I think it's all relative. I agree that many may think that this site is just a big expensive advertisement, but that would only happen if you had reasonable access to Diabolic DVDs. Diabolic is a great studio and this site gives access to a lot of their stuff. I think it's a decent value.
It's great to have these debates though since different perspectives always help.

Quite a difficult question. For example, if I review site with lesbianism and I like it, but I don't like the way it's shot, should I lower the rating? Probably yes. Moreover, even if EVERYBODY does it "wrong" (from my point of view), but there is one site that does it "right" - should I make the ratings different? Probably yes too. But this is exactly the case which we're discussing - there are tons of sites with "mosaics", but there are a few without; should I put higher rating for those without if I hate mosaics? I think so.
PS Not that I personally will ever knowingly join the site which has mosaics - that's what PU is for :-); the main thing is to make it clear in review, and the rest is not THAT important.

For me it's not about genital obsession, it is about distraction and feeling that something is "f****ng censored". If there won't be any genitals from the very beginning (for example, using only angles with no genitals in sight) it wouldn't be a problem for me, but this mosaic drives me nuts (I hate censorship in any form; for me it's even worth than DRM :-) ).

As far as I've heard, it is a crime NOT to produce, but to PUBLISH it in Japan (otherwise nobody would be able to shoot any porn or even erotic there as genitals aren't covered with mosaic when the actual thing happens :-) ).
If it is really the case, then it is perfectly legal to sell some uncensored footage to US company (maybe with a restriction "not to show/sell to Japanese users") which will be able to sell uncensored thing to the rest of the world. I've personally bought several uncensored Japanese DVDs in US (or was it in UK? I don't remember) shops (not Internet shops, but "real" adult shops), and I don't think real adult shops will deal with anything illegal when there are tons of perfectly legal things out there.

Not my taste either - it will be interesting to see who, if anybody will step up to declare "I love this stuff!" - but as someone that was going to adult theaters in the late 70's, I've got to say that while porn has gotten more extreme in some ways, especially the emphasis on "ass", it has also gotten more tame. When I first went to adult theaters, it seemed like 2 requirements for every feature were:
1) a little girl scene - frequently incest-themed and
2) a rape scene - and not a "she really wanted it but played like she didn't" scene either
Perhaps with the legal crackdown in some areas, the extremity in others is the consequence.

I reckon that this sort of site will disappear because of lack of customers, and I guess thats the best way to be.
Therefore I tend not to worry about the more distasteful stuff, since we can all exercise choice.

If somebody wants to see eating shit and somebody wants to produce this kind of stuff - I don't care though I think it's REALLY disgusting; it is outlawed in certain places, but I think laws prohibiting it should be thrown away (which already happened in many - but not all - places to other laws outlawing such things as anal sex or being gay). Why somebody (especially government) should care about things that happen between consenting adults?

If it isn't willingly the producer will still taste cold steel. Just as with most companies today, the people's views are not a meaningful as long as it isn't unlawful. I agree with this also. Society's personal opinions should not stand in the way of a person's right to conduct lawful business. Remember, there is still quite a bit of content that is still unlawful to produce.

They have a section, "Set Browser Options," where you can set the default size of the photos. It's a nice feature! I always have the default at 1024 (small) for quicker previewing of individual shots before I make the decision for a one of those at 43xx!

From time to time I've been tempted by this site (they seem to have some exclusive Silvia Saint).
But it has always seemed somewhat "suspect" to me - and I have never checked it out seriously. (Origin states Spain, but that's an old, quite old Swedish company).
And this info from jd about having to install some kind of spyware to be able to download - EVEN - DRM protected videos is simply out of line.
Does that mean you pay 20 and still NOT get allround access to the DRM video-files, less you say yes to the spyware hassle?
If thats so, glad I haven't joined.

The high'ish score was a result of the fact that though most men will understandably arrive at the inaccurate conclusion that an adult-oriented personals site might improve their chances... That is offset by two things: one, that women will get a lot out of the site (especially if they're just looking to get laid). And, second, the website technology in use is very, very sophisticated.
