I hear ya brother. If you've ever bought any of their magazines or vids you'll see that they come with about 5 or 6 languages in/on them plus they have eastern european versions of the same stuff. They started out as a magazine and video company and that is their niche as I believe they are still the biggest in Europe. Apparently there are still a lot of noninternet consumers willing to shell out big $$ for their stuff because they wouldn't be making it off of the internet alone.

Mmmm, this is a tough one. Are they breaking the law? In the US some states have laws against public nudity but they can sketchy and not uniformly enforced (some states might also have laws against public sex acts but I don't know). If there is one distinction to make it is between exposing children to pornography and children coming across sex acts. If the producers showed porno movies in public then they would be in big legal trouble if children saw it. Filming people going at it in a public setting is a grayer issue. Hard to say. Sounds like a great PU forum topic, I would suggest reposting your comment there for more feedback.

+ Bills through Epoch.
+ The inbrowser video player works well.
+ Good production values across the board.
+ Model directory seems complete. |

- Not really a picture site (see below).
- Downloaded files and vids poorly labelled (just numbers).
- Too much music in the earlier produced vids.
- No real search function or tags. No model information.
- Pretty much M/F hardcore, not much anal or 3 way and zero solo or lesbian if you're into that.
- A bit too "heartcore" for my tastes.
- Updates only once a week.
- As one sort of expects with the older actresses, there is a lot of silicone to look at. |

Wasn't really sure what I'd be getting here when I signed up other than a more mature line of starlets. Overall, it's pretty much a straight M/F hardcore site featuring pornstars in their late 20's to late 40's. The girls are mostly attractive pornstars (no BBW) and the production value is good to excellent across the board (no amateur feel to it). Here's the specs:
PICS: Like I said this isn't really a picture site. The pics dating from the beginning to late 2014 have portrait resolution of 1500x2700 but only have landscape resolution of 1500x840. What went wrong there? Others are a hodge podge of different sizes (a lot of 1000x1500 though). The most recent pics are all 1000x1500. The pics mostly look like HD screen grabs so there is some blurriness and cropping is questionable at times. A lot of scenes are shot in bright light or white backgrounds which causes some pixelation and washout. Most of my downloads were done in hopes that I could salvage some stuff that would look good on my monitor as opposed to looking forward to editing the sets later.
VIDS: Download speeds were good for me. With earlier vids you get options 1080 mpeg or wmv or 480. Starting in 2014 you also get 720 resolution options. This mostly a "heartcore" site which means lots of bright background lighting. The older vids show a bit of pixelation because of this but it improves over time. Also, through late 2013, the theme was "heartcore" (aka - porn for mimes) meaning that no one in the scene makes any real sex noises. Apparently the producers noticed that and thus incorporated random porn synthesizer music into various parts of the scenes to take it down another notch. The music goes away for the later vids (late 2013 onward) and the action gets more heated but there are no real story lines or conversation in the vids. The camera work is decent though and you do get some nonstandard views which is welcome.
NAV: As noted, it's pretty basic. You can only search according to model, date or ranking. If you are looking for something specific in a scene then you'll have wade through everything to find it because nothing is tagged.
MISC: There is a fair amount of POV style shooting here (run by remote or a cameraman, not the herky jerky hand held stuff done by the guy). The scene shifts in the vids can be a bit choppy at times too. Otherwise, the main theme is heartcore or heartcore with a slight edge. No real slapping or spitting here which is fine by me but it's almost too tame, especially if you've seen some of the actresses other work. As a comedian once said, "If the sex ain't dirty, you ain't doing it right."
If you're looking to add to your mature video collection it's worth taking a look at. Otherwise I'd say it's OK. If you're into pics then I'd say move along. Average is the site so average be my score. |

Pretty much everything I have heard indicates that 800x600 is as much as they can muster. Pretty pathetic considering the other content that is available ... maybe someone will by them a digital camera that can take pics bigger than 1 megapixel ;) I'm thinking that I'm going to pass on this site for now.

