I'm sorry to hear that you've been burned by this site and/or biller. A lot of us have had that same issue. It sounds like you are lucky though that you used a pre-paid card and there isn't enough balance to cover another month.
A couple of months ago I joined three sites that all used Centrobill, the biller in question. Two of those sites (Jay's POV and Bruce and Morgan) had the same biller interface that was both easy to join and easy to cancel. I also joined German Goo Girls and I had the same experience that you did. They have since tried to charge me twice but my pre-paid card has no balance left on it and I planned it that way. Oddly, the last emails I got from them came from "Westbill."
The thing I don't understand is how is Centrobill good for the other two sites and so poor for the GGG membership? All of the complaints about Centrobill have been with memberships to GGG or 666 Bukkake so there must be some alliance between these (related) sites and the biller to screw over customers.
The good news is that it sounds like you are safe from further charges.
Good luck finding anything else on the internet that is like GGG or 666. I don't think anything like them exists anywhere else.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was on vacation and had no internet access. I was eventually able to get them to cancel the account. Once they emailed me I was able to keep replying to that email.
One strange thing - and this may help you - is that the emails that finally worked weren't to or from Centrobill but a company called Westbill. The email address was support at westbill dot com. Try that and see if you have any success.

The issue isn't additional unwanted charges. It's the inability to cancel. Dozens of us here have had that problem with Centrobill.

Unfortunately you've fallen into the same trap that's snagged so many of us that TBP/PU won't even list them here any longer. Their primary biller, Centrobill, seems to be a front for a scam.
Sadly, being scammed by Centrobill isn't really an exclusive club...

I'm only posting this comment here in hopes that the webmaster reads it: too many of us here have been fucked over by Centrobill. I can't speak for the others, but the length of time between you moving to a reputable biller and me taking out a membership at your site will be measured in seconds. I really, really, really want to join GGG but will not do it unless you switch billers.

Ah, our good friends at Centrobill strike again. I had the same problem a few months ago and a member here had posted an email address that actually works. This is too late now for you to cancel your trial membership but it if still recurs this should do it. The email is linked in this thread on the forum:

Damn right I wish to consider this! I'm glad you got this resolved but it shouldn't have had to happen. GGG is a unique site and I'm sure has a lot of potential members so having the CC biller fall flat like this is a big problem for them. I hope they fire the biller.
I definitely wouldn't consider joining this site until there are positive signs that these shady practices have stopped.

I had thought of joining this site a while back but I recall that it was streaming only at that time. I'm glad to see that they now offer downloads.
Please let us know if you have any suspicious charges show up. If you don't I'll definitely consider signing up.
What are your thoughts on some of the additional sites in the network?

This is another example of TBP / PU saving me money. I was seriously thinking of joining this site until I read your review. The preview pages make no mention that the site is streaming only and that's a deal breaker for me. Thanks for the review and warning. You definitely saved me some money and disappointment.

I'm no fan of download limits but I can live with reasonable ones. The problem is defining what's reasonable and you hit the nail on the head. 20GB per days sounds reasonable, but is it when a scene can be as much as 3GB? I don't think so... They need to up the limit (or scrap it altogether).

I enjoyed reading your review but have to admit that some of that may come from me agreeing with you on a lot of your points. With just a little tweaking this could be one of the best sites on the internet but it seems that the site owners aren't interested in improving it. The sameness of each scene and the fact that there are no names or even unique file names really bugs me. As much as i like this site I promised myself after the last time I was a member that would be the last time. So far I'm keeping that promise to myself.

I don't recall if they had pictures or not. I don't usually collect photos though. When I write reviews I'll usually provide some basic information on any photos even though I don't collect them. I noted in my older review that I didn't make any mention of photos so that's an indication that they weren't offered when I had a membership.
As much as I dislike some of the things with this site I think I'll rejoin again soon.

I probably scored this site a bit too low at 75 when I reviewed it because the negatives are a real pain in the ass. You're probably right that since members have been complaining about the same things over and over for a long time that the site owners likely don't care enough to change it.
But what this site does well it does very well. The models they feature really make this a site worth checking out.

This isn't a big improvement, but at least now you can pay double the price right upfront and get full access immediately. I didn't pay double upfront but did quickly to get access to the BTS stuff but that turned out to be a dud. I'm glad I joined but likely won't join again.

What an excellent review! Seriously. Detailed and thorough with every word contributing to the overall point.
This is a site I've thought about joining and I still might even though it has a lot wrong with it. I think just having a reputable biller is enough to cure a lot of problems because I know my risk is just the cost of the membership.

Without even spending much time on the preview pages I'm confident that you're right about this site. I find solo toy play dull anyway, but if there is anyone who could make it more dull it'd be these guys. They have some hot models though.
