As I was told in a similar situation by a banking manager, most likely not only you will get your money back, but also if number of disputes exceeds certain threshold, merchants will get HUGE fines (so they will start losing money on their own fraud), or even can get their license revoked. Therefore, DISPUTING FRAUDULENT CHARGES HELPS NOT ONLY YOURSELF, BUT COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.
