Thanks for the review, messmer - another one for my shortlist too. I've been leaning towards pictures lately, since the insipid BGM on most softcore videos turns me off... but if there is some dirty talk to the camera, that's a different matter!

I've never bought DVDs, downloads only for me. But I like physical printed stuff and have been collecting erotic photo books for a while - which is admittedly increasingly hard to store discreetly!
As to magazines, being into nylons and pinup type stuff, I buy choice issues of Leg Show that feature models or photographers I like.

Exactly, RustyJ - for the same reason I don't watch any reality TV, it's just cheap and easy to produce. Much better to see that all involved - not just the actress - are making an effort!

This is very much a personal opinion - and perhaps I'm a bit of a prude - but anal has never really appealed to me, either in porn or in real life. So I do sometimes feel like there's too much around, as if it's become the only way of having sex!

Agree, Capn - was a member here a few months ago and will likely join again at some point to catch up.
Some of the sets didn't quite work for me, but it's good to see a photographer's site evolve as their technique improves; more recent sets are definitely better. I found the same at Breath Takers, where sets from maybe 2-3 years ago were good, but didn't quite have the atmosphere of the more recent ones.
The site design/layout at FB is exemplary, too.

Although here we have very diverse tastes, I think in general we're not representative - to start with, as some folk have said, most people here agree on disagreeing with many common porn themes such as fake boobs.
But more than that, the fact we are here itself makes the difference; that we are interested in porn, rather than just - just :) - using it for instant gratification. Discussing it intelligently and rationally (and paying for it) puts us in a different demographic from the majority of consumers, so as such our views are likely to be different.

Thanks for another great review! My own score for this site is high; I thought yours might be a little too high, but then reading your review, you've got a point :)
PP isn't perfect, and perhaps a little niche - but as with you, the quality of material and originality of concept means it remains my favourite site despite having been through quite a few.

Great review tangub, I guess your findings were similar to mine. I did like the mixture of models there - there are so many sites that concentrate mainly on east European models - who are stunning, but I do also like British and French models, and it's good to see a variety in one place.

Brad, good to see you here and a great review - I liked FB, but like you I'd have liked to see it be a bit more erotic, especially given how lovely some of the girls are.
The site itself is exemplary in operation and agree that 'favourites' feature is good - would like to see that on more sites!

I'm stuck to choose an answer here. I'm not sure if I'd say exotic, just different; for instance I quite like (east) Asian girls, but not specifically because they are 'exotic'; just because I do, in the same way that some folk might like big boobs or blondes.
So I guess the appeal of interracial sex is valid; but to class it as taboo is, I think, quite offensive. Either way, it's not something I specifically look for, or specifically avoid; in that way I guess it's just like any other sex.

Hi Fred, great to see you here :) And a great review of PP - it's good to know that someone else sees it to be as good as I do.
Perhaps the most telling part of your review is 'And even the girls which are not my favorite types have something to offer here.'
I found the same there - we all have our preferred type of models, but despite all the models being so different there, I found at least one or two sets I liked and downloaded for every one.

Having recently joined, it seems that recent material is a touch more explicit; some of the later videos feature more touching and I guess softcore masturbation. It's still relatively tame compared to more typical porn, but still a good site with some nice scenes and ideas.

I'd say I do like erotica, but not art-nudes... although I guess that's a subtle, and subjective distinction. For me, I think, erotic photography focuses on the context; eg the situation, a tease, voyeurism, a clothing or other fetish, believable actual or hinted masturbation.
Whereas I see art nudes focused purely on the body of the model; which, with no context, I find a bit boring.

Although I deal with the stuff at work, and understand the dynamic of it; personally I don't really get social networking, and don't use twitter or facebook under my own name. I'm also something a minor conspiracy theorist and I really don't like having so much info out there with my name on it.
As to PU; suspect that even among those who do use it, many may prefer not to share their proclivities with their FB friends! I guess it would be interesting, if it were here, how many folk would link up their (real name-based) social networking accounts.
