I complained to Epoch about the site not honoring the terms and conditions. Epoch replied that they set the account so it would not renew. Not good enough. I've asked Epoch for a full refund before I contact my credit card's issuer.

I agree. Worth a short-term join for the back catalog but that's it. Too bad. They published some great material in the past..
