The main page is completely dishonest:
There are NO live shows
While I'm not looking for Ipod vids, I also consider it completely dishonest when a site advertises them on the home page and doesn't have them anywhere that I can see
The site goes for periods of time with no updates at all
There is no support - e-mails with questions about updates, etc, may as well be sent to your aunt Martha - the one who doesn't own a computer - for all the response you're going to get
Bottom Line:
If you're in love with Sandy and want to see her earlier stuff, this is the place to see it all and at least they haven't eliminated any.
Whenever a star model leaves a company like this, it's a challenge to replace her with other models that will draw people in - all the more reason, I think, to be honest about what you're promising people.
This site started out well after Sandy left, adding frequent updates, as promised of various models, then it started getting all freaky - sometimes whole sections of pics of new models wouldn't even be available.
This is not a dependable site. It's being dishonestly promoted and handled in a clumsy and stupid way.
I can't recommend it to anyone that doesn't crave frustration at this point, though they have the foundation to build something decent if they care to.

Pros:
Phil, when he was actively doing photography, was, for my tastes, one of the best photographer of tease, upskirt, solo-girl photography anywhere. This is the largest collection of his material anywhere. Every once in a blue moon there is an update of hot remastered material with higher quality photos, video & sometimes extra pics that were left out originally because they include exposed boobs, etc.
Cons:
As I say, every once in a blue moon there is an update - mainly what you get is promises, excuses, stories about all the trials & tribulations Phil, the photographer, webmaster, site owner, etc, has in his personal life. Then there are polls about what the members would like to see instead of posting the material that the members have already said explicitly they would like to see. And you can also help Phil set up an auction site and you can let him know how many thousands of dollars you would pay him for a full library of the original material he has of his various models. But updates - only once in a blue moon.
Bottom Line:
In 2007 I gave this site a 95, because there were frequent updates of great material and if you were a fan of tease, upskirt, solo-girl stuff, you would have been insane not to have been a member of this site. Today I'm only giving a 50 because that is the lowest score that TBP allows. This site does not deserve a 50. If I were giving this site the score it deserves, I would give it a 20. It's painful to be a member of this site. I daresay there are zero satisfied members of this site. There's a forum type thing that is pretty much only made up fo members complaining for very good reasons about what a miserably run site this is. Phil's got tons of great material that could be remastered. He could hire someone to better organize the material that is here, which is just a freaking mess - no dates, there is "legacy material" for many of the models where the only thing you see before you download something is "set 1", "set 2" etc. And all of the original sites, which used to be available for membership to this site, have been melded into this site. So this site has only gone downhill further and further into the dust. Really too bad!
You could just take away their "comment" privileges. Reddit does that. Hell, it happened to me on a Reddit group for reasons I'm entirely unclear on since I don't post nasty crap. But there is a group I'm in where I can peruse the group all I want, I'm just not able to comment on anything. Such is life. If Reddit groups can do that, adult sites could certainly do it.

