I haven't been downloading a lot from this network lately. And my max download speed is 630 KB/sec, on a DSL line.
But I do use DownThemAll sometimes. I used it this afternoon, to download several files from YoungLegalPorn and 18OnlyGirls.
I had no problems downloading with DownThemAll.
And I regularly hit 620-630 KB/sec for each download.
I used to use FDM, but a couple of Firefox updates ago, there was some compatibility problem, and Firefox disabled FDM for me, and I haven't tried using it since. FDM would be nice to use, because I don't know how to que files up with DownThemAll, I have to start each file manually, except that I can start 4 separate downloads with DownThemAll at the same time, if I want.
Note: I don't get 630 KB/sec on each separate download if I'm downloading more than one file at the same time. But hopefully, the separate downloads add up to around 600-630 KB/sec, if downloading more than one file at the same time.
But sometimes, the total download speed adds up to much less than 600 KB/sec. Not referring to today's action, but from downloads in the past. I don't know why download speeds sometimes come in slower than normal.

But if you can't get full network access, in spite of the fact you might have downloaded material from Young Legal Porn, you are entitled to a full refund of your $30.
You should get the refund from CCBill, if you explain the problem.
Or you can get the refund from your credit card company if you signed up with a credit card.
Either company should give you a full refund, since you did not get the full network access you paid for.
Reputable companies don't quibble about minor details, such as you might have downloaded some content from a single site. You are entitled to full network access, which you are not getting.
But the best solution would be if you were given full network access. And maybe the Diesel network support (if they are part of Diesel, and not just some outside third party), might give you a free extra week in your membership to make up for the problem.

And the signup page clearly tells you what you will be charged, and what you will get for that payment.
So contact CCBill and explain you are not getting what you paid for. You should have a choice of a full refund, or access to the complete Diesel network.

But there's no question you are entitled to full network access. It says so clearly on the signup page.
If you didn't use the PU/TBP link to go to the Young Legal Porn page, then the signup page would show different prices:

According to the members blog, as you pointed out, you should have access to all the sites in the Diesel Access network.

I normally choose the highest definition, largest file size, because I figure that's going to give the best, clearest picture to watch.
But I should really test the other file sizes, to see if there's a real difference in picture quality, that I can see.
It would save a lot of hard drive space if I downloaded these files choosing a smaller size.
I look at the videos and photos on a computer monitor, not a large TV screen.
And I've noticed that, for myself, at least, I can't really tell any difference in most small-sized, lower quality photos than a huge-sized, high quality photo. That's assuming we're talking about a recent photo set from MetArt or one of the other high-quality photo sites.

It's actually a form of advertising, because they clearly state from which pay site the clip comes from. They even have a hot link to that outside web site. Photosets can have from 30 to 100 photos. The file size of an individual photo can be large, up to 400+ Kb, but the photos are not high quality in terms of appeal or photographic technique.
The photosets are more in the style of an amateur-shot photo series done at home, except that I have seen many amateur photos that have much better photo technique than the photosets at this site.
The two primary sites in the dieselaccess network that have the most value are YoungLegalPorn and 18OnlyGirls. There are some other sites in the
network that are also worthwhile, but the most value is in those two sites.
YoungLegalPorn and 18OnlyGirls are very similar sites: same type of content, same layout, same models, etc. And it appears that some content is shared between the two sites.
YoungLegalPorn takes a softcore approach to porn. By this, I mean that the sex is gentle, not rough or abusive. The sex is caring, affectionate, or friendly, with no slapping, spitting, hitting, name-calling, etc. The sex can be hardcore in the sense there is female masturbation, lesbian activity, boy-girl sex.
I appreciate the overall quality of many videos at this site. But some PU members might think the site is too tame, and would rather watch a harder, edgier type of sex that is featured at many hardcore sites.
The free Diesel cam shows are not shows, but a waste of time where the model does almost nothing except sit or lie on a bed, waiting for someone
to pay for a private show. There is also a mode where the "public free show" turns into a show which is still "public", but you have to pay 1 euro per minute to watch. Supposedly there is some stripping or other action in the non-free public show. The private chats are 3 euros per
minute. So it could get very expensive to watch.
It would probably be cheaper to go to a topless bar to see some stripping, instead of watching it over the internet.
Note: hugow wrote a review of this site on 2011-01-02 and gave it a 50 score because he said the servers were very slow. Most of the files I downloaded from this site (and the other sites in this network) had speeds of 620-630 KB/s, which is my maximum download speed. So I did not experience the poor download speeds hugow reported.
(I recently upgraded my DSL connection, which used to have a maximum download speed of 150-160 KB/s.)
Your review back in 2007 was accurate for the site back then.
The site photos are still not very good, in general.
The site videos are much improved. They still have the videos from years ago, but the newer videos are much better quality: crystal clear definition, good lighting, good camera work, in general. Solo teen, girl-girl lesbian, some boy-girl. This is not a gonzo-style site, but a more gentle sex style that I think of as softcore, even though it shows masturbation and lesbian and some boy-girl.
But if you want hard-edged fucking, you should look elsewhere.

