Does anyone know if they have removed the older photosets/videos? That would be one of the main reasons for getting a subscription. It would be a shame if those photos are no longer available. You can download streaming videos at 1080p (5K bitrate) no problem if using a decent download manager - I use IDM. I decided to upgrade to VIP after downloading a few videos just to see if there is any difference in the video quality - and there is none, not even for the bitrate size. This was disappointing because 5K bitrate for 1080p is just standard quality. So, save yourself $10 because there is absolutely no improvement in the video quality. You would only pay the $10 if your download manager cannot capture streaming video. PS the same also applies for Babes.com (ie, no video improvement) but for MOFOS.com you do get a better bitrate of 12K. I looked and this is for the current material only, NO DOWNLOADS level. To get downloads, you either pay $34.95 a month MORE at sign-up for a "premium" membership or $10.00 a month more for the "VIP" membership once you join. I'm not sure what else the premium membership includes since they don't explain levels anywhere. I just rejoined Twisty's using the TBP/PU discount and when I went to download my first video, the damn site is telling me I have to pay $10 more a month? That REALLY sucks! So they basically are saying FUCK YOU to the Porn User discount. Nowhere when I signed up did it say that this was a limited membership or provide any information about a required upgrade to download videos. (There was an option for Twisty's premium for $39 extra a month, but no explanation so I unchecked it.) The TBP review over here at "Twisty's Network" mentions it, but my prior review and my link to the site was from the twistys.com review page. (TBP/PU folks, don't move reviews to a new page, merge them! It is not a new site.) I spent a few minutes chatting with support and they said it was "because there was a lot of piracy." Really? How does paying an extra $10 eliminate piracy? There didn't seem to be any other options, so I cancelled while I had the guy connected. I went back into the site and discovered that there are no options to download images either. Apparently that also requires the upgrade. What a sleazy, sleazy way to screw your customer base for a few extra bucks. Sorry, you just lost me as a subscriber, Twistys. I've joined pretty much every year since 2000 and have written pretty good reviews. Looks like that will be ending this month. I think I will write a review based on the value I get with the non-VIP membership compared to the 30 or so other sites I've been a member of within the last year. High score? I think not. Good news - as of 6:30 PM Pacific on Tuesday, the download buttons are back. And they work. Just so you know I unchecked the cross sell for "Twistys Premium" - no idea at all what that is but they want $39 a month extra. The site provided absolutely no explanation what it is. I also used the trick suggested by some PU members. I used my credit card but used a bad expiry date both the first try and second try when it tried their primary biller MGBILLINGU. Both times it bounced. On the third try it came back with Epoch as the biller where I used the correct expiry date. It worked and I got a confirming email from Epoch and I'm now in and will start checking it out. I'll report back after the first month with a review, if everything works out OK. So far so good! BTW, I'm not sure how this site, Twistys Network, is different than the Twistys site that gets $5 more. Not sure I'll find out from this little test but we'll see. Wish me luck.
