One might think that with the availability for trans models to work on more sites than in the past that Grooby might have more trouble finding attractive models. Doesn't seem to be the case. I'm not a current member of this site, but the roster of models in their newest scenes is as hot a group of trans models of various nationalities as I've ever seen. I would say the same of their Asian T-Girl site (an all-Asian site, as one would expect), Frank's TGirl World (also a Grooby site - pretty much all Asian or Brazilian) as well.

Grooby sites know that they're delivering unique content and they aren't afraid to charge for it. They also very seldomly discount and when they do, in their annual sale, which is any time from August to October, almost all the offers are to existing customers only.
I joined this site and part of that decision was the extra sites that are part of it. The issue I have is the content on those sites is not what I expected. One of the sites has not updated in more than a year and the other is just posting the same content as this site for the past few years. Not getting the value of three active sites.
Joined Ladyboy-Ladyboy and this site is included. I thought they would have different content. Prior to the middle of May 2021 the content varied between the sites. From what I can see they started publishing the same content on each site after that. The content is good, but at this point they are the same site.
Does anybody know how to cancel with this site? I just read the latest comment and that's scary. But I'm kind of experiencing the same thing. I took a stupid risk, the biller was listed as TransDollars when checking out, and my bank account says TreasureSupport. I've checked both of those sites out and no luck. They both looks shady af honestly. But I would hate to have to cancel my credit card because of this. Please let me know if you have had any luck cancelling with this site. I have a 90 day sub that started in mid march so I have some time, but want to cancel asap, thanks.
This is a decent site with a lot of Brazilian solo scenes, and some good hardcore scenes worth a try if on sale.
I entered on a $10 offer, which was billed correctly, but watch out for the pre-checks. You get a site notification of the initial billing, without any billing company info. A couple days later I was billed for an additional $40, which my credit card blocked, and there was an additional $1 charge as well.
The site has a customer service telephone number to an Asian country location, but the voice prompts do not work and you get cut off. I tried to use email and got an answer that didn't acknowledge the problem, so I had to cancel my credit card and get it replaced, so they can't do a rebill.
In the future, I won't pay for any site that does not identify a billing company with a web site. Lesson learned.
Multi-Monthly/Yearly plans no longer come with downloads
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
TBP: "A monthly membership to TransAngels only includes streaming videos. You'll need to pay an extra $14.99/month to get downloads. Signing up to for 90-day or yearly plan, or switching to one of these multi-month options, will also provide access to downloads."
RR: "Downloads are only included with a 90 or 365-day membership or a $14.99/month upgrade."
No longer are downloads included with a 90 or 365-day membership, at least not the 365-day deal I went with so I'm assuming it's the same story for its smaller sibling.
Granted these reviews were published in May 2019, I was let down after subscribing to TransAngels with a yearly plan only to be greeted with requiring a "download add-on" package. A "yearly download add-on" price is more or less the same sum as the yearly subscription plan, thereby doubling the initial sum. This makes a huge difference.
They already do not disclose whether its stream-only or whether it comes with downloads on their tour pages or anywhere before joining, I am well aware of malpractices like this so I look to TBP and RR for these eventualities and user reviews but this blunder feels like a kick in the teeth.
Took it to their support team as I was frustrated, but I was told it's "just the way it is now".
For the first time, I was planning on cancelling the deal altogether in the space of an hour within signing up. I'd never done that before. But we managed to negotiate a deal on their "yearly downloads add-on" knocking 30 bucks off it.
It beggars belief how sites think they can get away with this unscathed like nothing has happened. Once I roll my review out in the coming months I will dock a good amount of points for this despite the negotiation softening the blow. It's one thing asking for an additional charge on standard monthly plans, but to charge on top of multi-monthly and yearly? That's a whole new story altogether and in my opinion, greed.
I'm not normally into transexual scenes and I've never subscribed to a TS site though I have watched some TS stuff if it's part of a membership. Just out of curiousity I visited the tour pages of this site and Jesus H. Tapdancing Christ some of the models here are stunning. I'm not ashamed to say that if in real life I had an opportunity for a couple of hours of naughty fun with some of these models there would be no question in my mind as to what I'd do.
