When I first joined things were looking very favourable with 28 sites to choose from and a broad selection of themes. However after a few days of downloading various movies things started to go downhill. First of all you notice a lot or most of the movies are not HD quality and then you're download speed starts to slow down and in my case come to a standstill. I contacted the customer services but got standard replies back every time saying nothing appeared wrong with my account and everything should be working fine. I enquired if the site operated a download limit but received no reply. In trying to resolve the problem i asked to have my login id and password changed but was sent a reply asking me to phone the USA as my account had been compromised, even though requests to change passwords are supposedly done via email requests and having informed them phoning between the UK and the USA wasn't a good idea for cost and time difference reasons. Eventually having tried to resolve this matter I had had enough with little or no constructive help from the customer services I cancelled my subscription. All of the new scenes have the option, you can't download them but you can retrieve them from your Temporary Internet Files folder after they have completely buffered.