When I posted my original comment about membership price, I was trying to keep it simple. I did not give all three membership options. The site theme is supposed to be amateur videos that are shot at home by amateurs.
There are a few videos I've seen from this site that I thought were good. They seem to shot by an amateur videographer who has an amateur camera: the focus could be better, the shots could be better framed, the lighting is ok but not professional, the colors are not super-crisp, the sets/background is cheap furniture inside a house or apartment.

But you get duplicates of videos that were found on earlier pages. A video that appears on page 3 might also appear on page 4. So it's not easy to navigate the site, and the duplicate listings make it harder.
-No simple lising of site models, with a nice thumbnail to identify what they look like. Trying to identify who the models are in the videos is a waste of time. Unless you recognize a model in a video from some other site, you don't know who the models are in a video, because the names the site lists (for who appears in a video) are useless.
-Videos have subtitles to translate the Russian the models speak. But the video download files do not have the subtitles. Not a big deal, because the subtitles are mainly boring. The sex action is what counts.
BOTTOM LINE:
Sorry for the poor language, but these site/network really needs a makeover to make the site contents easier to use.
When you compare Teen Mega World or Diesel Access networks or X-Art or other high grade sites to this site, you begin to realize how much thought was put into making the other sites/networks easier to use. At Young Sex Parties, there is little to no thought to making the site user-friendly. They opened a site, dumped cheap amateur-style, home made videos into the site, and let the members sort through the mess without any helpful model list, without any effort to name the models on a consistent basis, without bothering to add a listing of the models in the videos.

The Best Porn (the parent of the PU site) lists the number of site videos at 117.
I believe The Best Porn site reviewer just took the number of videos from the site facts, instead of counting the videos themselves.
You have a sort-of-listing of the videos pages, 24 pages in all, with most pages showing 5 videos. The last page has 3 videos. But like I mentioned, there are duplicate listing of at least several videos on those pages.
So the 117 video count at this site means you have 117 videos if you include the duplicate videos.
If you want to follow that system, then if a site has 10 video, and they list those 10 videos twice, then the site can claim 20 videos. Or even 100 videos, if they are sloppy enough to list their videos duplicate times in a list.
The models are real teens. Both the girls and the boys. The girls are OK, not really cute or super-attractive. On average, the models are less attractive than the teens you will see at random at a hometown mall. Maybe that's partly because the models appear to wear very little make-up to make themselves more attractive. The models' clothes are what they could buy at a thrift shop or the Salvation Army store.
The bottom line is, after watching a number of these videos, I start to find them mostly boring and a waste of time to watch. I much prefer the glamcore videos at X-Art or Diesel Access network, where an effort is made to present the models attractively. Or even Teen Mega World videos, where less effort is made to make the models attractive, but the physical attractiveness of the models is higer than the models at Young Sex Parties, and the overall quality of the videos is better than the Young Sex Parties videos.
In my opinion, the amateurish feel of the videos just means cheap production values, unattractive selection of models, cheap clothes and cheap settings.
I hope that I will find better videos at the other bonus sites in this network.
