I'll chime in by saying that I like the image quality better at Nubiles. They just tend to be sharper overall. Doesn't mean there's never blurriness, but overall better still.
And at Nubiles there are a lot of images you can get at 2400px or 1800 -- their large size depending on when. With FTV, you only get 12's and that silly supersize stuff where you can't even see what you get until you download the zips -- of just some pics that they've preselected.
Nubiles I've resubscribed to a number of times. With FTV it's been fewer for sure.

FTV is generally not my cup of tea - been a member three times or more - and always regret it - the reason I returned was a hope a newer style and quality for, yes, the videos. But no: they are still a little more boring and too much mainstream compared to Nubiles.
Nubiles has an advantage of both hc, soft and masturbation in great videos - but: not all models in Nubiles does hc.
Still the style, the quality and the VARIATION of models is in my opinion far better at Nubiles.
But that's just one users opinion here in august 2008.....

I could not give you any in-depth differences, but the last time I was a member of Nubiles it seemed that FTV Girls had higher quality videos (FTV does all HD videos now). I am not sure what the size/quality of Nubiles' videos are today though if they had changed at all. I also thought that FTV Girls' videos were more personal, erotic, and interesting in content. They usually had some (often boring, but sometimes insightful) interviews with the models and they often looked more comfortable and enjoying it when masturbating. Nubiles, on the other hand, often had models who looked a little more like they were just doing it for the money and were some scenes seemed a little forced. Videos usually started right into sex and had no really intimate moments.

I got a Jennifer Avalon hc vid I think from Dr. Hardcore and I agree, she was far better as a softcore model. She just wasn't into it at all with the hc. Fabulous beauty, though. Whoa.

Monahan, you may well be right about the incentive to post reducing the value of the forum.
On the other hand, I don't notice people replying to reviews and comments just to garnish their little ticket stub icon on the top right of the PU pages.
We could try it and just see. And there's always "peer pressure." If someone says something on a forum that just sounds like a quick, cheapie comment made with some Amazon shlock in mind, other users can always gently finger wag or respond with a little "ka-ching!" or something.
Now, will this make enough replies this week to get any points? Let me check ... ;-)

But there is another reason why I think you're right. The raffle tickets are to encourage people to participate, but from what I see in the forums, there's no need to incentivize it. They're doing quite nicely without any dangling carrots involved.
BTW, the three top "money" winners right now are exotics4me, Denner, and SnowDude. They're all top PU members who strive for quality and have written volumes here. At least that's a good sign.

The connection to "queerness" is "logical" save for one small but important detail: the partner is female. Personally, doing anal never interested me, either, but in the scenario described the woman was asking for it. Well, if the lady wants it, why not try making her happy?
And by analogy (no pun intended there), liking female behinds shouldn't implicate one as liking the male ones. That would entail (no pun intended) the logic of the faulty syllogism:
Women have asses.
Drooler likes asses.
Men have asses.
Drooler likes men's asses.
See what I'm saying?
I once found myself experiencing an odd sensation in a darkened room, and my girl at the time laughed and told me where I had wound up. Can't say it was all that bad; maybe it was just because of the way she was constructed. But she preferred it down a flight, and that was just peachy by me.

I agree that the reason for the score will help me decide if the person is a fan and giving us an honest albeit biased review. I've noticed a few reviews where the score was in the high 90's but the reason weren't sufficient to justify that score. Those reviews feel like advertising on the part of the webmaster.

How about the zip files them selves. I remember them having some pretty strange names in the past. When I unzip the zp files I usually have the file name be used for the folder name, so the name is fairly important, otherwise I have to rename everything all the time....very time consuming!

All of the Danni-vision is gone, or I can't find it. Some of it has been remastered as WMV files, but not a lot. In many cases, they just include the images from those "Live Events".
As far as I can tell, the DRM stuff is completely gone. I too built up a large collection of DRM-protected videos with the supposed "life-time guarantee". I was able to download the non-DRM versions of every one of these files. The old names were like:
13793_00_1000.wmv
and the new ones have names like:
13793_00_1000__4095.wmv
The later files are a couple of bytes smaller (minus DRM??). Unfortunately, you cannot search for content by filename, so this was a bit time-consuming.

