Gotta say I liked the way it used to be when we had a much more active community.

I accept market forces might dictate change, but a lot of good old stuff might disappear down the plug, ( some of us old users included! Disgust

It doesn't necessarily have to mean large investment in new tech.

Just think out of the box with existing tech.

Provide something to the market which dozens of other websites aren't doing.

It seems certain that the porn industry is in the doldrums at the moment.

Currently, I think the main problem is there is too little diversity in commercial porn websites.

Most of them seem to be gunning for exactly the same mainstream broad niches.
This applies both to hardcore & softcore.

Not all hardcore needs to be done the same way.

Not all softcore has to be artsy.

Webmasters, please do not get lost in the maelstrom.

Show some flair & individuality.

I am waiting, with an open mind.

So far all that has happened is that a unique hook has been done away with.

In all honesty though I doubt a mainstream hook along the lines of discounts to hardcore networks would appeal to me.
I am hard pushed to find any site worthy of a subscription.

As things stand, my main hope for continued participation would be via the forum, if we can get contributor & contribution levels up again.

From my perspective it is not so much panic, it is more a case of waiting to see what happens.

As there is so little on topic material being produced, really there is nothing for me to review.

I am intrigued by Rick's recent gambit, but in all honesty, I doubt it will appeal to me.

I know we have been around this many times.

Essentially the requirements are pretty simple to fulfill & I feel there is enough scope and flexibility in the genre to be viable even with a limited model pool; provided there is sufficient variation in outfits & to a lesser extent settings.

PinUpWowdotcom is an interesting variant, but for me lacks the full frontal nudity pay-off.

Next to nothing available in this genre though, other than sparse incomplete sets, usually in low quality.

I would love to subscribe to such a site & know there are a few others on here that would too. I know I have been propping up this thread for a long time, but it is not just me that is posting on it.

In order to merit subscriptions though, there would need to be regular new updates.

The likes of 'Only Tease' seem to be doing very well on the theme, but lack full nudity, despite a significant proportion of the models appearing in harder nude material elsewhere.
Yes, there are a few series posted as 'Nude' but many are miss tagged as such.

Unfortunately, it seems to be their fixed policy not to make full nudity a requirement.

I see it as everyone trying to appease the masses.

Content producers aim at the large slice & get a small sliver of it if they are lucky.

If they moved to a more focussed target niche, perhaps they would have more success & identity.

I came here originally via a link from some random surfing, liked what I saw & dived in.

I enjoy the reading the viewpoints of others and have made many virtual friends here.

It is easily the most civil & tolerant online forum I have ever visited & I really like that.

Despite the almost total lack of any 'on-topic' material for me these days, it is not just the forlorn hope that I might find a hitherto undiscovered gem amongst the maelstrom of hardcore that keeps me here.

Indeed, I certainly appreciated the flexibility of being able to pick & choose what it should be used for.

It was a great deal more use than a discount voucher, for instance.

I feel honoured to be the last winner.

It was always a nice bonus to win, but not really the main reason for being around.

That said it was a rare, perhaps unique feature.
