I think you are probably correct.
If they were more attentive in their non-member area, perhaps they might attract more new business.
They could even do that without improving their services to their membership!

Hmmm.
Even if I liked the material; which I doubt as it seems mainstream focussed on hardcore; I wouldn't put up with no zips or CCBill ripping me off.

Yeah,
In this case it didn't do me any good because it didn't take the details as correct the first time I filled it in.
On the second attempt it rechecked the boxes & I didn't spot that until I had clicked resubmit.

Yes, it is getting a bit creaky in some respects.
Perhaps the page format & their policy re. updates.
I don't think it is that surprising though given the amount of content they are getting through.

I really like this site too, slutty.
As you rightly say, the navigation is a little scatterbrained & clunky, but there is a lot of generally good quality material here; especially in the way of photosets.
A solid review of a sound site.

They are messing about with the headers on the thumbnail pages at the moment as well.
They haven't got it fully sorted.
TBH I wish they hadn't bothered. I preferred how it was before.

I know you perhaps shouldn't have to, but I tend to do it myself anyway, regardless of the official naming.
How about geting into the habit of just hitting 'save as' & naming it yourself in a fashion you prefer?
