Frankly, what you personally think I have the right to do or mention is completely irrelevant.
When somebody blatently lies in a public forum and slanders a reputeable business, the truth should be aired and I have every right to state the absolute truth. The fact that it doesn't suit your crusade against websites in this forum is a great shame, but eventually you'll get over it.
I have a business to run, so this is my final post on the matter, no matter how much more you try and flame the situation. I have stated the case for all to see. Over and out :)

You say "there is no way to identify person reliably on the Internet" - fine were it not for the fact that we know that is was him and Josh P admitted in his first response that it was him. That leaves no room for doubt.
To answer your second question, no, we would not refund somebody who joined our site, downloaded a gallery, then said they didn't like it. Quite simply, we clearly state on the outside of our site, what you get on the inside. We give potential members 42 (forty two) free trailers to preview, 7 full pages of photo's and information previewing our content - all of which is 100% accurate as to what is inside.
If however, we were misleading people in our preview tour, as Josh claims some sites do, then we would expect to get repeat requests for refunds. We don't, because our members actually get more than what we state on the outside.
To comment on your third point - I welcome your challenges to unscrupulous merchants and I suspect there are many out there, but TheEnglishMansion.com is not one of them :-)

You talk about my interpretation as if there is some ambiguity here as to who was in the wrong. Maybe you didn't read the earlier messages?
Fact 1 - Josh P contacted us via email asking whether he could buy a specific photo gallery from our site. We replied advising that we do not sell individual galleries.
Fact 2 - Josh P joined our site and downloaded the said gallery.
Fact 3 - Josh P emailed us with a different email address demanding a refund with no reason given.
Fact 4 - Josh P emailed us and said that if we do not give him a refund he will go around the web and write bad reviews about us.
These are the facts - this is not down to anyone's interpretation. Why you are blindly jumping to this guy's defence is puzzling?

Keeping customers happy, is actually something we are very proud of and something we do very well, providing customer support in French, German and English, replying to every email within 24 hours, 365 days a year.
I'm a little unclear as to what you are saying. It appears from your comments that you are condolning somebody joining a pay site, downloading what they want and then demanding a refund by getting their bank or credit card company to dispute the transaction. You seem to be suggesting people should commit fraud? After all, this is what Josh P did - he joined our site, downloaded what he wanted, then masked his identity when trying to claim a refund. He then also sent us emails which were tantamount to blackmail, as he said he would go round the web, writing bad reviews to loose us business unless we gave him his money back.

Haha. Dont worry, I am sure they will get it fixed for you. I am not a perfectionist, shown very easily by more porn collection organization. I have stuff scattered everywhere, although it is betting a little better. I guess I am usually more worried about getting my stuff to work right and when I see something little at a free site I do not put much worry on it. Of course if I had all my stuff in order I might be more willing to give others a hard time! :)

I do not usually look to much at the scores. I feel that at times they are weighed one way or another too much by people who are biased either direction.
Hopefully he sees his name and says "hey thats me!" I guess it really is not a big deal though, I did not even know the feedback history page was there until you mentioned it.
Anyway, glad I could make it make sense for you.

As mentioned, there are several factors that go into the score. I have asked the tech guy to look at it as to why the score isn't the same on both pages. My guess is, one page is using the new system and one is still using the old weighting of scores. But that's a guess. He'll be able to tell if it's a glitch and fix whatever is needed.

This is something that perhaps you should talk to Khan about. The one review was a year old and thus does not count as much toward the final score. You are correct though, the feedback history page is not showing everything.
Here it is:
The old review is a year old, thus it counts as 25%
The newer review counts as 100% still
Newer review score times 4 plus the older review score and divide all by 5 since there is five parts to the score. Much like calculating a students GPA
95*4+90=470
470/5=94 ---the displayed score
I hope this helps a bit. They do need a line on the feedback page to count the number of older reviews.

A few weeks ago PU staff sent use a newsletter. The newsletter explained that as a review gets older it becomes less of an impact on the scoring of a site. So if a review was a year old it would not be weighted the same as a review that was three days old.
The point is that an old review may still hold some merit, but the newer review would be much more trustworthy (assuming all else equal) than the older one simply because the older one can not account for any changes over the last year or whatever.
This change was made at the same time as they began to allow us to update reviews. Which is nice because many of us like to revisit sites every six months or whatever. Now we can keep everything a little more up to date.
It was a good catch, so this proves that you are at least half paying attention. You can read about these changes on the bottom of the homepage in the news section. I believe it is the most current newsletter.

I agree with the review of this site. It's a nice site but the video quality is average to poor; depending on where it came from.
I also wish there was more content per update. It doesn't seem to be worth maintaining a subscription continually but rather come back every six months to see what's been added.

The subtitles option is also requested by some of our other members. We're working on it, need to get the process done right, as it takes time & money on our side.
I hope we will soon release the first video with subtitles on Totally Undressed, can't give you ETA for this, but we will do our best.
The site is growing and updated weekly. We will have more content.

Looking at the sample, this looks quite fun - although like you I'd hope that real girls applying for a job wouldn't fall for that dodgy looking couple interviewing them!
I just wish it was subtitled... I'd love to hear what kind of ludicrous explanations they are coming up with to ask the girls to undress.

I enjoyed Ultimate Surrendor because of the unscripted nature. If you've watched a lot of porn, a little unpredictability is a good thing. Fights were too long for my short attention span, but some parts of the fights and the "sex" scenes were really smokin' hot.

Appreciate your review. I was a member of the site, but got bored because, back then, most matches went on and on, even though the winner was obvious after the first 60 seconds. I liked the sex at the end, but would have appreciated shorter fights and more domination sex after someone lost.
Your review tempts me to try the site again. Thanks!

Agreed - the new login system is much nicer. Plus it is network wide, so if you are a member of multiple sites on the Kink Network, you only login once for the network, not for each site as some networks still require.
