The credit card processor was CCBILL. There was an option to use NETbilling. But I am more familiar with CCBILL, which has a good reputation and has never given me any problems.
$39.95/month membership seems very high. Especially considering the lack of regular updates. Would have to be an extreme fan of the drawing style to consider being a member.

In my opinion, it's worth spending the extra $10 for network access. Once you are a member, you can then decide whether you want to stay a second month as a network member, or change to a cheaper membership for a single site, or drop your membership completely and then return some time later if you think there will be enough updates to make it worthwhile.
Some people think the best choice would be to join a single site, either 18 Only Girls or Young Legal Porn, as those are the two sites with the most value, and it's slightly cheaper to join just a single site.
But I think it's worth the small premium to get network access, at least the first time you join. And slutty and Drooler, on re-joining, went for network access, as I did.

You might try sending an email to support explaining that you are a member of the network, but that you do not have access to skinny, and that you have talked/communicated with other people who are members of the network that were given access to skinny.
As I mentioned, Drooler said, in response to your comment that you did not have access, that he also did not have access. But today, he said he does have access. And I'm almost positive he did not pay extra to get that access. He said he wouldn't pay extra for access when he was not able to enter that site.
I did not pay extra to get access to this site. It was just included in the network access.
So, if you send an email to tech support, you might get into skinny. It's a nice additional site, and it's worth the attempt to get it, because you already paid for a network membership.
But I certainly, like you, would not pay $30, or even $20, to gain access to skinny by itself.

There was some discussion in the past on whether it was worth joining either Young Legal Porn or 18 Only Girls by themselves, or paying extra to get the entire network. Some people said it's not worth the extra money to get the entire network, since most of the network sites are small and don't update, and also because there was some duplication between the Young Legal Porn and 18 Only Girls sites, which are the two major sites of this network.
But when I joined before, I got the network access. And I got network access again this time. And slutty and Drooler also got network access. So I think it's worth getting network access, at least for the first time you join this network.

Skokov (different sites spell the name differently) used to contribute to MetArt, but it's been years since MetArt posted any new material from him.

The size of a single photo (up to 250 KB) indicates high definition. But you don't get the "professional quality" you will find at top photo sites like Met Art or MPL Studios. The photos are "ok", but not high quality regarding colors, clarity, etc. There are some attractive Eastern European models, but they could look much better with professional photography.
The content is softcore teen nudity, with some masturbation. Even though the site was
launched in late 2008 and stopped updating a few months later, the photo quality seems more like something from the 1990s: some very pretty models, but the quality is not high. The second video I watched did not have the jittery effect, but the video picture is not crisp. 572 MB for a 15 minute clip, so the video picture should be extremely sharp, but it's not: it's like you're watching the scene through a very faint fog.
You do get the impression you are watching amateur teen models who are just starting their porn modelling career, these girls are young and fresh. I just wish they were presented better (better photography).

But currently, it appears that you get 0 bonus sites when joining Spunky Bee. If that is true, that makes the Spunky Bee site very expensive, considering the limited amount of content at this site, and the slow update rate.
