Have you tried downloading any of the photos in zips? I haven't had any luck with more recent sets. Tried all kinds of ways, including a download manager. All I get each way is a little "404" page.
They've got some great content, but the technical problems always seem to be an issue with these guys. I joined through "Sleep Creep" a year ago and it was a real pain then, too.

I'd agree that it's not a recommended one to go for. Each mini-site contains 15 medium to low quality DRM protected clips covering a specific niche.
I'd cancelled within half an hour of joining (fortunately at the lowest price option).

Pat - in that case please accept my apology. Questioning my review being believable threw me off....but with your reply I understand the point you're making, and will keep in mind for future reviews.
Tube sites is an interesting one. Of course there's no excuse for their poor marketing of what membership actually gets you....but I bet in this day and age, far more people have stumbled across private society by accident by finding one of their clips on a tube site, than finding it via some review site, or their Twitter feed, or any other way for that matter. Membership site enthusiasts are a dying breed

Pat - with respect, you are spot on - I am entitled to my opinion.
To me, as a video collector, content always wins, and I have very particular tastes (always favouring amateur style). Perhaps I got a tad carried away with the score, but I was very clear on why this was the case, while also using a large chunk of my review to criticise the website, which indeed is a chore to trawl through - so whether you agree with my score or not, please don't make out I'm trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.
Being honest - I wasn't even aware of the preview situation on the site. They have a fair bit of preview content on pornhub, which is what's always drawn me in to purchasing.
To answer your questions as best as I can:-
Videos - 33 pages in members area, 12 per page, a few less on very last page, so roughly 540 vids
Dated - yep. Last update on 8th April, and they consistently deliver 1 or 2 a week
Models - it's a drop down list so hard to say without counting. Definitely over 100, possibly just under 200
Search - can only be done by model, location, or a few tags (action/type of girl). Their search options are poor in my view
Resolution - only 1 download option for each, the majority seem to be 1280 x 720. Might be lower for older content. Certainly nothing in the way of 4k etc.

Pat, I'll try to write a more thorough review later in the week if I have time. The catalog of downloadable dvds is about 470 titles, so the size of the site is pretty decent. The "High" movies are 640x480 1500 kbps typcially, wmv only.
Like I said, my main problem is navagation and inability to use download managers, I'm sure they have some great scenes - but they are pretty much impossible to find unless you know the name of the dvd you are looking for (can't search by star of films)
In response to Rome, the download speeds were excellent whenever I logged in (1.4 MB/sec), however I was unable to get any download managers to work.

I agree with you although its not this act in particular that makes me fear for the future of civilized society. 10 years ago if you liked to see fisting you would have a very limited couple of trolls performing that kind of stuff. Now its everywhere, double, triple anal mega fisting too. Anal used to be a fetish, now its a norm. Deep throating the same, it used to be something you would rarely see yet today you see penis after penis forceably inserted deep into a girls throat if she likes it or not.
This prolapsing thing was a very rare thing. Now it has a whole site dedicated to it. Soon I have no doubt there will be another. There are people that liked anal because it was dirty, a fetish, who after getting jaded by seeing it everywhere up'd their game and started looking for gaping anal. That became saturated and here where are at prolapsing. I shudder to think what people will seek out next and what people will be willing to do to themselves to provide that entertainment.
Trouble is, this is not limited to porn. Year on year movies get more and more violent and bloody, TV more and more vulgar and exploitative and our culture demands bigger better faster more. Lets face it guys, the world we live in is fucked.

The question that I have is about the economics of spending that much time and money on a scene. Will producers feel that improved storylines are worth the effort?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. This one has taken a few days to sort out.
We got with the site owner and found that (as you reported) new sign-ups to the site will *not* see the "bonus" sites included. However, older members of the site will continue to get access to those other sites. That's why our editors saw them and you did not.
Our editors are making notes and updating the listing for all of the sites so hopefully, no-one else will sign-up thinking they're getting other sites included with their membership.
Thanks for bringing this one to our attention so we can keep our listings current.

I agree with you on the quality of TBP and PU. I haven't really looked at another review site since I found this in 2007. I trust the TBP reviews and the gang at PU is always helpful in filling in some details and given a good subjective assessment of a site.

I asked our editors to take a look at this one and they got back to me that they're not seeing what you're seeing.
The editor said:
When I log into the site, I see the regular content for the site, and down at the bottom of the page are the 2 bonus sites displayed with words indicating that you get access to them with membership to the current site.
I clicked on both of them and each link takes you directly into the member area of each site.
So, I can't really explain why you're not getting access to the other sites.
You might try contacting the site owners about the problem you're seeing ... especially if their promotions also indicate that you should be getting access.
We'd be interested in hearing how this one turns out.

I’ve recently made it a point to check any reported errors at TBP before signing up to a site. I’ve reported errors that don’t then get fixed in the main review. I can understand why that is – the reviewer has a set of facts and reports on that but things may change. And it wouldn’t make any sense for TBP staff to just change a review based on a comment from a reader, even if the reader making the comment is well known as you are on the site. I once reported an error on a daily download limit that did get changed in the review, but recently I noted an error in Wave Hos where the TBP review says it is a full trial and it isn’t. There is extremely limited access to the site via the trial. The problem for TBP though is that may be difficult to confirm.
TBP is an amazing resource but they can’t be perfect all the time, so I make it a point to check TBP and PU before joining a site – and that now includes looking at any reported errors.

The error reports definitely are not obvious to the uninitiated.
It would be a big improvement if the error reports were seen without having to click a link. I've seen and written error reports, but always think they are weakened by a poor format when they would be much better if they were on the same page as all the other information (just added to the page instead of connected by a link), especially since the wrong information is already there without clicking the link.
I often guessed that no one ever read the error reports I wrote.

I just saw it say full trial and took the risk I guess, I never noticed any errors though, I guess it will teach me to look more closer beforehand, I thought they would give at least a couple of movies for the trial though.
Just nothing, it puts me off joining here again in the future maybe though.
Yeah only lost the dollar.
Just been over to look at them errors and someone commented in getting 3 movies but it must be like a treasure hunt through all the sites and movies to find out which 3 lol. I didn't see it say anywhere but I didn't look for too long as saw 3 of my fav sites all had no access till upgrade on so gave up.

I wouldn't go that far (just unsubscribing and not saying anything). I'd find other ways to say what I wanted to that aren't the comments section. Maybe to a general customer service e-mail account, or saying something to them on Twitter. I'd definitely find a way to let them know that I think their content is slipping, but I think you're right that the comment section might not be the best place to do it, specifically when it refers to the talent in the scene.
