useing pre paid visa debit card for paying for site's i just had few question i know that epoach.com and ccbill,com you can use them i been looking at some prepaid visa debit cards all one's i been looking at say you can only use them in US dose this matter with epoach and ccbill.com meanig can i use prepaid visa debit card that says only can be used in US? secound questioni know lots sites have a reacureing charge until you cancel do i have to cancel site or will it end when there no money left on the card meaning should i canel the site before money runs out or not? | |
