One thing I don't like about cropping is that they might crop the top of the girl's head off in the thumb, yet the full-sized image doesn't actually have that problem. This is true sometimes at mypreciousvirgins.
And their zips are colossal, sometimes over 500mb! And they come downstream pretty slowly; it can take 8-10 minutes. I don't like waiting around that long for something I'm not even sure that I want.
The bottom line for me that thumbnails should be: 1). wysiwsyg (not cropped), 2). horizontally aligned to the top and bottom of the portrait orientation, and 3). large enough to be easily viewed (200px on the long end is pretty good). That should take care of the tinyness that atrapat was talking about.
I mean, why crop at all? That's extra work that only distorts for the user what they're actually going to get! It makes NO SENSE.
Bikini Riot does that, for instance. You don't know how small or off center the girl is going to be in the frame of any particular shot until you've enlarged it or downloaded and extracted the zip.
What's more, cropping causes jpegs to loose data (and look dicier). I think the case rests.
(BTW, though I was recently critical of x-art, their thumbs are a good size!)

I always thought fluffers were pretty much nonexistent, especially today with the advent of Viagra, and I think they would fall more in the general category of the body fluid cleanup crew. It seems like most hardcore movies they tend to make quite a mess, so they have to have people to decontaminate the set afterward.

I'm not sure which it is, but there must be a reason why PU staff decided reviews and comments would expire after two years and no longer count towards site score. If that user-contributed content has lost part of its value, user points and badges earned from it should also lose part of its value.
One could counter that there must have been a reason why the PU staff decided NOT to have points and badges lose their value vs. the effect of points on overall site scores. I'd say it's in fairness to all in their respective roles.
What underlies the choice is a matter of intangibles, not logic or reason. That's why I made my point above about "values." Should we treat user-earned points and badges more like academic records or more like canned soup and frequent flier miles?
What's more, reading what Khan said in the forum, it looks like the original idea leaned in this direction. In fact, I was half expecting to start losing points soon, since I wrote my first reviews about a year ago. This is the forum topic:

When, at my current rate, I eventually get the hardcore badge around the end of 2009, after more than 18 months of reviews, I will feel like those karate black-belt 12 year old kids exotics4me mentions in his post. And I will keep it for as long as PU exists, even if I were to stop contributing after that. If the original PU idea had been in place, there's no way I could ever get the hardcore badge.
Yes! Why lose the hardcore badge just because the earth makes a fateful rotation and your points drop just below 100? Doesn't seem right to me.

Yes, we did consider expiring points at one time. We've since changed our mind. For now, we plan to stick with he single point system and trust that those who don't stay active will eventually be surpassed by those who do.

It's simple, as long as you enter the correct search string.
Change the search string slightly, and the results are quite different, nowhere near as good.
I guess I should read a tutorial on using Google (too lazy until now).

Would you tell me the specific search terms you used to do that Google search? I'd like to learn to use Google better, and when I try to get information about the cached user profiles at PU, I come up blank (except for a lot of useless hits that are not really related to what I was looking for).

Agree. The discussions under many polls goes beyond just the question. But unlike the forum, the discussion has to be searched for when a new poll is created.
In any case IMO, the editors should consider the possibility of resurrecting an actual previous poll if enough possibly redundant suggestions are submitted, just because the subject has continuing interest.

I've tried these games, and I must say I am very unimpressed. The voice acting is terrible and you are rather limited in what you can dress a girl in, besides the fact that the game is more a bunch of different sex positions rather than a fluid sex scene.

Thanks but I can't find a menu that says Launch Download them All nor a Blue button with a plus button stating ass downloads. I have to right click the webpage to see the option to use DTA and this it what it looks like. I tried following the steps but I'm missing something:

Thanks for info, but I still can't get more than one image to download with downloadthemall. The image url doesn't end in dpicxxx and I think the firefox layout is different than when you created this response. Here's a screenshot of what I get:

They still update sparingly...I mean very sparingly like once a month for the entire network. Really I wanted to go back for the pic sets particularly on the site barefoot maniacs. They still have some of the best pic sets in porn in my opinion. But they never did offer zip sets so it makes collection a pain in the ass.

LOL, #1 Reviewer? Wow! Haha, that is quite the compliment though I'm sure the accuracy of it is debatable, lol Still, I can't say it doesn't put a little spring in my step :-)
Anyway, I gotta say, prior to this site I sort of felt all DVD sites were basically copies of each other. Hell some sites were just clones with only a different header graphic, see BrazzersBox as an example. So I used to keep a membership with the leader site just because it was cheap and easy. But these guys have managed to do something different within such a restrained niche, and that is really something of an achievement.

You still get the option of logging into the old or beta version of the site.
As far as download limits, have never seen one and I've spent days downloading from here non-stop. Part of the reason why I stay a member is the no download limit.