I agree with this view here. If a shop wants to make a big deal about it then I figure they don't want your business. I wouldn't go to a shop to get lectured on "naughty stuff," so why do they do it anyway?
I would be more worried about personal information (non-porn) being found on my computer than what porn I had been surfing. Except for history and bookmarks I store the goods on an external HD, but real personal stuff, say online banking for example, would prevent me from taking my PC in for repair.

Funny, I haven't had a repair job on a computer since an old Mac I had went out of whack in the '90's. Seeing later how ridiculous it was to even get that little dwarfish Mac fixed, I've been more inclined towards the notion, as expressed on a T-shirt I saw once, that: "Your computer has become obsolete in the time it took you to read this T-shirt."
But that repair person who mentioned the "naughty stuff" in history sounds socially inept if not also just outright voyeuristic. He could have checked your porn stash just to get some leads on adding to his own collection, but he had to open his mouth and try getting a rise out of you. Not smart on his part. But you handled it just the way I would have, by staying on purpose and not taking his bait. What a clown.

Just want to make a particular, perhaps persnickity note about Blue Fantasies. Most of it's exclusive, but there are a few exceptions. All of the Cassia Riley photosets at Blue Fantasies are ALSO at Babelicious, which has them in much larger pics (3000px!). Hoooahh!
Both sites also have in common sets of Kirsten Andrews, though Babelicious has more.
For those interested: Blue Fantasies is a something of an oddessy. I was first aware of it in 2002. Back then, it was an independent site and had a "lifestyle" side to it, offering recipes and other tips for the would-be Romeo to serve up to his modern Juliet. It built up a lot of content that's no longer there, of models like Aimee Sweet, Linda O'Neil, Sanja Matice, Meriah Nelson, Nissa, and Roxanne Galla.
The site reformed itself more than once. The membership price kept changing, too. $19.95 then $29.95, then four-day trials for 4.95, then 2 days for 3.95. At one point, it was actually pitching for a buyer to take it over. Eventually, Twistys became its latest buyer. And now it's part of Twistys. End of story.
Anyway, grandpa's tired of sitting in his rocking chair. He's going to pop a Viagra and go to bed now. LOL.

FYI as I was cancelling at Epoch, they offered 9.99 per month continuing rate, so I took it.
I'm not exactly crazy about some of the photosets. Have had discussions with others here that they're too "cookie cutter" in the approach. And the quality is definitely lacking in some of the sets which look like licensed-out older stuff from Digital Desire. There are some very recent postings. Alyssa Lovelace in "Laundry with a Twist" (yesterday) for one.
I do wish they'd get the pic sizes up to 1600 as the standard size instead of just reserving that for the girl of the month. They'd actually had Andi Valentino as girl of the month but then went back to 1280 for her latest set, a very nice exclusive set of poses in a bathtub.
Reminds me of that song by Peter Gabriel: "Hey, I'm feelin' so dirty/You're lookin' so clean." ;)
The Eurofoxes and BustyOnes are all the same content as at Twistys, but the other three sites there are mutually exclusive in content to Twistys.
Anyway, $10 per month is a pretty decent deal for all they offer.

YES, that's exactly how it works. Just remember that it's 5 points, not 5 posts. It's not at all unusual (especially for shills) to not earn any points for their early submissions. Most users take a few times before they get the hang of what's required to actually earn points.

Ok, not sure what I said to leave you with that impression but no, that's not how it works at all.

I'm not 100% sure I'm following your question.
There was an announcement of a change (last Aug) regarding how a "newbie's" scoring of a site doesn't count UNTIL they reach 5 points. Once they reach 5 points, their score is factored in just like other scores.
