Once again I'm blocked from access to the 21Sextury site and, despite submitting yet another ticket this morning, nothing has been done to correct the problem.
Note that the problem seems to occur on a monthly basis at the start of each calendar month and also just after my monthly renewal is processed.
I've been a continuous member since 26 August, 2010, a year and a half ago, so there's no reason I should be losing access to the entire site.
I'm sure it will be corrected again but the fact that it keeps happening is quite annoying. Worse, I keep losing two or three days of access each month while I await Customer Support to correct the problem.
The quality of the site makes it worth the wait but I really think something needs to be done to correct the problem permanently.

Sandstone, It looks like your support function went back on break. The same problem you fixed a month ago has returned and I'm getting no response from your support team when I submit a ticket.

All is back to the way it should be. About 12 hours ago I received an email that my access to both 21Sextreme and 21Sextury was restored. However when I attempted access the password failed.
About 30 minutes ago I received a new password that works.

Until the problem arose, I had access to both sites because I have been a continuous member since before the two sites were split.
The issue is that I am now blocked from the entire 21Sextury network. Hopefully the just posted response from Sandstone, the webmaster, means the problem is temporary. I'm optimistic this problem will be corrected because, until this incident, the support function has been quite good and timely.

I've not had a content issue so I can't respond from experience. My problem was accessing some of their sites. I thought it was a problem I may have caused but when I couldn't fix it I emailed them with an almost immediate response that they'd fixed it.

One good thing about the pix standards on this site is that they don't just post every single shot as many other sites do. In a single session, I see 200 as the absolute maximum number of photos. More than that necessarily means a lot of duplication and thus user time in viewing and extracting excess stuff.

I wrote my comment over a year ago and have since signed up. I am a very happy camper with everything, especially the download speeds. As messmer suugested I use DTA on FireFox and occasionally use the pause trick he suggested.
I have had very good luck on this site downloading six or seven at a time that way.

Frankly, the good folks at 21Sextury did a lousy job of explaining the new structure. Worse, their somewhat confusing navigation system adds to the problem.
I have totally ignored the new structure. Since it was started I have continued downloading everything and anything I want with no difficulty at all.
I've been a member for over a year and, apart from occasionally screwing up my logon with fat finger errors, which causes a bit of a hassle in getting access (I now type in my Member name and password very slowly) I have had no problems at all.
Well, that's not quite true. I have had a (good kind) problem downloading the huge amount of superbly high quality content. The site is so rich with great babes, great videography and great variety that I still feel like a little kid in a huge candy store every time I log in.

No question that 21Sextury.com has earned a top score, but 100 means total perfection which no site will ever achieve.
I've been a member for about a year now. I could list several minor peeves I have with their customer service (slow, but good), their navigation (discussed elsewhere as being non-intuitive) and the absence of updates on some of their sites, but am extremely satisfied with the site.
That said I can easily understand Drebins' enthusiasm. This site is one of the very few that constantly delivers superb quality and outstanding variety.

OK, that makes a lot of sense, especially because it answers two questions. The first one is why would they set up a structure like that unless it made them some additional money, and second, what stops an active member from canceling and save money by using the accumulated credits?
Both questions are answered by the fact that they expect the former member to pay for more credits after his original batch runs out which is more money for them and a member who really doesn't want any restrictions on his access to as much as he wants (that would be me) stays on as a regular member while adding more to his credit count.
So you succeeded in translating their new program into common sense English.
In any event, I plan to stay a member anyway so let's see what happens.

I posted the entire announcement above, but I admit I'm confused. Being a auto-renewing (and very satisfied) subscriber who does not plan to unsubscribe, I'm not sure what this adds for me.
Being skeptical as well, I'm wondering if this is the first step toward charging extra for downloads and/or other changes to the current subscription terms or as Rusty asks, is this a precursor to (re-) instituting some form of DRM.
Perhaps someone smarter than me can tell me what this really means.
In the meantime I'm now focused on downloading as much of the good stuff as humanly possible if/when DRM comes back in. (It's a task I'm happy to undertake).

We reward our active members with credits on a daily basis. Accounts with an active subscription get 10 credits after each active days, meanwhile accounts with expired subscription will still get 3 credits for 90 days after subscription expiration.
The only thing you need to do to constantly get the free loyalty credits is to log in to the members' section once every 7 days..
Your earned credits are never expires. You can come back any time and spend them for any of our products (network subscription, or individual scenes)
7. WHERE CAN I ACCESS INDIVIDUAL SCENES AFTER I BOUGH THEM?
Your purchased scenes get into the 'Favorites' menu in the Members' Section, you can check them there anytime you want.

There are three ways to get 21Sextury Credits:
* Either buy one of our credit packages
* Gain some as member loyalty rewards per active days

While with buying credit packages you can get the desired numbers of credits right away, the member loyalty reward is totally free and all active members get them automatically in a daily basis.
5. IS IT WORTH TO BUY MORE CREDITS?
Definitely. The more credit you buy, the more discounts you may get after certain amounts.
Here is the prices and the amount you can save:
* $4.95 - 500 credit
* $18.95 - 2 000 credit, you save 5%

Currently there will be two options available. One is right away, the other will be opened up in the very near future. Of course with time we will expend the possibilities to many other interesting items.
These are the available choices:

If you bought the scenes, those are yours and you'll be able to watch them even when your network subscription has been expired. This way you can create your own video collection, enjoying your favorite scenes as many times as you want.

Buy a full right subscription to 21sextury or 21sextreme Networks (coming soon)
You can even buy subscriptions using your 21Sextury Credits. Those are not recurring, ideal for those who are hesitant to use recurring subscription.
Credits stocks up by time for loyal members so you may can collect them and use it later - any time.

21Sextury Credit is practically a virtual money attached to your lifetime account. You can use these credits in our members' area to buy individual scenes or network subscriptions. With time, we reward our loyal members with more credits, but of course you also can buy some extra any time.

No, it doesn't. It is a bonus given to your subscription, you still will be able to watch all new updates you have access to.

I've had some (few) d/l issues but not many. I also use DTA. But one thing I found is that the file extensions are incorrect on occasion. When I can't get a d/l to play properly, I check the extension and change it to *.wmv even if it already is *.wmv. That has worked.

Had the same problem 2 weeks ago in a small but upscale hotel in Melbourne Australia. I got access from a big chain hotel in Sydney but at a sluggishly slow speed. But when I went on to Melbourne, I was able to access my email and basic g-rated sites but was unable to access my favorite porn sites.
I didn't follow up with the hotel so I don't know if it's selective blocking or something else.
Interestingly, however, I had superb access and speeds during a short stay in Singapore.
It would be interesting to see a survey of access issues like I experienced done by someone who is more technology savvy than I am.

Thanks for a great, well written review. I'm with you on the 3 month "foreplay" issue. I'm like you. When my engine's running full throttle, I don't want to wait 3 months; I just want to max out immediately.
And the download issues you mention are, for me, a major concern. It drives me nuts when a download cannot be fast forwarded (or downloaded into a video editor) and when a download moves at a snail's pace or stalls because the site is worried about download manager abuse.
This site has been on my wish list for a long time but is staying there because I've already got enough good stuff that I've signed up for. But when I tire of one of the current sites this one will be next up.
