Rusty – I can’t guarantee that this answer is 100% correct because there is no way to search for sex scenes so I scanned the thumbnails for the scenes to look for m/f sex. Some of these may be oral only, though most of them do appear to have some actual fucking too. I have to admit that I was surprised at how few sex scenes there are here. I knew there weren’t many, but I expected more than this: it turns out there are only 30 sex scenes on the site. To be fair though, the site is about bondage and not sex, and a lot of other bondage sites also have no sex.

Full disclosure: I think Kink.com is likely the best online porn company in existence, but I’ll do my best to stay objective…
Obviously with any website if you don’t have an interest in the material being offered then you’re likely not going to like it. That is especially true for a site like this where the material offered is definitely not mainstream porn. If you don’t like extreme BDSM then you definitely won’t like this site, but I trust that you can still appreciate the effort that Kink puts into the scenes.
Device bondage is just that: the scenes all involve a female submissive being put into bondage by using various devices rather than more traditional ropes. Kink has amassed quite an impressive collection of implements to immobilize the models. Once immobilized the model is subjected to some further torment and in most cases there are forced orgasms. Actual sex does occur, but not in every shoot. Many of the Doms are females.
This may or may not be new since I last looked at this site, but I find that there are more big-name porn stars here. Amber Rayne appears to have shot a bunch of scenes in the past while and there are other stars that I wouldn’t expect to see on an extreme BDSM site. Examples of this are Marie McCray, Sensi Pearl and Kaylee Hilton.
The scenes tend to follow a set formula: the scene begins with an interview where the viewers can see that this is 100% consensual. Then the scene is broken down into three segments so the girl isn’t in one device for the entire scene. This adds a lot of variety and keeps the scenes from becoming dull. The interviews have been polarizing here at PU and Kink uses them on all their sites. I suspect that they do this more to appease the puritans and provide some measure of legal protection, but the frequent criticism of them is that including them at the first of the video can kill the sinister mood. I tend to agree with that and would prefer the interviews to be at the end or even as a separate file. But since they’re easily skipped it isn’t that big a deal.
As of this writing there are more than 650 scenes and updates are posted approximately every four days with one scene being added each time.
This could be a good or a bad thing, depending on how you view it, but the models on the site don’t all look alike. There is a good mix of stars and lesser-knowns, ages range from 18+ to over 40. There are models with lots of tattoos and models without tattoos. The site seems to want to appeal to as broad an audience as possible.
Another ‘new’ element (which I may just have not noticed before) resolves one of the few complaints I’ve had about this site. I wish that they’d include more behind-the-scenes material and show the model being put into the devices rather than just start with the model already restrained. The site has posted a few ‘live’ shoots where the cameras are left rolling as the model is put into the devices and the production staff communicates with members watching the show live. There aren’t many of these live shoots, but it does give a glimpse into the inner workings of the site and I hope that the site continues to add them.
Being a Kink site, the technical bits are all up to or better than industry standards. Each scene has its own page and you can either stream or download the video. Downloads are available in either WMV or Mp4 format. Two resolutions are available for both formats. The highest resolution for both comes in at 1280x720. The bitrates are a bit different between the formats but both are approximately 7000kb/s. Both play at 30fps.
The site allows download managers and I didn’t experience any of the links timing out. Download speeds are a bit faster than I’m used to at other sites.
Perhaps the one thing that many prospective members might take issue with is the price. I agree that price is important, but price has to be taken in context too. I think that the price, when weighed against the value of the site, is very fair: this isn’t cookie-cutter porn. This is all exclusive, with mostly top-name models, in a dungeon-like building and excellent production values. Kink has some of the highest production values of any porn company and this stuff can’t be cheap to make. If price is an issue, be sure to sign up for emails from them because they occasionally offer membership deals. Also, once you’re a member of one Kink site you get discounts on the other sites. An element to the value debate is that Kink isn’t a ‘network.’ Each specific site requires a separate membership. Given the high production values and exceptionally high quality of the scenes on all of the sites, I don’t think this detracts from the value.
Device Bondage continues to do almost everything very well, and since I was last a member there have even been a few improvements. Even at full price the site is a great value if you like what’s offered.
There are probably some very good reasons why they don't offer a one-price access, but I agree that something like that would be great. Even some kind of bundling for older material. Still, even at the prices they charge the sites are so good that they are still an excellent value.

