Are my thoughts really cast in stone, to stand the test of time?

As messmer rightly guessed, it's to keep you from editing something that someone may have responded to. You're always welcome to add additional remarks (after the 10 minutes) to modify or add to your position.
If you're interested, you can see in an earlier poll that only a small percentage of users have a problem with the time limit on a regular basis.
I rejoined Met Art a few weeks ago.. and I have seen many sites (usually two a month)... This site has taken a porn vet's breath away.. and I have been brought to my knees with the caliber of beauty of their sets..the most stunning nude site I've been a member of..the models, the richly decorated sets, models acessories, lingerie, ballerina outfits, dreamy settings..striking shoot locations...all of it just makes me gasp when some of the sets download onto my screen..I can look at their sets for hours...I haven't looked at the vids much yet..I have been a member of met models one time.. and haven't yet tried erottica archives but maybe someday...
I, too, don't pay too much attention to a score because it's too subjective. Same holds true when it comes to movie critics, I find most of the movies they deem Oscar worthy mind-numbingly boring while the ones they pan usually turn out to become favorites of mine! :-)
I do pay attention, however, to really low ratings in their fifties and sixties because quite obviously the reviewer had a very negative experience with the site.
As to your follow-up re. time limitations on editing a reply I really have no idea. Could it be that someone will respond to a point you made and you have edited out that very point in the meantime?
Hi, I usually try to go by the guide listed under the review I write but must admit that, of course, a score is subjective. To me, 68 is a clear rejection of a site. It was so for the web owner who let me know how disappointed he was with my assessment of his site. If you look at the scores given to good sites then you will agree that 68 is as low as one can go on a site that is bad but not quite "junk." He did have some exclusive material that might appeal to some but the name of the site is misleading. And I agree with you about scoring in general, to me it is much more important that reviewers go into as much detail about a site as possible because a 98 site for one might be the epitome of boredom for another.
Funny you should mention it, but I got 404's at MetArt this morning. The new gallery thumbs were posted, but once I got to page 2 of Freya, things went nullsville fast. I left the window open for 20 minutes and went back and things worked.
But the solution to MetArt's problem is obvious: Make sure everything is ready lower in the tree, upload that, check it again, and then put the new gallery thumbs on the updates page. That's what sensible webmasters do.
From this, I believe we can draw a certain conclusion about the webmasters at MetArt. ;)
I don't even remember how I stumbled upon it, but I'm there several times a week, looking for new sites, checking their "news," or hunting down an alias (the latest was Era Aliska Olena Anna). It's great.
Thanks for all of the info. Another name that Ariel has gone by is Piper Fawn, which is the one I use for her in my "stash" since there are other models named Gabriela and Ariel.
A good place to find the various aliases of the Euro models is at www.eurobabeindex.com. A search for "gabriela" will find Ariel (etc.) and a good list of the sites she's appeared in.
I agree about the Magoo approach. I'd rather the girl look real instead of being photoshopped into some kind of "art" object (with high-intensity red hair or whatever).
