Maybe it has gotten better, but they have virtually non-existent customer support. I emailed them about the double billing and did not receive a response for well over a week. I find that level of customer service to be pretty poor, also canceling was quite a chore. They have some attractive girls and a nice archive, but the video quality of their scenes could be better (best I have seen is 720p) and it seems a lot of their websites are no longer updating or updates are infrequent at best. Can any recent or current members confirm it is still the same in regards to billing/support/canceling or has it gotten better? 11-29-14  06:11pm Replies (0) Comment 2 Mofos Network (0) No full trial Despite what you guys list, the trial isnt full. Nothing about the site is really bad, the content is pretty much all well shot, acted and produced and the newer videos look good. It is quite frustrating how they havent made some of the older videos available to be downloaded in a higher version. You can stream them at a higher quality, why not offer them downloadable at a higher quality to? I guess it all depends on what you like, but outside of a few sites, I thought the website got a little boring. Monster Curves is probably their best site, but updates are not weekly and some of the sites seem to have inconsistent updates. The website hasnt responded, which isnt surprising, Epoch the billing company did, but they can only issue refunds through live chat or phone and neither seems to be working. Like I said, I have had no problems with Naughty America, but the people that run NA run the other site and they are advertising it quite heavily on NA and I dont want other people to get scammed. 08-13-11  02:18pm Review 8 Tonight's Girlfriend (0) 50.0 Status: Current Member for less than 1 month (at the time of review). Pros: Good looking, quality videos in HD Big name stars Cons: You cannot download any of the scenes, they dont tell you this of course, they take your money and then you get to find out. The streaming portion was up and down, sometimes it works, but most of the time it would lead to a server error and a lot of scenes wouldnt even play. Poor Customer Service. I sent support a message wondering about the downloads and issues with streaming and still havent heard anything back in well over 24 hours. Bottom Line: Until the site either makes it's content downloadable or they at least get their streaming crap up and running this site is a total rip off looking to sucker any and all customers. 08-13-11  01:11pm Replies (5) Reply 9 Naughty America (0) Reply of caliman's Reply The site is pretty new, so they dont have a ton of videos, but all the videos had starts I liked and Naughty America offered it at a nice discount so I joined up. Tonightsgirlfriend.com is a mess though, like I said, you cant download anything and the streaming part doesnt even work. Total rip off. The main Naughty America site is good though, I have had no problems with them and their content looks good. The only issue they have is the scene situations can get pretty damn repetitive. 08-13-11  01:06pm Comment 10 Evil Angel (0) Solid website, but lots of room for improvement I joined the Evil Angel website a few months ago and I will say it has gotten quite a bit better in terms of quality. One of the more frustrating aspects of it however is the slow progress of updates. I guess I can understand they have a massive catalog of DVD's to bring onto the site, but by that same token the Evil Angel sub-site at Videobox seems to have A LOT of recent releases much faster than the actual Evil Angel website does. For instance, I think the latest Evil Anal DVD on the Evil Angel website is #12, while Videobox already has #13 and #14 posted. Granted, Videobox updates are not in HD, but even there the Evil Angel website is a bit clunky I have found as the video quality of the some of the updates lags a bit. Raw #6 for instance isnt listed in HD on the Evil Angel website the the Video Box version actually beats the quality you can download on the actual Evil Angel website. 08-13-11  06:51am Replies (0) Reply 11 Brazzers Reel (0) Reply of malikstarks's Reply Yeah. this site isnt very good. Brazzers makes a big deal about the library and the "HD" content, but you have to buy credits to download or view a lot of the premium content and the other stuff can be found on any of the other websites like Videosz or Videobox. I havent had many issues with the main Brazzers site and even their Mofos off shoot while not having a ton of quality content has been pretty standard, but this website just isnt very good and is incredibly lacking all things considered. 08-13-11  06:43am Comment 12 Naughty America (0) Rip Off Alert This is less a comment about the main Naughty America website, which I have had nearly zero issues with (outside of how annoying it is not being able to use a DL manager), but for those that are considering joining their new website tonightsgirlfriend.com, which is run by the same company, but not part of the NAU package. Dont. Stay the hell away. I just joined and the site is a mess. The content looks good with some of the bigger names in the industry, but you are unable to download ANY of the movies and the streaming doesnt even work. I have gotten zero help the the websites support staff or even epoch which gave me a broken link to request a refund. Basically I was ripped off by everyone involved with this site and I dont want it to happen to others. I mean, after all thus far almost all the girls are favorites of fine and the trailers looked awesome. It looked like something different than the normal Naughty America content which, while solid most of the time, can be a bit bland at times. All I have to say is stay the hell away. I have never had an issue with Naughty America, but here they are ripping folks off. Nowhere on the site before you join does it say streaming only, but after joining guess what you can download? Nothing. Like I said, I would tell people to stay as far away as possible, which is a shame since Elegant Angel has some really good material. Seems they were doing updates and that's why I was having problems logging in. Site is back up and running well. The Vivid material is pretty bare though, they have a few good movies like Perfect Match which pairs the Red Light studio with a combo of Vivid girls and general gonzo girls. Their biller is crap, it popped up as fraud by my card company and for good reasons, turns out when I tried to join, they took my card and charged it for sites I never agreed to join. Up to 4 other sites with the total nearing $100. Until this site gets a reputable biller like Epoch or CCbill, stay the hell away. It allows me to log in and browse movies, but when I click on the movies it just goes to a blank screen and nothing else. Are they upgrading their system and their server is having issues maybe? I think part of the problem is that here and on Epoch (the biller) on those two websites it lists it as a 2 day subscription, but on the red light website it lists it as a one day trial. The problem is that Jules seems to be totally against internet downloads and taking the focus off the DVD market. This has been especially true it seems in the last two years or so. I too remember when this one of the best websites around and now it's just awful. 05-28-10  11:50pm Comment 22 Bangbros Network (0) Rip Off Long story short I bought a subscription to Bangbros Monday night, after the website wouldnt let me log in, I contacted their customer support. What a joke. They never got back to me, after 24 hours I still couldnt log in and they never got back to me. Thankfully epoch reversed the transaction, but beware. I am a member of such adult websites as Brazzers, Naughty America and Videobox and I have NEVER had any problems with them. I will never join bangbros again after this.