The discouragement of comments on adult websites continues. Many adult sites that used to have full-fledged forums, such as Twistys, Brazzers, Naughty America, Nubiles, etc, did away with them long ago. Now we even see sites that used to have a space for customers to put comments eliminating those, such as AdultTime, who now only has a place for customers to "Report" videos - perhaps this is so, if someone runs a Youtube hit-piece on a creator that AdultTime is "platforming", people can let them know - "hey, did you see that people are claiming that so-and-so did nasty stuff 10 years ago" and they can take down their material before the credit card companies start asking questions. It's an unfortunate trend.
This is a site I join periodically because a lot of their stuff is really damned good, excellent quality videos and photos. I was stumbling all over since I joined this time trying to figure out how to download zips of the photos and bts shots, which I'm sure I've been able to do in the past. I figured I was missing something and was feeling embarrassed when I sent a message to their C/S - to my shock, this is the response I received: "The photo download link is no longer available on the site. You may now grab the image(s) of your choice then drag and drop them on to your desktop."
Thanks for the review - Karups and the ATK sites used to be favorites around here years ago, but I can't remember the last time I saw someone review 1.
If you haven't tried Grooby Archives yet, I would recommend it - it's an archive site, naturally, from across a range of Grooby sites. They add new updates once a week, but if you're into deep diving, they have the current site, plus they have the 2 previous versions of the site all still available to explore. I can't guarantee that there are no sets that fail to download, but Grooby is pretty good at keeping things running.
Great site - my biggest complaint is the navigation - Try to search by a model name or to search by letter, you can go make a cup of coffee before the information comes up and then it's completely random - Renee Rose followed by Rachel Rivers followed by Rosalyn Sphinx etc if you're using what presents itself as their alphabetical search. They do have the "Models" search, which may be better. Updates are weekly these days, which is nice.
Great site - the best currently updating site I'm aware of for Asian ts models. Grooby is doing less & less promos, haven't announced their annual Customer Appreciation Week, which used to be a great opportunity to get deals. We'll see if it even happens this year.
I suspect its a money issue - it's just a lot less expensive to pay 1 performer rather than 2. Go back even to page 5 of their updates and 20 out of 24 updates were boy/girl - that's substantial savings to eliminate the paycheck on 1/2 the performers in the vast majority of your scenes.
One might think that with the availability for trans models to work on more sites than in the past that Grooby might have more trouble finding attractive models. Doesn't seem to be the case. I'm not a current member of this site, but the roster of models in their newest scenes is as hot a group of trans models of various nationalities as I've ever seen. I would say the same of their Asian T-Girl site (an all-Asian site, as one would expect), Frank's TGirl World (also a Grooby site - pretty much all Asian or Brazilian) as well.
It's a pretty confusing site, but their C/S has always been responsive and honest in my experience. If you ask them what you get for ...., they'll give you the honest answer, might even offer you a deal.
Like many sites, there was a whole different level of engagement with fans on VB in 2010. They had a blog updated multiple times a week where they would discuss which studios they were making new licensing deals, they would solicit feedback from members, they would promote "coming soon" DVDs, etc. Now they have very little to brag about so no blog, no talk of new deals, no coming soon, just plop, here are today's updates.
For porn fans that don't mind a streaming-only option, I just discovered quite an enticing site. Adult Empire, the biggest U.S. DVD site also has a streaming-only subscription, AdultEmpireUnlimited. It advertises streaming-only access to 165,000 movies, 700,000 clips for $24.99/month or $49.98 for 3 months or $149.94 ($12.95/month billed annually) for 1 year. Certainly beats the hell out of Videobox and their rotated selection of bargain basement updates.
Lots of Gay and bi men content these days as well. Perhaps you have your filters set so you don't see that content. Grooby sites know that they're delivering unique content and they aren't afraid to charge for it. They also very seldomly discount and when they do, in their annual sale, which is any time from August to October, almost all the offers are to existing customers only.
They are posting new material 5 days a week on the combined site. I haven't been a member for a while, but if I recall correctly, you also have the archives from the individual sites. For my tastes, the best ladyboy material in the Grooby universe of sites, and maybe anywhere, is on Frank's TGirl World. Not 100% of his models are Asian, but probably 90% and he's got really good taste.
Adult Time has some videos from this site among its bisexual offerings - they also have BiFuck, LetsGoBi, BiPhoria and some Evil Angel & Devil's Film bisexual content - just 11 scenes from this site are on AdultTime. I can't say that I've been excited by this content, but AdultTime is putting up more twink and femboy content, which is much more entertaining to me.
Yeah, as I said, I found 2 of the videos, 1 of which is clearly abusive, the other one it's ridiculous what the guy is talking about. I have no idea what was in the other videos since I haven't seen them and I don't trust the judgement of the guy who posted them given his mis-characterization of the Marilyn Sugar video.

One of them - with Marilyn Sugar - he describes as Rocco changing the scene on her in the middle. I hear some language about that - it sounds to me that it was language they agreed on ahead of time since she's not acting in the least upset or put out or anything. The other one is an early Rocco scene that's as close to rape as anything I've ever seen in porn. I only started watching Rocco in his post- Fashionista days, haven't seen him do any such things in any of the scenes that I've watched. It's a really nasty scene, nothing good about it. One of my all-time favorite scenes, one with Rocco, Janice Griffith and Alexis Tae, is among the removed scenes. I haven't watched every second of that scene, which was about 1 hour long, but I didn't see anything abusive in it. I've chatted with Janice about that scene. She didn't mention anything abusive in that scene and she's pretty vocal about such things. And I've never seen Alexis Tae post anything negative about that scene, as she has about other scenes she's done elsewhere.

Rocco Siffredi was promoted as a key content partner with Adult Time as recently as December 2022. Now all Rocco Siffredi content has been purged from Adult Time - Rocco Siffredi.com still exists, and there is still content from Rocco as a director at Evil Angel, given that they all use Gamma, it wouldn't be surprising if he is deleted online completely.
Warning to anyone thinking of subscribing to Kink.com. While they are shooting new content, reversing their decision that they would only release new content made by partners, they are also not including all content in a subscription to Kink.com - or Kink network, whatever you want to call it. Now they have a Princess Donna section that they deem "Exclusive" that is another add-on subscription. I'm sure that if people pay that additional money, they'll continue to put more of their content behind additional "Exclusive" paywalls.
Plus it sounds like VPN's send another signal to the site's security - that's the feedback I got from ActionJAV about them suspending my account due to too many logins (I never share my username/password of any site so I think this was an issue with the security of their site), but they said "If you are using a VPN please be careful with how many different IP's are used to access the system."
