JD, you're a tech phenomenon. I'm not, but since you and I have been getting MPL differently, it might be both a hosting and routing difference of some kind. Just my feeble guess, really.
That storm out in the west has been awful, and another big nasty one is headed for So Cal, the Porn Capital of the US!

I wonder if it would work with a download manager. Can't say I tried it myself. (Tried with one once and the software was little too primitive for me and just gave up.) Anwyay, no excuse for coming into the world zipless.
I just took my time and cherry picked one set every few days or so.

Some months ago, a webmaster contacted me by e-mail and offered me a complimentary free month. He asked me, in a separate e-mail sent at nearly the same time, to change my score on the site. Even said he wasn't trying to bribe me. Ho ho. I went and changed my settings, so now webmasters can't contact me about matters PU except on the site, where all can see. Said webmaster had also promised changes to the site which as far as I've been able to tell have yet to take place.
On to a different subject: I agree that Bela is a great webmaster who has been good to communicate with. He, along with some of the others, are truly interested in our opinions and preferences. With this kind of communication channel open, positive improvements have been made to some of the sites.
I think this time around Bela put 2 and 2 together too quickly, but I've been guilty of that before myself. I feel for both Bela and Davit, but I'm sure everyone will get over it.

Hi JD - hope you will see my further comments and maybe reconsider your suspicions of me. I am new to this, and have been a bit green. The only time I posted a specific link was when I considered it relevant to the subject. Yes, the 21 Sextury sites are my favourite at the moment (closely followed by Sapphic Erotica) but of course this is entirely subjective, and I will try to be a bit more objective in future and try and see more potential in sites for other users who may not share my opinions, even if I do not think the site is all that great.

Happy 2008!
The site is plagued with server problems, seems to me, and it's been that way for quite some time. I really wish they'd started their makeover a little further under the hood instead of doing this paint job first.
And who knows when, or if, those images (especially some earlier ones) marked as 4000px actually will be. Could it become another Superglamish fiasco? Let's hope not, but only time will tell. One thing's for sure, it's not good practice doing it the way they've done it.
With updates, EVERY damn web site in existence should do it from "the inside out" (bottom to top of the directory tree) but a lot of them do it bass-ackwards instead, announcing updates or changes that aren't online yet. MetArt and MetModels, two otherwise great sites, are among the guilty, although Met-Art has been updating a lot earlier in the day than they used to (Yay!).

Your thoughts about video box got me to thinking. There are three factors that go into my decisions and it'd be great to have three scores to look at : Quality, quantity and price. I agree that video box is strong on price and quantity and mediocre on quality. These are factored into my purchase of video box, at least.

Great idea, I second this. Price in my eyes still needs to be a factor as a lot of surfers are swayed into joining cheaper sites and so they should, I certainly am. I judge a site on value for money too. This seperate scoring will give the reader an insight still into what value this site is for the money.
In my eyes though, all sites should be $19.99 discounts for TBP users and $29.99 for networks. No site in my eyes unless its a really good site network be worth anymore.

I can only agree on that as I always like to hear a models voice. If the voice is nice enough it gives an extra thrill.

Well, at least one of my suspicions has turned out to be groundless.
Every one of my use/passes is unique for each site, but the key thing I get from this is that using the same for a site for a long time is a bad idea.
I guess the hackers are pretty good at spoofing new IP addresses, too, in order to keep throwing logins at sites.

Thanks for the tip. I always use cryptic usernames and passwords (I never use "Drooler"), but I was near the end of the year of that subscription, so who knows?
And yes, hackers are constantly flailing away at our favorite candy shops. The sorry buggers.
Maybe I should ask you: Does having the browser remember the UN and PWD increase the risk, all other things (personal firewall on, etc.) being equal? 'Cause that's what I used to have with MC Nudes when the hacks hacked. These days, I always just type it in.

Thanks JD, I just joined a few days ago and have been very happy with the site. One of my biggest pet peeves with new porn is the insane amount of facials. I loved the 90s and earlier porn of the belly, butt, back, boobs cumshot. Everytime I am on videobox or any of the other DVD sites, the first thing I go to is "classic" section. Thanks for the reply, so far so good!
