Thanks to PU and TBP, I think this sort of thing happens less than it used to, nevertheless it still does happen. It makes people afraid to give their credit card details, so download for free instead. There are a lot of reputable sites out there, but you still sometimes see that old rip off, fleece em once, cheap gangster mentality.

Messmer, thanks for the nice words. This site is a lot like hairy. It even shares some of the same models and photographers. I like ATK content, but the sites are far from perfect regarding things that I care about.

Well, it looks like there are a few more nylon themed sets coming up in the next few of weeks that you'll probably miss out on - but you have been missing a very lovely 30s brunette who you should investigate. Try maybe 7th/8th/11th Feb.
Also check 4th/10th Feb for a very sweet younger model getting in and out of some nice lingerie.
Then looking back - Anais in some nice lingerie on Jan 19th/23rd, and a nice teasing video on Jan 30th.

Streaming only has always been a crappy option for me. I've never seen streaming video that was anywhere near the quality of downloaded stuff. Watching it is like driving one of my old cars when a piston or two was mis-firing. Very distracting! putt, putt, .....putt, putt.......putt....putt, putt.....

Well, seems like their customerservice does not work either so I am a bit stuck. (I filled out the serviceform and only got the message "There are errors in your form. Please fill out all the required fields correctly." Tried it in different browsers (Mac) with the same result.
Just to clearify; this is how the site appears in my browser
On the three latest movies I get the choices: -Watch it now, -Save to disk, -Mobil, -HD-format, -Trailer.
On the rest I only get: -Watch it now, -Trailer
BTW: The three films I could download was marked "Available for download until March 31 (17, 3), 2011" so i seems like they do now operate with a time limit ( 7 weeks) to their downloads.
Personally I can't be bothered to watch streamed material so this membership was a total waste of money for me...

Indeed, Brent had mentioned to me over the weekend as well that the webmaster who sent the mailer had replied saying that the issue was fixed. The original webmaster that sent it actually couldn't find where the problem went wrong, but after checking it thoroughly, he felt confident to let Brent know that any issue is now resolved.

Thank you for the kind words. :) I agree with you 100% about Brent. He is without question among the best customer service/webmasters we've had.
In regards to the bounced e-mails, we looked into it and sent a couple of test mails with the same settings, but were not able to duplicate the error. The "from" field came through as "support@karupsow.com ". Do you recall if the e-mail address that it came from was "support@karupsow.com .com" or if the extra ".com" only showed up when you clicked reply in your mail client?

That really depends on the size of the archive.
Yes, I could buy more space, but I am currently going through the gory job of slicing down decades of collecting, which will free up a fair amount of space, but I am spending a godawful amount of time looking at & deleting 60% odd of most sets.
Especially the recent greatly larger, poorly edited ones.
It is a PITA.
Ticks the ones you want, zip made download.
Job done!
None of this gory mess I have now.
