 CC Bill surprised the heck out of me.
 
 They said they actually voided the transaction.
 
 The charge would have been $17.95 for only one day.
 
 I guess I do not know what channels are, and the pricing was not understandable to me.
 
 On another note they said I was the third person to call in, so that probably helped my case.

 While I was filling out a feedback thing at VideoBox, asking them what the prices for the upgrades really are, since apparently you can't even tell if you're already a member of the site, the whole site went down for maintenance.  So they might be making changes in reaction to this whole SNAFU.

 Now just to play it safe I tried to cancel my subscription to Video Box and it won't let me.
 
 I really liked this site until now.

 They do that every now and then.  They are up now and it is a bit different.  I see what you mean about the Vivid and Evil Angels videos.  I wonder what upgrading costs and what that would do to a 10 month membership like I have?

 Still no reply from Video Box.  I guess they are too big to be bothered with customer service.
 
 What really bothers me now is that for me to find out if I was charged the extra billing, I have to go through my wife as she controls that card.  Looks like I may have some explaining to do and I am not too happy at the prospects of that.
 
 So like I said before if you look around and see the UPGRADE Button, do not click on that unless you are willing to pay $17.95 for 1 day.
 
 I wonder what you get for $17.95 and why don't they advertise that price.  I have heard $3.00 and $10.00, but they charged me $17.95.
 
 It might not be so bad, but I go on forced retirement from the military next month and I do not have a new job yet ......
 
 
 I am still pissed.