I realize that Device Bondage might not be for everyone, but if you have a bondage interest this is an excellent site. The site’s claim to fame is that they don’t use traditional rope bondage, but, as the name suggests, they use a variety of other means to bind the models. The most common is a set of pipes and clamps that can be used in countless ways. It all makes for quite a unique site.
Most of the scenes follow an effective formula: first there is an interview (to make it abundantly clear that there is full consent – this isn’t Max Hardcore). Then they move to a bondage scene with some S+M thrown in. Usually a second bondage and S+M scene follows. At some point there will be forced orgasms. Finally, the scene closes with another interview. The basic formula is also followed where there are multiple models.
As of this review, there are now well over 500 scenes on the site. They continue to update several times a week. Adding the uniqueness and creativity on the site to the volume of material makes this site an excellent value.
On the tech side, this site meets the high standards of all other Kink.com sites. There are both HD and SD wmv files, an HD mp4 and a format for IPods. You can download the entire scene as one file in the listed formats, or you can download it in segments. Pictures are also available individually or as a zipped set.
My only two criticisms of this site are subjective. First, at its core, this is really a non-sex site. Mostly the only sex is forced orgasms on the models while in bondage. This is excellent stuff, but it isn’t something that I’m really into. Kink.com has sites, like Sex and Submission that are more to my liking. Second, I’d really like to see the women being bound, either as part of the scene or part of a behind-the-scenes view. All the scenes start with an interview, and then move immediately to the model in bondage. Please Kink, add some BTS here!
Finally, the listed price may seem high, but consider the cost and effort that goes into the site when deciding to join. This site doesn’t hire a male a female and stick them in a bedroom setting to fuck. There is a lot of creativity that goes into these scenes. It is definitely a good value at full price. Having said that, there are ways to avoid paying full price. Kink.com usually offers a discount on a second site and having memberships to two Kink.com sites isn’t a bad thing. Also, register as a Kink.com member (free) and get on their mailing list. They regularly email special offers and deals on this and other Kink sites.
The bottom line is that this is an excellent niche site. It is unique, it is creative and it exceeds industry norms for the technical stuff. If you have an interest in BDSM, you owe it to yourself to have a look.

Device bondage is a site from Kink.com that meets their usual high standards. The genre is not one that I’ve ever seen before but it fits well within the fairly extreme BDSM theme of the network. This is bondage using things other than ropes. Various metal pipes and bars are used, as well as handmade device machines. The women (almost exclusively young, fit and attractive – with a surprising number of mainstream pornstars appearing) are bound in two or three positions during the scene. They are then tormented in some way, with clamps, floggers and clothespins being common. The women are not degraded in any way. All scenes contain an interview that makes it clear everything was consensual and the model was a willing participant.
It goes without saying, but this site isn’t for everyone. If you’re into mainstream videos or softcore, this site probably isn’t for you. The site is technically softcore in that there is no sex (one test scene is all), but it definitely isn’t ‘soft.’ But it is part of the Kink network and I’ve always counted on them for consistent quality and interesting, unique material. DB doesn’t disappoint on that count.
While it is unique, it can also get a little repetitive. I suppose there are only so many ways to bind and torment a model. One thing that makes it repetitive is that we never see a model getting bound. We only see the end ‘product.’ I think it would be interesting to include more footage of the actual process and to see the model get bound. There is also no scene ‘set-up’ – we start right out of the gate in a bondage situation.
The site layout might be considered plain, but I think it is simple and usable. It also follows the standard used at other Kink sites.

Videos are available in multiple formats so you’re bound to find something that suits you, from mp4 HD to mp4 for ipods.
While I’ve had no problems on this site, I did have an Kink.com account problem a while back that was of my own making. The support staff were just that – supportive. The problem was fixed quickly and effectively the first time.
The final issue is price. The price is high for a porn site, and is the priciest of all the Kink sites, and the reason for that isn’t obvious to me. I’m not going to judge on price alone though. I prefer to judge on value. Do I feel I got good value? Yes. A little less than some other fetish sites, even those on the Kink network. But I certainly don’t feel cheated either.
The bottom line is that only you can decide if you have an interest in this material. If you do, this site is large, technically well done, gives reasonable download speeds and gives decent value. If this niche is something you enjoy watching you can have confidence that this site delivers what it promises.
One of the reasons I like Pornusers so much is that it's an opportunity to share information like this. This might make the difference from someone liking or not liking the site. I've joined several sites that had major flaws but thanks to other PU members I knew about them beforehand so I went in with that knowledge. Devil's Film is on my list of sites to regularly rejoin but the update schedule is such that it only merits a rejoin once a year.
I've used their email offers frequently too and this is the first time I've seen this restriction. The offer was for $7.95 too rather than the usual $5. That may be the tip off. One thing to watch for is whether the offer carries any information that it does include full access. I sent the support staff several screenshots of the email and the join page where it was clearly stated that I was being offered FULL access. I think I'll continue to use the offers and see how it plays out, knowing that I can always argue with them if the offer was for the full access. It'll be when they refuse to provide what they offered that I'll stop buying from them.
I figured out what the problem was but it hasn't been fixed yet. That's partly my issue. I joined two networks owned by Fame and sent one support message with a question about both networks in the same message. They dealt with the other network (Mike Adriano, Anal Acrobats, etc.) but didn't address the same problem that I have with Devils Film.
The problem with the both networks was that I joined through an email offer for both. In both emails there was a clear statement that the subscription fee was for the full network. Opening the email brought me to a page where it also clearly stated that the membership was for the full network. But when I subscribed to both all I got was one site on each network. I sent them screen shots of the emails and join pages as evidence and they gave me full access to the Anal Acrobats network but never did the same for Devils Film. There are so few updates on Devils Film that I'll just cancel and move on.
I join these networks often and found them easy to deal with and fair so it surprised me to see them engaging in such shady tactics. I suspect that most new members or members who aren't as familiar with the sites as I am may have joined through the email and not even noticed that they didn't have full network access.

