I hope that is the case. I try to avoid having to use VOD sites for obvious reasons but in some cases I just can't wait to see a particular scene. They seem to have put the "Lexi" title up pretty quick so I'm hoping for the same with BWA 22. My fingers are crossed!

I’ve really liked and highly recommended most (if likely all) of the Fame sites that I’ve reviewed and Fame Digital is no exception. This site offers a huge amount of high-quality porn for an amazing price.
For readers not familiar with any of the Fame sites, they offer DVD downloads from several major studios like Devil’s Film, Silverstone and Evil Angel. The same studios are represented here and there is some overlap with other Fame sites but unless you’ve recently been a member at several Fame sites you’re still going to find a lot of material here that wasn’t on the other sites.
The main page is simple and effective: you have a choice of displaying the available scenes by individual scenes or by DVD. There is a drop-down menu listing all the DVDs on the site and ability to sort by the usual porn themes. You can also view by studio or by model. There are a lot of options for sorting the huge amount of material here, but there is no way to specifically search for anything: there is no search function available. While this is certainly a shortcoming, the many different options for sorting minimize the need to search. In most cases you can still find what you want but you may need to use a few more steps than with just an effective search function.
The site currently has over 3350 DVDs. My thought is that a lot of sites that try to please all tastes generally fail, but this site offers a wide variety of porn but still remains appealing. You’ll find all the usual porn niches here, like legal teens, anal, lesbian, etc., but you’ll also find a pretty substantial collection of transsexual and bisexual material. You’ll also find rarer niches like pegging and ‘grandmas.’ I’m not into the niches that I just mentioned so I can’t really give an opinion, but if you’re specifically looking for some of them this site has them, but they aren’t the main attraction here. The site is by far a conventional site that just happens to have some different ‘spices’ if you’re so inclined. (And if you’re like me and not so inclined, there aren’t enough of these niche DVDs that you feel cheated.) As for the more conventional porn, it runs the gamut from hard-hardcore (like Rocco Siffredi) to ‘artcore’ (from the Daring Film studio.) Regardless of what your tastes are all the DVDs I downloaded have one thing in common: the production values are second to none in the industry. Unlike other sites that seem to promote quantity over quality, Fame Digital doesn’t rely on ‘filler.’
One thing I especially liked about the site was the availability of older series and titles. Obviously the download options are fewer for these older scenes, but just having access to them is a big plus.
Like other Fame sites, there is no shortage of viewing options. Streaming is available in multiple resolutions, downloads are available in two formats (WMV and mp4) and in multiple resolutions. Obviously the resolution options are fewer with older material, but most of the newer DVDs offer the scenes in up to four WMV resolutions and up to 7(!!) mp4 resolutions – and that’s not counting separate downloads for mobile devices which offer a further number of resolutions. Many of the newer scenes offer both 720p and 1080p. Also on offer for newer scenes is 540p, which the site calls “Web HD.” This is an excellent option for people like me who watch most of their porn on a monitor. This is higher than the 480p that most sites offer (and is still offered here) without having to download a large 720p file. The 540p files come in at 960x540 at 1800kb/s and 30fps. The 720p come in at 1280x720 at 4800 and 30fps.
The site does offer photos but this is definitely NOT a photo site. The photos are shot during the scenes (but aren’t screencaps) and look good, but the main (unforgivable) flaw is that there are no zips.
The site isn’t perfect but the flaws are so insignificant that they don’t detract from the value. Like all Fame sites, download managers are supported but the links time-out fairly quickly so it isn’t possible to queue up a lot of files at once. Older titles often don’t list any performers, and with many of the European titles (like Rocco’s stuff) the female talent isn’t always credited. There may be three girls in a scene but only one name is given. Minor, but still annoying.
The one flaw that I think really does detract from the site is that they frequently don’t upload all the scenes from a DVD. In one case, for example, Tanner Mayes is the cover girl but her scene isn’t available. (And Fame, I take that as a personal insult!)
The bottom line is that this is an exceptionally good value for the TBP/PU discounted price (and still good without it). This is a huge amount of high quality porn on a site with a simple but effective layout with multiple viewing and download options. I highly recommend joining. I know I’ll be back.

Great review. I have no idea why, but I'm probably the only PU member who has never joined this network. That's strange since it seems to be anal-oriented. It's always on my list but has never made it to the top. I think the confusing membership they used to have was my reason a while ago, but that's been fixed hasn't it?

When I joined I was accused of sharing my password because apparently I downloaded the about 10x the content on the site. Obviously my password was compromised, but Buck tore a strip off me anyway. That was a bit annoying since other members reported the same thing. Maybe he's improved his security. I certainly wouldn't trust him with my credit card information.

