For me it's all about the babes.
If it was hot babes, I'd download for sure - and the description doesn't even fit the vid, since I'm looking at the preview right now and all scenes start with the girl wearing clothes. There are scenes of Violet Blue, who is a must-download for me, so I'd download her scene for sure, and Cailey Taylor looks hot as well so I would definitely download her scene.
I guarantee you, this vid is 40000000% better than the vid the jokers at Videobox started things off with today - World's Oldest Gangbang - ha ha ha. I'm glad they're having a good time celebrating April Fools Day by posting that garbage. And if they made up for it with an extra posting today, then I would be sweet about it.

Agreed - this site is doing themselves a dis-service by this kind of false advertising.
If some material is "coming soon", advertise it as "coming soon" - as a prospective member, I would likely find that enticing.
Advertising material as currently posted is not a good thing - it's a bummer to join a site expecting to be able to download the material and find it to be not there.
And it's not necessary. This site has a ton of material - a ton of really good material - they would be wise to take a kick in the pants from this thread and be as honest as possible about what material is currently available and what material is "coming soon" if they even want to mention what is coming soon - to me, as I say, I would find it more enticing than a turn-off.

While a magic wizard is not likely to swoop down and solve your problem, in the age of the internet it is not at all difficult to find forums where tech-minded geeks (and I says this with complete affection) would be DELIGHTED to help you delve into your dilemma and offer myriad and sundry solutions until your problem is no more - or at least until you get sick and tired of trying different things.
Being someone that is not at all tech-minded, I have found such forums to be very helpful - just start googling and you'll find one that is discussing the products that you are using.

I found that, even watching downloaded scenes on my computer, the quality that I got from VideoBox, having tried that for a month before trying Videosz for a month, was better - others have commented on having the opposite experience. Dunno why.

It seems like this site is aiming to overtake VideoBox - that kind of competition is a great thing for porn fans. I'm still on a one-month join of this site and keep comparing the updates to this site as compared to the updates at VideoBox. This site wins the Update Challenge for my tastes every single day. They're making a run in quantity of DVD's too - they just announced that from May 25-May 29, they'll be uploading 6 DVD's a day.
They need to fine-tune the quality of the vids, in my opinion. They need to add some kind of voting or comment area. VideoBox will still have their clip feature - and I'm not recommending that this site copy-cat VideoBox to that extent, but they probably ought to think about what fun proprietary feature they could develop to take them out of the real of just another DVD site - or they could just concentrate on having the very best DVD's available and leave the other stuff alone.
They're doing a lot right.

I did a month join a few days ago. I'm unimpressed. I thought that the vids downloaded at Videobox looked better - that ought to be the only reason needed for being unimpressed.
But I'll go on:
Download speeds aren't all that for me - I'm getting slower d/l speeds than I did at VideoBox, which I had tried for a month.
They don't have the "make your own clip" feature, which was rather fun to play with at VideoBox - especially if you had a great scene of Jenavieve Jolie walking away from the camera and you could find other ass clips of her - mmmmm!!
They don't have the reviews as VideoBox does, which are entertaining - sometimes annoying - sometimes helpful.
They don't have as large a selection as VideoBox, though with over 5,000 DVD's, there's no doubt that there is more than you can gather in a single month.

They've got such a big name in the industry because of their stars - they've shelled out to have the hottest contract girls - and wasted the opportunity by churning out crap so they could have a constant stream of stuff out there for business people to rent in hotel rooms - at least that's my theory. It's amazing to think what people with talent could have done with their contract girls. Such a waste.

Why?
Well, the resolution on their pics has improved over the past few years, but get this - the pics on Vivid's site are smaller than the pics that you'll find that purport to be samples of the pics on Vivid's site - that's a flat-out rip-off, in my book.
The pics on the site are very poorly organized.
Think of what they could be doing - they've got their stars. They're doing promo photo-shoots. They're doing shoots at events.
They're doing "action" pics during filming. They're doing BTS shots.
They could be organizing things in various category by star by movie name and by event. But instead everything is a freaking mish-mash.
You can find galleries by star name that are a mish-mash of stuff, mainly action pics from filming, many of them very repetitive, poorly shot crap.

