Joining a single BDSM site can be frustrating and even leave the user feeling unfulfilled. Subby Hubby does have some of the lingering problems BDSM sites are known for, but there is plenty of good content. Humiliation of males or females does not interest me. I believe part of that is because we – the viewers – know these are porn actors and they are following a script. Which is why humiliation in porn does not work for me. I see it more as the producer or director trying to push buttons with the viewer. There is nothing wrong with pushing buttons sexually, but I am not sure humiliation is sexual or not.
I listed this site not being good for mainstream porn fans and believe that’s a fair assessment. The categories alone would push some people away. Bi Blowjob, Forced Bi and handjobs being performed by what are supposed to be straight men come to mind.
Cuckolding is my current favorite niche in porn and Subby Hubby does the niche well. These scenes do not try too hard to make you feel like you are really watching a husband watch his wife have sex with another man, but it is more of a visual for me. I enjoy seeing males aroused by watching what is supposed to be negative to them. On that note, I do not like seeing males crying and upset and looking abused while watching their alleged wife having sex with another man.
BDSM sites – in my opinion – have one big hurdle to get over with me. I do not want to feel like the scenes are trying to get out of the way of the niche. Most of the scenes on this site do a good job of at least, in imagination, feeling natural and not too scripted. For fans of JOI, Jerk Off Instruction scenes, there are over 30 on the site and those are good.
The site works well, too, which can be a problem with some of the BDSM sites. The categories are well laid out and easy to understand. You will likely only know the models if you frequent BDSM sites. The majority are attractive. There is a slight case of overacting, especially from the cucks, but it can be looked over. The forced crossdressing cannot, sadly, be looked over. Which is another possible problem for people trying to get into BDSM. Something like forced crossdressing, which I have never experienced in real life and have trouble believing it is common, is something you have to deal with on BDSM sites. I do believe the sites do attempt to cover all bases and that is understandable.
The site works as it should. The downloads are relatively quick considering I am off the mainland of the US. The videos are clear to watch and the pictures are a nice touch. It’s a good site overall, not quite an elite site, but you could do far worse in this niche. I would put it somewhere in my top 10 of BDSM sites. |

I very rarely join a site without included downloads. Fetish Pros captured my interest when I noticed the models are all females and some are from the more mainstream side of porn. I find the no-men approach to be both interesting and possibly new and exciting. One of the most common complaints with BDSM and fetish sites is the reliance on gender roles. I am reviewing another BDSM site that casts the males in a submissive light. The gender roles become almost as stale as just common sex.
There is good news and bad news. The good news is the scenes take on a more playful and fun tone than typical BDSM scenes. That can be important as fetish and BDSM can be intimidating for females. The void I believe this site fills is not as extreme as saying fits between hardcore and mainstream BDSM. The more hardcore sites can be off-putting even to the most interested. The mainstream BDSM sites can be so vanilla it causes the viewer to forget there is a kink or fetish being explored. This site hits you with the obvious kink being explored, but does not take it to any extreme.
It is a letdown that downloads are not available. I am just not sure if this site is a site downloads would help. These scenes are entertaining to watch, but because the scenes are not hardcore, strict on the fetish or accessible and boring, maybe it is better to just watch/stream the scenes and move on. While I listed no men as both a pro and con, I am more on the con side of it. I do get tired of gender roles being a focal point in BDSM porn, but I see two or even three women in bondage as being playful and exploratory with each other. It seems like every positive has a negative.
The streaming videos are good quality and the pictures are good quality to look at. The site is very basic in navigation and that makes me happy. I get lost with all the tags and search terms on most sites.
I do think it is a safe join for the interesting take on fetish porn. Having all women makes the fetishes less threatening and in some cases, the women do look to be having fun and enjoying themselves. Which is another part of BDSM porn I believe goes overlooked. You could be watching a hardcore BDSM scene and not notice either person enjoying it or having fun because they try so hard to sell the pain and dominance of the fetish. This site tiptoes around that and just delivers a fairly good example of different kinks and fetishes while giving the viewer plenty of pretty nude women to look at. |

BDSM is a gem in the porn industry. It’s often presented as a bondage precursor and our minds even see bondage, whips and other contraptions when thinking about BDSM. We just are not fully aware of BDSM when we think that way. Regular porn scenes, cookie cutter even, employ BDSM with typical gender roles of the male being dominant and the female being submissive. We just do not think about that being BDSM.
Damsels in Peril pushes the genre forward by having damsels in peril, but not just to men. Some scenes have one woman dominating another. This at least breaks the monotony of men dominating women. The flip side of that is the basic beliefs in BDSM and domination/submissiveness come from age old beliefs in human nature.
Where porn usually strays in BDSM is in humiliation and degradation. A dominant being does not want to hurt their subservient submissive. It’s just to a viewer, the need of physical visualization is often required to see the dominance. Damsels in Peril is one of the better sites at not needing extreme degradation or humiliation.
Scenes are often including bondage ties on wrists and feet, some gags, but the action shows more enjoyment and arousal than degradation and humiliation. It’s one of the hardest parts of viewing porn based on a concept. The director and producer has to figure out a way to convey the “weakness” of one and the “strength” of the other.
As a good example of this, if you ever watch pegging porn where a woman wears a strap-on and uses it on a man, that is a very easy to see form of who is dominant and who is submissive, but maybe it’s not that simple. What if the woman doesn’t want to wear a strap-on and the man loves being pegged while getting a handjob?
Damsels in Peril fixes that – for the most part. Their models are highly effective actors and the scripts or actions if not scripted, come across as authentic.
I mentioned the con for the download limit. I have seen it listed as 6GB per day. I have not tried to download that much and would rather not hit it anyway. I usually download a few scenes each day and try to give every scene a fair chance to earn a spot in my collection. That is one of the strengths of BDSM porn. What may not look like a great scene based on the preview could be the best BDSM scene you have seen in a long time. The chemistry between the actors and as important, with the producer and director, is what makes a great BDSM scene.
Better known sites have tried the formula, like Pure Taboo and Deeper, but the viewer’s level of interest in the BDSM aspects are the only way to know if the scene is good or not. My interest heavily revolves around the actors and producers seemingly being on the same page. I want to walk away from watching a BDSM scene thinking the dominant one has to be satisfied with the result and the submissive has to be satisfied with the result.
Damsels in Peril is an excellent site all by itself and stands on its own, but currently they are providing access to F-F-Fights and FemmeFight, neither are sites I would normally join, making them both very good additions to Damsels in Peril.
Because I am not convinced of the importance of the types of models in BDSM porn, it is worth mentioning – the models, in the scenes I have watched are excellent in this type of porn and seem to be genuine to their role (dominant or submissive). It takes quite a few parts to come together to make a good BDSM scene and these are some of the best I have seen! |
