Good point. I recall seeing a "VOD Coming Soon!" claim on a site and I thought it was EA's own site, but it may have been Adult DVD Empire.

I agree they most likely won't have a text on the home page saying the model has retired.
But, at Reality Kings there are a couple sites that are no longer updating and they are listed on the update schedule inside the members section as "Site is not on a set update schedule". This applies both to sites that stopped updating time ago like "Flower Tucci" but also sites that currently update less than once a month like "Captain Stabbin".

Perception of a site is time bound Pat362…Brazzers wasn't always like this…there was a strong youth quotient, connect & appeal which seems to have been frittered away. Of course members views & taste would have a lot to do with it. Occasionally huge sites would not harp on the little things that made them great in the first place

You're probably right. I hope they paid Lexi a small fortune for the movie, and particularly the anal scene. I also hope that Elegant Angel makes a ton of money off of this too. Studios making money from making good porn is good for the talent, good for the studios and good for those of us who actively buy porn.
One thing I don't get is how online sales and DVD sales are related. I agree that they may want to drive DVD sales for a while, but that presumes that there is more money to be made there. But is there? I don't know what the markup is on a DVD, but a VOD must be mostly profit since the cost of making the movie is amortized across all sales so a VOD's cost to the company is bandwidth on their own site or licencing fees to Adult VOD sites. I'm guessing that I'm not the only person who doesn't but DVDs and is sitting here with my credit card ready to give someone money who will let me see the movie as a VOD or download.

I don't really know Wicked all that well and I didn't know that most of their titles are on the site. Had I known that I would have definitely included that as a 'pro' since it really shows the studio's committment to the internet.
I was also pleased to see the full-movie option available. I prefer scenes, but I did download a few full movies of some older titles with stars that I like.
On an unrelated note, I'm disappointed to see that Elegant Angel hasn't made "Lexi" available to VOD sites yet. I was looking forward to seeing Lexi Belle's first anal scene this weekend. It looks like I'll have to wait a while longer.

I agree with you entirely. I wish the navigation here was a bit better, they used to have scenes tagged and stuff where their old site, but now it is just a model index. I think it is a highly underrated site. I was a member here last month, and never had any logout problems, so must be a recent thing, perhaps high server demand?

Great review pat. I found your take on this site interesting because while our tastes in porn are quite similar there are a few differences that can be seen by comparing our views on the site. If anything, I'm now thinking that maybe I scored them a few points too low.
Condoms aren't a deal-breaker for me, but my preference is to not see them, but I do respect Wicked for the position they've taken and obviously enforce.
The biggest difference I found between Wicked and many other porn sites is that Wicked really makes 'traditional' story-based porn. That's rare these days. I wonder how important that is to a lot of viewers. For some, it might mean that Wicked stuff can be viewed as couples porn, but for me, I have to confess that I just skip ahead to the sex.

They put out at least 2 scenes a month that were filmed in Europe (generally England, though not necessarily with English actresses), and have been since about the middle of last year. And while that isn't a huge percentage, it's enough that they could generally use it to film any girl they wanted to, which is kinda what I was getting at with my comment (that a girl being in Europe wouldn't stop them from shooting her).
Heck, a few months ago, they actually released an uncensored scene from Japan, which really surprised me.

Perhaps, you didn't read my observations in detail pat362!I was offering insights into the site as compared to about 5 years. Just because a site churns out videos at an alarming rate doesn't make its objective that much more sweeter. Further, many like yourself who appreciate their genre,ideology & fantasies will perhaps not find this piece to their liking.
However for the benefit of those who wish to join or renew their site membership should certainly be aware where the content is headed. It may not be long before you have Brazzers TV,Cams,Extreme Footage etc.I most certainly only identify with a few of their sites & episodes but much water has flowed under the bridge. It's a matter of taste after all
I specifically said that it wasn't meant to be a review for this very reason because I was aware of such reactions likely to pour in

They've been doing one scene a day for a while now (since a little bit after I finished my membership in June), it's just that for some strange reason, if you just click on the "most recent" videos tab, it doesn't show any of the weekend updates. You have to change the "updated" box from "all-time" to something else, and then the older weekend updates will show up. And because most of their movies have about 5 scenes, it just ends up being 1 DVD a week, but that isn't set in stone as they have series that are less than 5 scenes per movie (Gangbanged) and series that are more than 5 scenes per movie (Let Me Suck You).

The post-2008 movies definitely outnumber the pre-2008 by alot, but it looks like they are working to get more of the back catalog up on the site (I mentioned this as one of my biggest issues when I joined the site in my review, so I'm glad to actually see them doing something about it, even if it's only 2 scenes a week on the weekends).

As for your question: I went through all her video pages and there are only 2 videos with anal in the title. Both are interracial shoots with hubby filming. I didn't see an dp's.
It's too bad the site doesn't have keywords or categories to make this question easier to answer. But that's the best I have; hope it help.

Do you have any idea of how long the time is between a street release and the DVD being uploaded? I don't know where you were looking, but they have a lot of pre-2008 content (for example, look up girls like Jenna Haze who have been around a while). And it looks like, on weekends, they put up new content that goes as far back as 2001.

Most of the other sites in this network are on the same poor level:
archive sites (stopped updating years ago), small content, videos you would not want to watch because the definition is so low (I mean really grainy, blurry pictures). Primitive navigation. No search.
There is one site in the network that is worth joining:
exclusiveteenporn
But compared to other pay sites that are available, you are much better off spending your money elsewhere: You will find better quality content, a larger amount of content, sites that are easier to use because of site design.
It makes you realize, if you didn't before, there are good sites out there. But this network is not one of them. What I mean is, it makes you really appreciate sites like Teen Mega World, Nubiles, or the specialty sites like X-Art, Diesel network, etc. Where you can find good to great quality, large amounts of content, and sites that are so easy to use, you forget that site design is so important.
The best thing about this site (pearl teens), is that I downloaded the entire contents in less than a day, and checked every video and photoset, so that my review is based on real-time experience.
At most sites I do not check every video and photoset, because there is too much content. But this is a tiny site.