I rejoined this site and the network that it’s a part of. It has always come with access to several sites. The network has been redesigned but that redesign seems to be more change for change sake since the old design was functional and effective.
With this site they have made some changes that may mean this is the last time I join. In the past when you were on any site page that was part of the network there was a pull-down menu at the upper left that allowed you to select any other site in the network. That’s no longer there. In fact, there appears to be no way to move between sites on the network now. There is a ‘network’ tab and selecting that brings up all the scenes on the network but there is no way that I can find to associate those scenes with a site or a DVD. I’ve also tried googling other sites in the network (Peter North, for example) but my username and password won’t work.
Site access isn’t the only problem though. Now when you select a scene now it automatically starts streaming. For many this is probably a non-issue, but for me it is a major annoyance. I don’t stream, I download. If I want to stream the scene I’ll do that myself. Why waste bandwidth having this start automatically?
I’ve emailed their support staff to ask how I access the other sites. If I get an answer and they make changes or point me to a way to actually do this I’ll post the answer here.
I agree with you that this is frustrating. I'm a regular member at their sites and this is annoying, but the porn is so good I just deal with it. I think that if you don't know the limits and get a membership you're more likely to be angry than if you go in knowing that there is this issue. Don't give up on them! We just have to work a bit harder to get what we want from these sites.

With paid access to one site you get Daring Sex, Devil’s Film, Lesbian Factor, Lowart Films, My Teen Oasis, Peter North, Rocco Siffredi, Rock Star Porn Star, Silverstone Video, Silvia Saint, Tera Patrick and White Ghetto. There are also 13 niche sites, as they call them for things like POV and cum shots. I haven’t looked at those yet so I can’t comment on them. It doesn’t appear that there are a lot of titles shared between the sites either. There are a lot of networks that have a bunch of titles and they share them among several sites. With Fame Digital, that doesn’t appear to be the case which certainly adds to the value of the membership.
I’m a big fan of older Peter North series’ like Anal Addicts, Peter North POV and North Pole, and other older series like Peeping Tom and Pickup Lines. If those are also something you’re interested in they appear to have most of them. Other netowrks have them too, but they are incomplete.
I did have a billing issue when I was notified that my credit card was used for a membership at another site. Bottom Line:
There are approximately 900 DVDs on this one site alone. One advantage, or disadvantage, depending on your interests, is that this studio has a much broader range of niches than many other mainstream studios. There are the titles featuring fresh, young models, but for those with different tastes there are a lot of ‘unique’ titles too. If you like pubic hair, you’ll find it. There are even titles that feature girls using strap-ons on guys and guys felching their own creampies from girls. One thing I don’t like is that some of the titles are compilations. I don’t think a studio should offer compilations on a site that has the original scenes available.
While some of the titles available appear to be newer, it doesn’t appear that the studio is putting up their newest releases. The lack of current A-list stars leads me to think that. I may be wrong on that though, since many of the titles feature European models who I don’t know well, so those may be newer. The good news, if you’re like me, is that there are a lot of older titles available from the past decade or so.
The site has a very basic navigation. You can sort by theme, by series name and by title name. You can choose to view DVDs or by single scenes. Downloads are available in low or high wmv files. I didn’t try the low, but the high are not great, but not bad. Resolution is 720x528 at 2000 - 5000kbps. HD is available to download on some scenes, but not many. HD, when available, is only offered in mp4. Streaming is available too, in high and low resolution. I didn’t sample it because I prefer to download. HD is offered in a lot more streaming scenes than for download.
Pictures are available, though appear to be screencaps only. I didn’t bother with any though the ones I did look at had a very low resolution (711x480). Zips are not available.
The site appears to update daily, but that update is just a scene in a DVD, not the full DVD each day.
I used Free Download Manager and had some minor problems: many files would time out. There was a lot of reloading downloads. Using FDM, downloads were normally at 1800kb/s, though it sometimes dropped as low as 1300.
One issue is the way the site names the scenes you download. The files have a numeric name that gives no indication of which DVD it’s from. That leaves the user to associate it with the title manually.
The biggest drawback is the lack of a search function. There are drop-down menus for series, titles and stars, but there is no way to search for a title or star by just entering that name somewhere.
As studio sites go, this is pretty good. The TBP and PU pages seem to link to the mobile site, and on those pages they don’t note the monthly TBP/PU discount. It does exist – at $9.95 a month. Even without all the additional sites, this would be a great value. If you like mainstream DVD porn, this site will keep you happy for a while.
I missed the note in small print at the top of this page. This warning has been noted by other members on sites that share this membership (Devils Films, Peter North, etc.) but I missed it here. This site has a cross-checked membership to Pornaccess that will bill at $29.95 per month. I'm always careful to look for these pre-checked 'deals' and i somehow missed these. In my opinion, these are FRAUDULENT!
Silverstone, Devil's Film, etc. are decent sites that have a lot to offer. If they can't make money at the prices they are charging then they should charge more up front and let the customer decide.
I frequently stick around sites for several months and get memberships every year or so. This, however, has pissed me off and I won't be back to these sites again once my membership expires.
I'll report in a few weeks on how much trouble I have cancelling these memberships. I have no illusions that I'll get credited back the pre-checked charge, but I'm now worried that cancelling it will be a nightmare too.

