JD, I didn't go by the TBP settings. I searched on TBP with the word "teen" to see how many sites were showing up with the word in their name, a whopping total of 1,355 sites have teen in their name. When I mentioned teen as a genre, that was just the way I looked at the word in a site's name.

- Quality on some sites goes up to HD level, but there is no "standard" size across all of the sites, so it can be hit or miss.
Cons:
- You're going to get the old network trick of advertising 106 sites and 4000 DVDs, when in reality, many of the DVDs are the content that fills the 106 sites.
- Some sites have no photos, others like Brooke Skye have lots of photos, in zips too.
- Your guess is as good as mine if they really are updating. The nature of the network being mostly of ripped DVDs, makes it impossible to know what is new and what isn't.
Bottom Line:
I think this is a very good idea. If you ever joined the Mayor Network, a network of Canadian solo models, they are all here. All of their content from their official sites. These include Brooke Skye, Kat Young, Samantha Gauge, Casey Hays, Lucy Summers, Faith Belle and Shelby Belle. From what I've heard, all of them have stopped modeling, so trying to sell their solo sites as active was no longer working since content was being recycled.
For me, Brooke's content is worth looking into this network. She was one of the most genuine, girl next door models I've seen. She answered reportedly 500-1000 emails per month when her site was at its peak, she would wear things that members wanted to see her in, masturbate where members wanted her to masturbate. The best way to look at the network is this way. You're getting one pretty popular and highly rated network that was running strong up until 2008 that was of solo Canadian models. You get 5 sites of solo models that were near the top of porn's "innocent" phase in the early 2000s and you get a cookie cutter DVD site with 4,000+ DVDs. Sweet Dominique was the first I ever joined and I vaguely remember a banner on her site back in 2002 claiming, "The internet's most downloaded teen".
Overall, I think the network could have its audience. The Mayor Network was $25 and very popular with members, even here at PU. Those innocent models from the early 2000s are worth re-visiting again. And though the DVDs are non-exclusive, that goes into the old adage of "It is new to me if I haven't seen it". You're sure to find something in those that interests you.
The varying quality hurts a bit, lack of photos on some sites hurt, lack of zips on some of the ones with photos hurt. I think hit or miss is the best way to describe the network. I will say that I won't be back, at best it is a one month join to scour the exclusive sites, none of those exclusive sites are updating though.
My recommendation is if you like the models in the exclusive sites, try it out, if not, don't fool with it.
I finally remembered the name of the first site I joined. I joined it on a trial basis in 2002, it was one of those trials that says once you pay you get to see it all. Hey GCode, I never tried this site because it is owned by the same guys that run FC Nudes. My review has probably expired of FC Nudes, but you can still check it out. To put it mildly, they over-exaggerate in their tours and once on their site as a member. Got inside, the model list starts listing the models...no Eve Angel! I finally find her and click her picture. It says, "Coming soon". The way I would compare the two sites is that everything Babelicious has on Sexy Babes, UK Babes, is non-exclusive. The actual content on Babelicious though is probably 70% exclusive, but it only makes up about 1/3 of their total content. Xisty has a bit more exclusive content, especially the hardcore b/g sets they have.

I've had technical issues with VB as well. One thing you can try if you are streaming videos is to clear your cookies out. I would recommend CCleaner's software for that. I think they have had other problems with streaming as well. Doesn't seem like they've had that option for that long.
As far as the emails, I've been there with VB as well. I've sent probably 6-7 over the years and never received an answer to any of them. My guess is they have gotten too big for their own good.
