Bottom Line:
Only Tarts is primarily a Euro based site that features some of the newest and fastest rising stars in the industry. Only having, at the time of this review, a small library of scenes totaling ~500 scenes, what stands out most is the quality of scenes.
Navigation on the site is simplistic, without much in the way to distract you from finding or scanning through scenes. Pages are not cluttered with banners or sidebars, while it may be convenient if done right, the simple structure of the site is helpful with the navigatory accessories to distract or take up space on the page. Just a simple navigation bar across the top of the page is what you get. Once you select a scene, you will find the usual accessories of “like” and “favorite,” description, tags, related videos, and the hit or miss feature for some sites of a comments section. The video downloads and access to photos are simplified and easy to navigate. Models on the page are only of the female performer and not of the male, so sorry to those that want that.
The site does feature as one of the navigation tools of “Best Scenes” which is a nice touch. Only to go further in the videos page to be able to select and filter out the “Best Scenes of…” by year, all time, etc. Whatever timeframe you want to search. Being that the site launched in 2023, there isn’t much long-term use of this feature, but once the site accumulates more years, I see where this would be a useful feature. One unique item worth mentioning is in the individual video pages. Typically, with most sites, when you switch tabs or pages that are associated with the scene, the player window resets, thus making you start over or trying to find where you left off. I know, why would you do that, but sometimes you want to navigate around. Some sites will have a way for the video to keep playing in the background which also could lead to missing out on unique points in the scene. Not Only Tarts. When you interact with the scene’s contents, the video pauses ensuring that you can pick up where you left off when you were exploring.
The models are the site's biggest strengths. Primarily European/Foreign starlets but the “older” scenes do present some American ones. I last reviewed this site in 2017, and recently rejoined this past October. From 2017 to then, the UI had not changed at all, and it looked dated even in 2017. Then about 3 months ago, they went through a full redesign, and the new version is a massive improvement over the previous one. So if you’ve joined in the past, it may well be worth a look again.
In addition to the main Teen Dreams site, there are also 11 solo sites included, plus Les Archive. But none of those sites have updated in years.
The redesign really improved the viewing of picture sets online, although for the older sets (like before 2010) the slide show still uses very small pictures. But the more recent ones now have decent thumbnails.
The models are very pretty Eastern European. In the early days they had some real stars on the site, then they got a little more average, but the wow factor on more recent models is moving on up again.

I was able to spot a few of my favorite models from years back and enjoyed expanding my collection of those models. The archives date back to 2004, so there is a lot of stuff to look through.

Bottom line – this site has really upped its game. It had been quite stale for the longest time, even though it was still plugging along. Only Secretaries is one of the sites in the Only All Sites network. I joined this as a stand-alone site, but it’s also possible to join Only All Sites at a higher price. The site started up in October 2007 and has been updating regularly since then. Updates come daily, and some times there is a second update on the same day. So you have a big archive plus lots of new material.

One unusual practice is that at the end of a photo set, the model will hold up a package of the stockings or panty hose that she wore for the shoot. One thing less common on this site than an exposed pussy is bare feet. They take their stockings seriously here. My first site I joined was the Blow Pass network. Only Teen Blowjobs is arguably the best site on Blow Pass and Blow Pass is also owned by Gamma – the company that owns the mega-network Adult Time. I joined the ATK Network about a year ago. It did not explicitly say it included ATK Girlfriends, but it did. I am glad it did. Viv Thomas is a name that I have read a lot about and heard a lot of porn reviewers talk about in a very positive light. I can see why. One of the important parts about the site’s quality is it is in the Met Art family or network of sites. Similar to when a site ends up owned or managed by Gamma – the quality goes up and navigation becomes familiar and very simple. The most commonly used compliment with Viv Thomas’ work is based on his love of beautiful, young but legal women. That is easy to see as soon as you enter the member’s pages.
My lead-in con is the most sincere compliment I can give and still see it as a minus. The older scenes, oftentimes, using the same models, had supreme chemistry between the models. It is clear, Viv had his preferred models and they were happy with being in his preferred group. The newer scenes do – to an extent – lack that chemistry, but I might just be seeing chemistry as production ability. I went through the same feeling on sites like DDF and ALS Scan. The newer scenes are far from bad. I would even venture out and say the scenes still offer more chemistry than the majority of porn sites.
The site has very simple and straightforward navigation, including a tab for videos, a tab for photos and a model index to find your favorite models. Each model, once clicked upon, opens up to a page showing all of the model’s scenes. There are 4K downloads on the majority of scenes over the last 8-10 years. You can also download HD resolutions if you prefer. The site has over 2,600 videos and nearly 4,000 photo sets. The photo sets are as good as any on the Met Art network and would be worth the price of a membership.