Would Vivid still exist if it weren't for the cable market? I rather doubt it. The director that was actually talented (Robbie D) went to work for Digital Playground and Vivid was left to try to cash in on the alt-porn thing - talk about Morbid - Ucccccchhhhh!!
Still the last time I had a one-month membership I thought that they had made some significant improvements to the site - larger, save-able pics and better-looking streaming vid than when I had a trial membership previously.
Still, Vivid's main skill has always been that no company has ever been better at wasting opportunities than Vivid has. They have had many of the hottest women ever to have done porn as their contract stars, including Chasey Lain, Racquel Darrian, Asia Carrera, Kobe Tai, Lanny Barbie, Jenteal, Sunny Leone and they have not done shit with them as compared to what would have been possible if they were contract stars for a company with some imagination.

I was feeling some major lust for Lanny Barbie, saw that Vivd was advertising lots of photo galleries of this incredibly hot fuck bunnie. I'd been terribly disappointed at the quality of Vivid's pics before but the site was advertising high-res, so I hoped that they had increased the size of their pics and figures - what the hell, I'm only risking $10
Good news for me - the pics are quite a bit larger than the last time I was in this site - still not what I would call high-res, but compared to the last time I was a member they certainly are - and I can save them this time. So I'm happy, despite all of the limitations of this site as described by NY Giants and others.
At least they're going in the right direction!

I totally agree - and at the time I was a member - a year or more ago - you weren't even able to save pics. That's a complete deal-killer to me - and the pics available through Freeones are better quality than the pics on Vivid's site. I don't get it! I truly don't get it!

I don't believe that she's gotten a boob job. A few comments - no mention of price in this review. While you can watch and chat with the performers between privates - and some of them will dance or do sexy stuff - it's all about the private sessions where the customers get to use the remote-controlled fucking machine on the performers.
The cost for that ranges from $7.00/minute (most of the performers) to $10/minute (that's Amy Brooke's price) and I believe they require a minimum of 5 minute private shows so the performers aren't going to the trouble of getting on the fucking machine and having the customers come at the sight of a bare pussy and end the show after 2 minutes.
They also have a voyeur option where you can watch a private show, but have no control over the fucking machine, for $2.50-$3/minute depending on the performer.
My biggest gripe in checking out this site a number of times is the inaccuracy of "Online" being noted. I've seen "Online" being noted when a performer is saying on her twitter that she'll be there in a few hours. "I'll be there in 3 hours" and "Online" are not the same thing to me - but they are to this site. I've seen performers say "Good night" to everyone in the room and then seen them continue to be listed as "Online" long after that point.
This is a factor of them needing more performers and filling out the list with performers that will be there and performers that were there earlier. But that doesn't help customers know who is actually there now. Unless you're following multiple twitter accounts, it's difficult to get that information, the way they currently operate this site.

Here's what's fucked up about this site. You never know which performers are really there. I suspect that they inflate the "Online" numbers by having extra performers that left long ago as still "online" where you click on them and get that "This performer just finished a private show and will be right back" message. I was just cruising over there because the gorgeous Addison O'Reilly was listed as being online and I wanted to check her out, kept getting that message.
So I checked out Darcy something-or-other for a few minutes. She was chatting with the guys in the free chat, said her "goodnight"s and "have a good weekend" and "I'm taking off now". When she immediately signed off, the message was "This session has ended". As soon as I went to the home page and clicked again on her "online" button, the message was "This performer just finished a private show and will be right back".
Who is REALLY online on this site? I don't think there's really a way to tell unless you catch the babe there.

SOME models might know their schedules in advance. Many are rather flighty and are always looking for the most fun thing they can do - so if a better offer comes up, off they go - like strip club dancers and other performers with a fair amount of flexibility to their profession.
That's why Naughty America has had such problems with their daily live shows - several times a week, they have to do last-minute phoning around for replacements, sometimes daily.

Lots of good bonus content on the Kink network, though when I was a member most recently it was all stream-only. There was another site that was related to Wasteland at one time, I believe, called Funny BDSM. I would love to see that material appear again. I just checked a couple of the newest videos - their lower res being offered is 1080 on their newest videos, so perhaps it's beyond the capabilities of your computer. The other possibility is that it's the video player that you're using. I use VLC Media Player, which I find to be very stable. If you're not using that player, you may want to give it a try and see if that helps before you give up on the site or your computer. It's definitely not an issue with the site. I have never experienced any problems playing back any of their videos.