I find this strange to say but the nonexclusive content is what makes this site, not their original stuff and that ain't saying much. Here's the breakdown:
ORIGINAL CONTENT: 5 sites all link together. Pics come in at 800x1200 and all have zips - pics appear to be HD screen caps and aren't as complete as the vids. Vids come in streaming, 820x480 and 1280x720 HD and include clips and full scenes. The download speeds suck, around 150 kb/sec. The 820 and 1280 sized vids (roughly 700 mb and 1 gig in size) are almost impossible to download due to the length of time it takes. The quality is only average. You get iffy lighting and production but and the girls are teens/20's but only average looking. There is only one update each week between the five sites. Most only have about 12 sets so far.
NONEXCLUSIVE MATERIAL: This was the best part of the site. There are literally 1000's of photos sets and vids from about 15 to 20 production houses. You also get access to 380 DVDS but those are pretty old titles. Three big problems here. First, navigation is a pain. You can only jump 5 pages at most - not cool when dealing with this volume. Second, search is limited. You can search by about 20 categories. Then you can search by tags within categories. Tags and categories and model directory are all incomplete and sometimes mixed up (you get teens in the MILF section, some HC sets don't appear in the HC category, etc.) Also, porn stars who have multiple names require multiple searches - no cross referencing. Third, you don' know what you're getting unto you dig into it. Pic sizes range from 600 to 2500, you can only find out by clicking on pics to see what you can get before you try to zip or view further. Vids are similar, you don't know if it's partial scenes or full scenes and the quality and sizes are all over the board (no HD nonexclusive vids though). Couple this "hunt and peck" search method with the slow speeds and it's a royal pain in the ass.
As a plus, you get a lot of major production stuff (at times it looked like a Twistys or PaulMarkham or LegSex clone site) and you get Devils Film shots and other good stuff. So there is good stuff there but you have to spend a lot of time looking for it although you can search by production house if you want.
If they shelled out some coin for some servers and bandwidth and improved their search and navigation this site could easily score in the 80's. As it exists now, I can't really recommend it. If you do join you get the option of a $10 per month for life discount when you cancel but there's nothing here you can't really see within the trial period unless you plan on downloading a lot ... in which case it may take your lifetime to get it all ;) |

When deciding on whether to sign up or not, I looked at the Newsensations page and their list of network sites and not all of the reelpass sites were listed. I think this is true otherwise TBP would have the reelpass listed a clone site of Newsenations but I could be wrong.

I agree that this site doesn't measure up to the usual DDF standards and would best used as a "bonus" site when signing up for another DDF site.
I'm not really sure what the whole relationship between DDF and 21st Sextury is. I'm currently a member of Handsonhardcore (a DDF site) and some of the older sets there have appeared on Pixandvideo. I know that Sandy left for 21st Sextuary so they probably got exclusive rights to all her new stuff.

Have to admit, this is as close as I've seen to a blatant website advertisement here in a while. Let's see, a member over 6 months ago, no site facts or specifics, and your "cons" section make it sound like there's hardcore boy/girl content on this site when there's not. I was just trolling by this site, checking it out on the TBP trial offer, and just wanted to add that this site seems dead with still no updates since 2007.
For anyone else who might read this I just want to add that you can preview all of the models (you get a thumbnail look) and based upon what I saw I'd have to say that 90% or more of the hardcore sets are nonexclusive as I recognized almost all of them. So much for their exclusivity claim.

Great review and pretty much sums up my declining interest in the heartcore genre. Another point that makes heartcore less interesting is the fact that most producers marry heartcore to the gonzo genre (no real lead up, just two people suddenly appear on your screen and start to go at it) and the fact that if you're shooting for an international audience you can't have much dialogue which diminishes the final product a bit too.

I give you an "A" for effort on trying to show how you weighted your review but it is a bit hard to read at first (it took me a minute to see what you were trying to do).
I've occasionally thought that PU might want to develop a template to give reviewers the option of doing a "quick review" by just assigning a number to a few criteria without having to manually type out your thoughts. Something like that might be good for newbies who are intimidated by having to spell it all out.