I want to start with the age difference con comment. I joined this site right at 10 years ago, in 2016, and I liked it, but was newer at online porn subscriptions and didn’t really take in how good the site was. The site’s price is a little more than we are used to. It is just under $40 once you convert the Euros price to USD. Let it be a show of my happiness with the site when I say I let the membership recur for a second month. With so many niches and genres these days, it almost feels boring to say this site covers all of the niches I prefer.
I’m just glad I remembered to join it again after 10 years away and think I will join it at a much higher frequency in the future.

Bottom Line:
There seems to be many phases of BDSM in porn. Mainstream BDSM can be entertaining, but is rarely convincing. Some sites then take the violence and degradation to every extreme possible. Restrained Elegance does an exceptional job of not only living up to their name, but exemplifying it.
The videos are good at pushing close to an extreme but not quite reaching extremes. The actresses are clearly into BDSM and not just because the site wants to try BDSM scenes. I do believe the BDSM actresses are just like any fetishist and they are highly capable of delivering a performance matching their passion and interest in BDSM.
With that said, Restrained Elegance is not like the typical porn site. There are updates and some of the updates are just older scenes they have archived. There is a full explanation on their site that explains it would not be cost-effective to them to store all the scenes to be downloaded and streamed. I am not technical-savvy enough to know how realistic that is, but the way the site updates does not bother me in a negative way.
I do believe some of the humiliation could be stronger than most porn fans are used to, but I believe fans are getting smarter and more understanding about fetishes. There is an audience and room for new audience members. It just could be off-putting for some. One thing I appreciate about Restrained Elegance is you will never see a model look like she hates what is happening or like she does not want it to happen. This is a fine line that I believe separates Restrained Elegance from other BDSM sites.
The pictures are a major part of the site. These picture sets can be downloaded and show everything from the beauty of the models to the bondage contraptions in still photography. The videos are HD quality when downloaded and are enjoyable if you are into BDSM.
The site itself is a bare-bones site. Depending on the user, that can be good or indifferent. The site does make me feel like they are more dependent on the quality of the content than bells and whistles. Though, bells and whistles may show up as bondage accessories.
I do consider myself a BDSM fan and join this site about once a year. If you really like the content, a more frequent subscription could be the choice for you since it will open up more of the archived sets to you. Shady Spa is part of the bigger Nookies network. The Nookies network doesn’t look to reinvent the wheel or to even present a story. The scenes are straightforward, you take a naked, pretty female, usually in their early 20s and put a penis in her hand and the end. I am not trying to take away from the network at all. There are times where this type of porn is appreciated. Other networks have made long careers out of this happy go lucky type of porn and honestly, it is entertaining.
There are over 20 sites in the Nookies network and the majority are handjob or cumshot focused. There are some sexual intercourse scenes. The navigation works well unless you complicate it and it is possible to complicate it, so don’t.
Some of the sites have been around as long as I have been reviewing porn and while though scenes are in lesser quality, some of the performances are actually quite better than the newer scenes. While the network can feel lackluster, it really shouldn’t.
The newer sites like Shady Spa, have high quality downloads and the scenes are generally good. The models are better looking in the newer scenes as well. There should be a mention of the younger and older niche. I am sure there is a large older men audience for the younger women giving the older men a handjob.
The positives start to overpower the negatives when you see the downloads are unlimited. And Shady Spa, for example, has a new update every week. There are other sites updating. Not surprisingly, one of the best looking sites they have on the network is their own original scenes. These are also updating weekly.
What I think the network does best is a focus on covering as many niches as possible.They have a hardcore, creampie site called Breed Me, a “mom” blowjob site, even a granny blowjob site, and from there they cover almost every niche you can think of.
I enjoyed the monthly subscription and would recommend it, but I don’t think I would stay for longer than a month at a time. The lack of stories would normally be a big negative for me, but there really are times where I get away from the need of plots. This site is run and supported by MetArt (but not a part of MetArt Network) and where all the material provided here is from Thierry Murrell. When it started up, it was all material sourced from Antonio Clemens.
Updates are quite frequent, ranging from 1 to 4 updates per day. Mostly softcore stuff, but occasional boy-girl and girl-girl. The solo sets are mostly just stripping and posing nude, but some masturbation also appears. To me, the solo, just nude stuff is the best part of the site. But YMMV.

That led to the final rift between Antonio Clemens and MetArt and the site’s new direction.
Anyhow, back to the current situation. Plus it’s not that hard to rack up $500 in billing on the pay-as-you go plans if you really like a site. They will also throw in a 1-year membership to a second MA site with any lifetime subscription. And then you no longer need to madly download material before your month expires, and you can spend more time just enjoying the sights.
With any of these satellite sites in the MA network, the general recommendation is to join Met Art first, since it is the flagship site. But if just Met Art alone isn’t enough for you, then Stunning18 would be a highly recommended addition to your subscription package.
