but she's one of the models feature on the front member page. Still, I was in a photo mood and the full zips made up for it.

There is one stunt cock at Teen Mega World that seems to be in a huge amount of their videos. I can't stand the guy, he really irritates me and detracts from the value of the videos he appears in. Well, obviously they are compressed as a DVD would take up to 9GB and uncompressed DVD downloads would make little sense as compression can be very good these days. At least you don't see any compression artifacts on these scenes so I'd say they are quite faithfull to the DVD quality.
Of course I wish they'd let you download those HD scenes. At least this site is dirt cheap ;)
Sorry you were so disappointed on your last join. I agree the video quality is not the higher resolution you can find at some sites, and it would be great if they could remaster or increase the quality of the videos. What they do offer is a large collection of many DVD video categories, almost all of which you have seen with your prior memberships. And the PU discounted price of $9.95 is a very low price if you haven't seen these videos before.
But at least you have Teen Mega World and some other sites to fall back on. Wouldn't want to quit cold turkey on your porno addiction. :)
