I read through that exchange with RagingBuddhist, too. Matt said that the problems RagingBuddhist was having should just have been communicated with the support at Matt's site, rather than the review statements (e.g., about slow navigation) being posted ahead of that.
Excuse me? It's like saying, "Don't you know that that's the only way it should be done?" I don't see it written anywhere at PornUsers that we're always supposed to contact support about problems before we write reviews. Like it or not, that's not the only way it IS done.
And Matt asserted, with a seemingly absolute conviction, that the navigation problems were user-related. How the hell would he know that? He didn't know what kind of system and internet connection RagingBuddhist had.
Anyway, all Matt had to do was say, in a friendly tone, "Please contact us about the problems you're describing and we'll work with you." Instead, he got very belligerent and badgered the shit out of, well, one of US!
If the exchange is going to be like that out in public, how would it be privately? Friendly? Supportive? Patient? Somehow, I have doubts.

I may try that (to reinstall). Main reason I'm partial to Netscape (instead of Explorer) is, that with Netscape you can watch videos during download (except when using download-manager, of course)...
Opera I've not had good experience with (my own fault, I guess).

It's still strange this thing only happens when browsing Twistys...

Great analogy, jd1961! Mind you, I have read at PU that TBP reviewers have to transact with credit cards for access to the sites they review, though I'm in the dark about who ultimately foots the bill.
And that might be the crux of matter. Looking at the time sequence of reviews by TBP and PU reviewers/ commenters/ repliers, you see things like TBP saying in Feb. this year that SuperGlam offers 4000px pix, then a PU reviewer saying later that the links labeled 4000px lead to pics that are considerably smaller -- finding no pics at that size. Conclusion? Obviously, TBP is just taking what they're shown at face value -- something that isn't true! -- and then telling us later that it is! Pardon my language, but that's what the word "flaky" is meant to describe.
And they say that more models have been added? OK, but is that a Porsche and a Ferrari, or a Focus and an Edsel? Names, please. Just seven (new ones) isn't going the break the keyboard.
Anyway, Joe Lunchbreak/PU member certainly seems to have more at stake when the "process transaction" button gets that mouse click.
As the saying goes, "Money talks, and bullshit walks."

Excellent advice for producers. I hope someday they'll catch on that as porn gets more competitive, consumers won't be satisfied with just anything. Once I've seen a quality web-site, I find anything less to be a turn-off.

You have to understand that LiveCamNetwork is a community -oriented site and the members are extremely loyal. They also communicate as any community does so word of LiveCamNetwork's listing on PornUsers probably spread and a few of them came in with very enthusiastic comments and ratings (thanks guys!).
Now I don't approve of the schoolyard punk-ass name calling but hey what can you do lol.
But anyone who uses our site usually comes away with a very favorable opinion and pleasnt experiences.
Hope people keep it easy here and balance the enthusiasm with more objective reviews and ratings! Keep your eyes on our site news for some nifty new stuff coming up.

Wow, first my apologies for not answering this for over 2 months. I did say "exclusive" in the review, and exclusive it is. Some of the models and photographers are the same in both MetArt and MetModels, but there is no duplication of content.
I guess there's some difference (but also a good amount of similarity) between the photo content of the two sites. Hard to put my finger on it. There's more of the photographer Magoo on MetModels, it seems. He doctors up a lot of photos to an extent where the model has this unearthly sheen to her skin. He's done it to Cayenne and Adrienn (sp?) aka Laura at ATK Galleria/Kelly at Nubiles, for instance. Makes me think of Mr. Magoo, blindly going through life, wreaking havoc on the world with his misplaced notions.
Anyway, the archive volume is huge. You're a photo fan, if I remember right. If you like Met-Art, the collection at MetModels should keep you busy. You could try the $6.99, full access trial if that's still on, but it's only for 2 days.

OK jd, I see your point.
I like full access trials on good sites because they are a 'value' way to catch up on content. If you have a site that charges $30 per month you'll find that you can DL 6 months of content overnight. Then cancel the trial as soon as you're complete.
Do this twice per annum -- bargain

I'm alomst at the end of my one month term here at Pier 999 - and I'll be back, for sure.
jd1961's 93 is probably more accurate for this site than my own 87 - this is truely a great site.
I also thought the download limit was a hassle - but I have not exeeded it during this (almost) past month.
I'm still taken by the quality of these videos - even the onces that does not have "top-quality" (fulsize:720x400 pixel compared to mediumsize: 420x270 pixel) They're both fine, fine quality even for fullscreen.
A big wish is that more sites with swell looking eateuropean girls get this kind of video-quality!
(Some/a lot are still lousy)

Not that I'm cool with the daily download limit, but one way to cope is to save all of your downloads from a day into one folder and just keep an eye on the size.
Once it gets dangerously close enough to mean you could be writing "I will not download over 2 GB of Pier999 porn in a day" on the board 500 times, it's time to sigh and just look forward to the next day, approx 24 hrs later, I guess.

Good job - anybody can make mistakes.
I've got to say, though, that I've never had a problem cancelling either through e-mail or by phone. They solve other customer service issues by phone pretty well also.

I'm sorry, but this review is just wrong! Silvia Saint has a whole large section at Suze.net. I believe that you were thrown off by their navigation, which is a LITTLE confusing - not that confusing to me, but, hey,...
If you click on Models at Suze.net, there is a message that you are looking at a Beta list that only includes the current shoots and then you have to click on "Complete List" or something like that. If you do that, and then click on "S", not only does Silvia Saint have a large section, but she's one of the featured "S" models, s well she should be.
In terms of Suze's posts, it's fairly common knowledge that Suze Randall is computer illiterate and always has been. I'm not aware of her former forum postings, but if she did them, it was definitely her daughter Holly posting for her, because Suze doesn't do ANYTHING with computers - never has. As to how much Suze is shooting these days, I really don't know - but I bet that Holly and her team would give a straight answer in their forum.
I've always considered Suze's site hit or miss, but at $10 now - their specials are all over the map in terms of pricing but all low - for both Suze.net AND Suze.video, I can't complain about this site since it continues to be updated, they have NOT purged their archives except where they have lost licensing or been begged by models that were now out of the biz to remove their shoots, they continue to make improvements, they've lowered the price to an amazing degree while still being top-rate in customer response and they are active in their forum - and very blunt.
I remember reading a post by Holly complaining about how expensive Amy Reid was to hire for boy/girl shoots, something most web-masters would be loathe to mention. Sorry, but I had to step in here to give credit where credit is due - and this site deserves credit for having a LOT of hot stuff!

I did check out the main page based on your rec, and I see what you mean. Even more blatant than most sites in presenting the model as underage. And you are right in noting that the guys are really creepy (which is not accidental, I imagine). There are probably scenes where they offer Lupe candy if she will take a ride with them. =)

Guess, you're right. But I still do not regard that a low price is enough for a high score in general. You're one of the "old timers" here and know the value of our money "for what we get". I admit, there's a huge amount of good, average and bad videos at VideoBox, but are you not getting a bit fed up with all the old and bad quality videos at this site?
