Have any PU members joined Sugar Paradise and have any opinions on value of site? The preview/tour is only 1 page, it does not list number of photos, photosets, or videos, or give any numerical data on site contents. The preview page shows a bunch of teens, 1 is really cute, Diana, but need much better idea of content quality and quantity before joining this site. It's part of a small network of teen sites.

But Comcast is not available in my area.
(I live in Los Angeles County, norther part of the county.)
Spectrum and AT&T are the basic choices for internet service in my area.
I used to be with Spectrum, but currently with AT&T.
But I'm probably going to switch back to Spectrum.
Because, for me, my ATT contract is for 75 Mbps.
But I use the Wi-Fi for my laptop.
And the Wi-Fi speed often drops to less than 1 Mbps, which is lousy.
With a 100 Mbps connection at Spectrum, my Wi-Fi speeds ranged from 8Mbps to about 22 Mbps, so that's why I switched to ATT.
Which I thought would be faster.
But there is some wiring problem with my house, which the installation tech mentioned.
And that's why my Wi-Fi speeds average less than 1 Mbps to maybe 5+ Mbps, which is lousy. Since I'm paying for a 75 Mbps connection speed.

On the internet, Spectrum says 100 Mbps is what they offer.

I've read that Spectrum is rolling out faster internet connections, but I don't know specifically if they are offering it in my area, and what the charges would be.
The basic offering is 100 Mbps, no data cap. For $45/month.
Which is not bad.

OK, why would anyone pay $14.95 for a 3-day trial, when you can get 1 month for $19.95?
Unless you could be sure to download the site contents in a 3-day trial, you might as well pay the extra $5 for a full month.
But since the site is apparently not updating since June 2008, based on atrapat's reply, and since the site has never been reviewed at PU, I would not pay to join this site.
A small site that might be worth a 1-month membership.

I posted a reference to this site on 2009-Feb-02 at another site.
The TBP site states this site launched May 2009, so that is wrong.
This is a small glamour site with small photosets (20-25 pix per photoset).
The site advertises:

(But I only counted 19 models listed in the search.)
Site has daily updates, but it's questionable whether it's worth more than a 1-month membership.
I've read that some sites block download managers.
But this is the first site I've heard of that tells you to disable Norton antivirus.
I'm not computer-literate: but that just seems strange to me.
And dangerous.
If you wander the Internet, you probably come across hundreds or thousands of articles describing how hackers can infect your computers and cell phones and other devices.
I use Norton antivirus.
Have used it for many years.
Every so often, it gives me a pop-up message that it blocked a website from attacking my PC.
That's without downloading anything: just visit a site, and your computer/device can be attacked.
I'm not saying Norton is the best anti-virus program out there, but I'd be nervous as heck if I didn't have it running.
So I wouldn't join the Swallowed site if they advise disabling Norton antivirus.
One problem is quantity. The site appears to have quality softcore pix, but a limited amount of content.
I realize it's a dream for each photographer who wants to start his own site, but it would sure be more economical if some of these photographers agreed to form a ring where membership to one site would entitle you to access to other softcore photographers' sites.

Sometimes there is a "gateway" ad that you have to pass through to enter the main member's area.
Today, I find a "gateway" ad for other sites, that is so large it covers the entire web page.
I can't find a hot link to leave the "gateway" ad page, to enter the member's area, where all the content (videos and photo sets) is.
Makes me wonder why I signed up for this site/network.

I EVEN BOUGHT A NEW CABLE MODEM/ROUTER TO SEE IF THAT WOULD INCREASE MY DOWNLOAD SPEEDS-BUT IT DID NOT. A WASTE OF MONEY, IT TURNED OUT, BECAUSE THE OLD CABLE MODEM/ROUTER WAS JUST AS FAST. I HAD THOUGHT THE OLD CABLE MODEL/ROUTER WAS DEGRADED OVER TIME (IT WAS 2 YEARS OLD). BUT THE OLD CABLE MODEM/ROUTER HAD GIVEN ME THE SAME CURRENT SPEEDS AS THE NEW ONE.
WHAT IS STRANGE IS THAT ABOUT A YEAR AGO I HAD A 50 Mbps CONNECTION.
BUT WHEN I UPGRADED TO 100 Mbps, MY DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ON THE WIFI LAPTOP DROPPED TO LESS THAN HALF WHAT THEY USED TO BE.
BUT I HAVE A DESKTOP PC CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER/MODEM, AND I AM GETTING AROUND 116 Mbps FOR THE DESKTOP. THE DESKTOP PC IS HARDWIRED TO THE CABLE ROUTER/MODEM.
ANYWAY, I HAVE NO TROUBLE STREAMING VIDEOS AT TEAMSKEET, AND DOWNLOAD A VIDEO AT THE SAME TIME I'M STREAMING-DOWNLOAD SPEED IS ABOUT 1-2 MB/sec.
BUT LIKE I SAID, I USED TO GET FASTER DOWNLOAD SPEEDS WITH MY LAPTOP, BUT NOT ANY MORE.
BUT THE STREAMING VIDEOS RUN SMOOTHLY-NO STUTTERING OR BUFFERING.
IF YOU DON'T GET AN APPROPRIATE RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM SKEET SUPPORT STAFF, SEND AN EMAIL TO AMANDA AT THIS PU SITE.
SHE HAS INDICATED IN THE PAST THAT SHE IS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS PU MEMBERS ARE HAVING WITH PAYSITES.
AND A PERSON LIKE AMANDA, WITH TIES TO A PORN SUB SITE, HAS FAR MORE WEIGHT NEGOTIATING WITH A PAYSITE THAN AN INDIVIDUAL CONSUMER.
LOKI, THE GUY WHO HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH TEAM SKEET, WROTE THAT HE WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON HIS SUB FROM THE TEAM SKEET SITE, THE FIRST TIME HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH POOR DOWNLOAD SPEEDS.
(HE DIDN'T WANT A REFUND FOR THE SECOND TIME HE HAD A PROBLEM, BECAUSE HE STATED HE HAD DOWNLOADED ENOUGH CONTENT DURING HIS SECOND SUB, IN SPITE OF THE POOR DOWNLOAD SPEEDS.)
