I think Adult Time is one of the best bargains in internet porn.
I got a free add-on to Adult Time when I joined 21 Sextury late last year.
At the time, the Adult Time network was still in beta testing.
They finished beta testing in January 2019.
So membership in Adult Time was being given out on a random basis, when joining sites that were included in the Adullt Time network.
Now, when you go to the public pages for 21 Sextury, they explicitly state that you get Adult Time membership when you join 21 Sextury.

My guess is that they are slowly changing the public pages of the sites included in Adult Time to show that Adult Time access is included.

Some web sites don't use zip files, to reduce the chance of piracy. But a web site that posts zip files that their subscribers can't open is obviously more intelligent than a non-zip web site. This way, the pirates will waste their time trying to crack the un-usable zip files, instead of trying to steal the individual photos and videos.
Not replying to emails for customer support might also be part of the piracy defense.
Some pay sites I've joined don't answer emails. I can't say what percentage, because I rarely send emails to the pay sites I join, but there have definitely been times, when I had a problem and I emailed support, that I got no reply.

You can not get a refund on a pre-checked cross sale.
Even if you call the billing company within minutes of the pre-checked cross sale going through, and even if you have never used the subscription to the pre-checked cross sale site, you will still not get a refund.
The only thing you can do is cancel the subscription to the pre-checked cross sale site as soon as possible, so you won't be billed the expensive, additional charge for the cross sale site going into the monthly rate.
Because the monthly rate for the cross sale site is almost always very expensive, much more than the normal monthly rate for the site you can find elsewhere.
So it definitely pays to examine any site join page, to make sure any pre-checked cross sells are unchecked.