Perhaps oddly, since I joined the military in 1986 I really don't like guns. They're a tool of the trade, and honestly, in a military environment they can be a serious pain in the ass since if you're issued one for training or operational reasons you need to have easy access to it all the time. You carry it everywhere, the point being that if you stop for a poop and a Taliban walks by he likely won't wait for you to finish before he finishes you.
But, I do actually have possession of a firearm. And sad to say for a law-abiding guy, it isn't fully legal in Canada. It is a 1920s vintage snubnose .32. I don't have ammunition for it, and I don't plan to get any. It was given to my long-deceased grandfather by a homicide detective in Boston, then given to my now very, very elderly father who gave it to me. It has no sentimental value but turning in a restricted weapon to the police is likely more trouble then it is worth.

This kind of crap could be the beginning of the end. I was a member here a while back and I signed up for two of the add-on sites. I didn't have a problem cancelling then, but if it wasn't for the comments here I probably wouldn't have discovered that the add-ons need to be cancelled separately from the main membership. That is counter-intuitive (and more than just a bit shady) given that the add-ons I added were actual company sites.
Fucking me over on a payment or cancellation is probably the quickest way to ensure that a website never gets another dime from me - and thanks to sites like PU we can share that information.
Based on this and other comments, my chances of every taking another membership to Bangbros is zero unless I see good evidence that they've changed their ways and treat customers with respect.
I agree that their reputation probably works against them. While several A-list models did work for them (like Amber Rayne) she wasn't subjected to the abuse that the amateurs were. I suspect that a new girl starting out in the business would be scared straight after working with these guys.
The same thing happened with Max Hardcore I suspect. He worked with several girls who did nothing after working with him. Hardcore Doorway is a small network of ten sites. Most of those sites are relatively small and three of them don’t really deserve to be called sites. Most of the sites haven’t updated in years and the most recent updates cause me to question whether the entire network is dead. The good news, however, is that some of the material is pretty good if it happens to be the kind of thing you’re into.
This network is the one of two affiliated networks, the other being Adult Doorway. AD may be better known since it happens to be home to one of the most abusive, misogynistic sites on the ‘net”: Facial Abuse. The sites on Hardcore Doorway use the same male talent, the same sets and many of the same models, so it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that much of the material here is pretty extreme. This is definitely NOT porn for everyone.
The site is made up of ten sites, but I’d only apply that label to seven of those. These are (including some current details):
• Sperm Suckers: 258 scenes, last updated three weeks ago
• Latina Abuse: 135 scenes, last updated almost three months ago
• Amateur Throats: 26 scenes, last updated almost two years ago
• Anal Recruiters: 33 scenes, last updated about two and a half years ago
• Huge Rubber Dicks: 20 scenes, last updated about three and a half years ago
• Lesbians Love Sex: 46 scenes, last updated almost four years ago
• Sexy Suck Jobs: 26 scenes, last updated almost four years ago
So it appears that only Sperm Suckers may be updating. The earlier updates were posted about once a week so I can’t be sure if they’ve stopped given that the latest scene is now three weeks old. It is also possible that Latina Abuse is updating. The update schedule there is sporadic with past updates being posted as frequently as one every three weeks and sometimes just once every five weeks or so. I think it’s fair to say that the others are now dead.
The last update for each of these ‘sites’ was four and half years ago. The reason I don’t think these should be considered sites is because they offer limited scenes, those scenes are not exclusive, there is no scene information available, the scenes are only available as a series of small (20MB +/-) clips and they’ve obviously been abandoned.
I think given the fact that only two sites MAY be updating it is fair to say that no one should join this network expecting to stick around for a while to get more updates. So the question then becomes is this network worth a membership at all? Obviously the answer to this question will be different depending on what you look for in a site, but given that the material on the seven main sites is fairly rare (rough, hardcore anal with lots of genuine creampies and oral cum-play, for examples) and appears to be unique a membership here can be pretty good value, especially if you factor in the $20 price offered to TBP / PU members.
All of the sites (excluding the three non-sites as noted above) use the same simple but effective layout. There are 20 scene links per page in each of the sites and those links open into a separate page where you can stream or download the video. Streaming is in one resolution only, but the latest scenes do offer a lot of choice for downloads. WMV files are offered in 720x480, 640x480 and 320x240. There is usually an option for low-ish quality MPEG and MOV files too. In many of the newer scenes there is at least 720p offered and in a lot of scenes there is 720 and 1080p on offer. The 1080p comes in at 1080x720 at 5000kb/s and 30fps. Each scene is also broken down into smaller clips if that happens to be your preference.
Photos are available as singles and zips and they are pretty good at 1440x960.
Other minor issues are that some of the files wouldn’t queue up for downloading with a manager. But others would queue up. I have no explanation for this and can’t say exactly how many files fall into either camp. The other problem I had was that I fairly frequently got kicked off the site and had to log in again. Both of these are minor, but still frustrating. (Additionally, I always had to log in through the site I joined even though the network join in page was identical AND the network provided me with a link to sign in through the network. That was frustrating until I figured it out.)
So is this site worth the membership? My answer is a tentative yes. Tentative because there are few updates and much of the older material is low resolution, but on the plus side this is porn you won’t find elsewhere, and it is definitely some of the hardest stuff available. Add in the discounted price and I think this network is worth a look even if only for a one-time membership.

