Not enough options. I like 'em starting with sexy clothing and stripping down to the level where PTA* are fully exposed so we can see the action without any camouflage. I get really pissed when a babe with great tits leaves her bra on throughout or when the panties are pulled aside but not removed. Stockings or no stockings, who cares?

I think Jay G has nailed it. Three ratings makes the most sense.
Quantity:
I have gone to a great looking site at a good price to find that I can download everything on it in a week or so. Relatedly, I've gone to high rated sites that have infrequent updating, or none at all. A quantity rating makes great sense.
Quality:
A rating of quality that is not influenced at all by price or quantity adds considerably to the value of the rating.
Price:
Stating the price is good, but the TBP folks have seen everything so they can add a price/value subjective rating to the mix. If it's independent from the content rating, than it's a big addition to the review.

I voted yes.
A site should be judged solely on its merits and not its price. The reader of a review can quickly decide if a price is too high based on his own cost considerations.
If a $59.95 per month site is totally spectacular and is loaded with a bunch of gangbuster features, why should that site not get a score near 100 despite the fact that it is expensive?
Let me make that call. I just want to know what's good and what's not so good. That's all.

I agree 100%.
And would I like porn as a gift? Yes, if it was something I haven't been able to locate; such as the original Taxi Girls where Nancy Suiter's fisting scene hasn't been edited out or any of Candy Barr's old "smoker" movies (black & white, of course)
Otherwise, no. If it's something the donor knows I really would like, I probably already have it.
Now a one year gift membership to a website or two that I really like...that would be just great.

18 and over - an option not available. At 14-15, porn suggests that society accepts non-marital sex as normal at a point when hormones are about to rage. 16 and 17 (HS junior/senior) is probably OK because they'll see it anyway, and it well might promote some open communication with dad at that point.

Seg Pay 4 or so years ago - tried unsuccessfully to cancel and was billed for another month. Protested thru my M/C issuer and lost on month 1 but won on month 2.
If I see Seg Pay, I won't sign up.
Had nothing but superb experiences with CC Bill and PayCom. Never, ever had any hassle with them on any issues.
There was another back in 2002 or 2003 that was a nightmare to deal with but they are not mentioned in the list. I suspect they are out of biz.

Thanks Denner for bringing that name up. It was one of the two that I had cancellation issues with back in 2003 or 2004. I remember them because of the strange name that still makes no sense to me.
asmith12 - that was one of the two. I haven't seen the name come up at all recently. Must be either because I look only at good sites these days (compared to 2003 before I found TBP), because they've defrauded themselves out of business or because I've just not bumped into them again.
Anyway one down, one to go.

Sorry, but no I can't remember. It was three or four years ago and they both occurred within two months of each other. Both were "flaky" sites that were trash and the processors had strange names. I'm sure I'd recognize the names if they popped up again so if they do I'll say something.

I use a credit card, but for protection, I use a card where I've asked the credit card issuer to set a very low credit limit ($80.00) and I monitor all activity daily and on line. That way I can easily charge the going price for a site but if the number is compromised within the site or the biller, I'll know immediately as will the credit card issuer who will block any excessive sudden use. I pay each charge as it appears on the account so the running balance is usually zero.
This technique has nabbed two "unscrupulous" sites that rebilled after I cancelled a subscription (it was not ccBill, by the way) and one case where an attempt was thwarted to use the card account to pay for an auto repair in St. Louis (I live in LA).
The added benefit is that online porn is the only purchase I make with that card so the statements give me both a running history of activity and the 800 number to call if a problem arises.

I also agree.
The sites that play games with their paying members are screwing themselves more than the consumer.
If I like a site I'll "let it ride" for several renewals until I tire of the existing content and the updates aren't enough reason to stick around. The site makes good money at very little cost on these renewals.
The minute I see a deceptive practice, like the zip file surcharge mentioned in brixe's comment, or the sneaky assent hidden in the signup template that he mentions, I'm gone and the site is out the revenue.
The cancellation policy mentioned by exotics4me's review is also a bit on the sleazy side where the site takes your money but fails to deliver the goods.
The worst part for the site is the information sharing available to us on PU. The money spent by Mac & Bumble promoting its site and the special discount offered to TBP members is now a lost cause to M & B just because they tried to be a little bit too slick.
Their loss.
I'd like TBP to consider revising their high score (90.8) for M & B to reflect these serious deceptive practices.

Just for grins, I checked out the PU niche list and on the first run found exactly what some have mentioned. I checked out the "Fisting" niche. It lists two sites dedicated to fisting. So far so good.
But FTV.com has a lot more fisting material on its site than either of the two sites in the "fisting" niche, and it's not listed under the "fisting" niche. The difficulty that Nick mentions is clear in this example. FTV's "niche" isn't fisting. The PU niches are:
1. Nude Photography
2. Porn Videos
3. Young Adults
FTV could also be included in Solo, masturbation, public exhibitionism, etc. as well.
This tiny bit of research has proved to me how tough it is to create a meaningful and comprehensive list of niches to use to find sites.
This suggests that, just for the sanity of the person (people) who must classify each and every site, there cannot be a uniform style or structure.

I agree with your suggested approach (niches and subniches). It simplifies searches and makes them much more effective.
Let's face it. The Porn Site business is booming and will only get bigger. Niche websites are growing far faster than broadly general sites (how many more "teen" sites can be added successfully?).

I agree with your parameters. I've gotten 600-700 on VideoBox, but that's about it. Most sites seem to go at about 150-300 Kbs.
A site that consistently goes at 500+ Kbs will get my loyalty.