- No star name associated with many scenes
- Notwithstanding the many dead links, only about half or less of the Diabolic library is online
Bottom Line:
This is my second time taking a membership at Diabolic. It appears that they may be undergoing a major re-work. I can’t say that for sure because my three emails for support were never replied to. I deduced the re-work theory from comparing the current site to the most recent review.
The biggest problem (assuming they are in the middle of a major overhaul) is that the site just isn’t ready for public use yet. Most of the older scenes I specifically joined to get have dead links. At the time I joined around 40% of the links were dead. (I didn’t test all of them, but I noted that every movie that shows it has had zero downloads has dead links, so I counted all the zero download movies.)
If the site is being overhauled, maybe some of the above will be fixed. Regardless of that though, there are some larger issues. I download the wmv versions, which are all large and look generally great. They are listed as HD. But they all (yes, all) have these annoying stutters. Sometimes it isn’t too bad, but other times it can get really annoying. Some of the stutters can last a few seconds.
I’m also not a fan of the site navigation. Each page shows 12 DVDs that are available. You select one that you want and that loads a page that shows the scenes in that movie. Under each scene are the options to watch it online, download it, or build you own. Hitting any of those options will bring you to another page (that frequently crashes) where you select how you want to do what you want to do. As in how do you want to view or download the file. Maybe I’m, being fussy, but having to drill down through three pages to download the file seems like one page too many. Maybe I’m just being fussy because I’m frustrated with all the other problems.
I have no idea why the site is as bad as it is. Maybe Diabolic is in its final days like someone here suggested (I hope not) or maybe they just don’t put the effort into web sales because they don’t see them as important. It seems to me that web sales are the future. I haven’t rented or bought a DVD in two years – everything is online now. I’m sure I’m not the only person who finds the web a more convenient place to get my porn. If so, Diabolic has to get in the game better than this. Adding to this concern is that Diabolic is updating the site a few times a week, but there are still well over a hundred titles that have never been added.
Diabolic has been one of my favorite studios for years. I really hope that they resolve the problems with their website because without it they’ll have no place in the online porn market.
And in the past I took it as a positive sign that the webmaster responded to concerns. Not so any more. Twice I contacted them through normal channels, and once through the email here at PU. Nothing in the two weeks since.
My recommendation is to avoid Diabolic until we have some assurances that the problems are fixed.
I rejoined yesterday specifically to download some scenes from some older titles. Over 40% of the scenes posted prior to April 2006 appear to have dead links. I bought the membership based on the fact that the movies and scenes were there but had no way to know that the links are dead. There is some evidence that the site is in the middle of an overhaul and that may explain the broken links. I'll report back here when I know anything more, but as of today my recommendation is to avoid Diabolic until further notice.
Drphil - one of the advantages of this site is the honesty and difference of opinion available before we spend on sites. I think Diabolic is a great value even though the price is higher than other sites. I balance that actual cost against what the site offers, and in my opinion Diabolic is one of the best studios out there and for them to offer a substantial part of their catalogue for this price with no DRMs makes this a great value.
You've noted in a comment that as of late December the file sizes have greatly increased. Please consider editing your actual review to reflect these changes. The fact that the webmaster has responded to us actual customers, and actually improved the site based on our complaints, speaks volumes for the effectiveness of Pornusers.com and while we should be critical where it is needed we should also reward and reflect good customer service.
I wish I was that lucky! Porn shops in my area seem to have stopped carrying Diabolic stuff. Many other top studios too. It may be that the Canadian Border Services is being run by a bunch of Baptist women who deem Diabolic's stuff too offensive, but for now, the website is my only means of getting Diabolic.