Bottom Line:
I’ll deal with the 800lb gorilla in the room first: this site is not for everyone. This is a site affiliated in some way with Facial Abuse and Facial Abuse is well known here as being among the most abusive, misogynistic sites on the ‘net today. Prior to joining this site I knew that there was an affiliation, but was unsure as to how close the connection was. The connection is close enough that this site and Facial Abuse use the same sets, the same male ‘talent’ and many of the same models appear.
First the good news: the scenes here are pretty interesting if you like this stuff. This is not porn that you’d sit down and watch with your wife or girlfriend unless you wanted her to leave you. The males in these scenes go out of their way to make the women feel degraded and abused, both physically and emotionally. For those readers who aren’t into BDSM material there is a vast difference between BDSM and abuse. Sites like those on the Kink.com network might be seen as abusive by the uninitiated but it is clear that the women are consenting and enjoying what is being done to them. At Kink, the models they use seem to genuinely get off on being submissive and those dominating them are actually giving those submissive models a lot of pleasure. Not so with Anal Recruiters. These guys abuse women for their own pleasure and either these female models are some of the best actors in the business or they are genuinely NOT having a good time. (As an aside, many of the models are quite attractive but I’ve not seen them elsewhere. I wonder if shooting for this site turned them off from porn.) The scenes don’t really follow a formula except that each scene involves finding ways to physically and emotionally degrade and abuse the models. Many of the models here seem to be in obvious physical pain. But… to be fair I have to point out that there are just as many who seem to take some enjoyment from their shoot here.
The other good news is that over half of the scenes on the site are offered in HD. (The bad news is that the HD scenes are only offered in WMV format.) Both 1080p and 720p are offered in most cases where HD is available. The 1080p comes in at 1080x720 at 5000kb/s and 30fps.
The newer scenes have download options available, though the standard format seems to be WMV. WMV files are offered in 720x480, 640x480 and 320x240. There is usually an option for low quality MPEG and MOV files too. Then there is the above noted HD option. (I don’t understand coding, but the 1080p files aren’t much bigger than the 720p so those are a good option.) The download options are reduced with the older files. The scenes are also available as smaller clips and streaming (in one resolution only) is also available. You can’t fault the site for providing options for members to access the material.
Photos are available, either as singles or as zips. Regardless of when they were uploaded they come in at 1440x960.
The site itself is small with only 33 scenes. And since it hasn’t updated in over two years I don’t hold out any hope for the site to keep growing. I know that’s an instant deal-breaker for some potential members, but if this is a niche you’re interested in or you want a scene with a specific model (for me it was a Veronica Jett scene…) the site might interest you.
The overall layout of the site is simple, but I found it literally ‘clunky.’ I’m assuming that this is a choice that the webmaster made, but the main page is set up so that when you scroll it doesn’t flow smoothly but clunks along often causing you to overshoot where you want to be. The main page shows the scenes available and you have a link to either the photos or the video which then opens into a new page with the available options for each.
Other problems are that I kept getting kicked out of the site and had to log in again. This may be a means to protect the site, but it is definitely annoying, especially since at one point my password stopped working too.
I can’t conclusively say that download managers don’t work, but I couldn’t use Internet Download Manager to queue scenes. It would work to download individual scenes and it would speed the process up. Download speeds were a bit less than average but still pretty good at 5MB/s on most files.
The site is part of a small network (Hardcore Doorway) which certainly improves the overall value of the site, though any prospective members should be aware that the abuse theme runs through most of the network too. Also adding to the value is the $20 monthly fee for TBP /PU members.
So would I recommend this site? Probably, but only to people who join with their eyes wide open and knowing that the site does at least as much wrong as it does right. This is a rare niche (thankfully!) and if it is something you’re interested in then it is probably worth a look. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.
An excellent review. I'm not much into softcore but this is one softcore site that I like and go back to. I am, however, a big fan of public nudity and as you point out, this site does that well. I'm glad to hear that they're still doing some public stuff since so many other American producers are shying away from it due to the proliferation of security cameras and the rise of neo-puritanism.
