Sure enough $600 disappears from my account. Thankfully I got it back after canceling my debit card and disputing the charges, which was easy to prove as they were all out of my state. Ridiculous. If you go the cancellation page on the site, it says that the system is down and to contact them by chat, phone or email. I was impressed with the content and download speeds but the billing issue is obviously a no go. It's a shame that so many sites use Probiller. I won't subscribe to any of them after this. For those that dont care about downloads, they can disregard. I may be a voice in the wilderness or maybe I'm just a relic!? But I miss the days when you could count on unlimited downloads being included with the advertised price of a porn site. Now, its become a game where you have to look closely at fine print, figure out what type of membership includes downloads, Standard, full access, Premium, etc. I consider it a Royal Pain In The Ass! Frankly I view it as a degree of deception by the billing processor. ProBiller in this case. ANY SITES...and there are MANY.... now associated with ProBiller you should be well aware that those sites will not include downloads unless you pay an additional charge. I dont know why they just dont put it out there in BOLD TYPE, CLEAR and CONCISE! DOWNLOADS WILL COST EXTRA!!! There is No question about the quality of the material on Reality Kings or other sites controlled by ProBiller (Brazzers, Twistys, MileHighMedia, Babes, Digital Playground, etc, etc) All these sites are good to great. But they all have that sneaky way of not being clear about the extra $ associated with downloads. I look frequently but have dug my heels in to the point where I doubt I will ever return to a site controlled by ProBiller. There are so many other networks out there that offer decent material INCLUDING DOWNLOADS! For God Sakes, throw a bone or boner once in awhile and give up downloads to annual memberships or something!! All the "Christmas Deals" look so sweet @ $5.99 but adding the download option jacks it back up to $20 / month. 1 last comment on the topic. For those that dont download, keep in mind that the material changes for reasons I dont know. Maybe servers get corrupted or run out of space? Maybe there is some type of contractual arrangement with the actors & actresses that require them to remove it? But if it were not for the ability to download, material that is removed from the sites is gone forever! It sucks they own some of the biggest sites on the net that used to be really good, but they have ruined all that in a number of ways. Yes, I suppose they still produce pretty good content from time to time, but not with as much consistency. However, here is the reason I would caution anyone from joining ANY of their sites.... 1) They will steal your money and if you somehow get it back, they will ban you. This happened to me....twice. There were fraudulent purchases on my account (this has happened several times on MindGeek sites) and I disputed them. The times I have gotten it back through them was like pulling teeth. However, two of the times, they outright refused to refund my money. When I got the money back through my bank, MindGeek deleted my accounts and told me I was banned. Since the 2nd time this happened, I havent joined. 2) TI see they deleted a TON of their older scenes from both Reality Kings and Brazzers. Their customer service has told people some of the scenes will come back but that many had to be deleted for copyright reasons or some BS like that. Are you kidding me? There are tons of other sites that still have all of their content from 10-15, even 20 plus years ago, and yet MindGeek had to delete all of those scenes? Its either a lie, or some kind of utter incompetence that led to them, having to be deleted. Bottom line...I would strongly recommend against PAYING THEM for any of their content. You may have had good experiences with them, and some of you may not care about them deleting older scenes, but eventually, they WILL do something that makes you realize that what Im saying is true. I was under the impression that there was a strict download limit on this site, and that their sub-site HD Love didn't allow any downloading whatsoever anymore. But I just spoke with their live chat support person and they said the obvious $15/month extra for downloads, which I already knew, and that there was "no limit" on downloads, and that "all videos on RK are downloadable" when I asked specifically about HD Love, so they didn't directly answer my HD Love question but sounds like from what they said downloads are unlimited and HD Love is able to be downloaded from as well. But I don't %100 trust Probiller so i was just curious if anybody with a current subscription with downloads could answer this, thanks.
