Not being a member I wouldn't know that the last two were photoset.
The last time I mentioned photosets I was firmly shot down, so I was going on that reaction.

Well, as I have made no secret of, video is not my thing.
The lack of any new photo material is a total deal breaker for me.
Yes, if you like videos it is OK, but the inane chatter really got to me TBH.
Over a period of years I have made suggestions, but Ed is always one to ask for feedback & then go his own way. :0/
Believe me, I don't want to talk it down, but I do want to see decent quality new photosets.
Then that is my thing! ;0)

I took a quick look through his clips for sale store.
It seems to be the currently available videos from the member site.
Older archive ( lower quality stuff ) He makes available from time to time on DVD. He usually posts on the KeepItNice Forum when they become available. There is a newer blog site too, which there are links to from the forum.
Not being a video enthusiast I don't know a lot about them TBH. :0/
To answer your original question.

I can't give you a definitive answer on that.
Current updates are of a decent quality.
The webmaster does have a habit of re-issuing older albeit exclusive material in differing formats. Usually they are sold as a DVD.
I think he has started out with a clips for sale store too,
Best would be to have a mooch around the non-member area & maybe drop him an email.

It is called regional pricing.
It is a scam that has being going on with less reputable online service providers for a long time.
Webmasters blame the billing companies & vice versa.
The fact remains that if the service wasn't facilitated by the billing company, it wouldn't occur.

So far as I can see, there is no evidence that it has changed in that regard.

This site was suggested to me as a possible join a couple of years back.
When I looked into it, it struck me as a sprawling site lacking focus and direction.
I did not join.
From your review you say things have deteriorated since that time.
That is a shame, because it did have potential, I thought.

Not really my 'thing' but from what I have seen surfing, a few 'BDSM' style sites seem to occasionally venture into this area.
Perhaps you may find a happy hunting ground in that genre?

A fine review of an interesting site.
I took a look around the tour area, which I find to be very open & useful.
For me, it is nearly there.
I found 2 main irritations.
The lack of sequence in the zipping of the sets, & the fact that most sets start out only partially clothed or nude.
I am sure it will be an excellent site for most softcore photo fans though.

Yes, you may well be right that the Take 5 progression will prove to be limiting.
Perhaps if they classified sets/videos as being from one to five in some sort of progression from fully clothed, through softcore full nudity to midcore, then hardcore?
Anyway, as it stands no zips would be a deal breaker for me.

I think they are half heartedly trying a 'new' progression idea.
Start with very soft content & progress to harder material.
From what I can see in the preview area though, it is existing material picked and sorted to suit rather than bespoke, targetted material, which would give the site a better chance of working.
