It says username inactive. So I sent a mail to their customer support "24/7/365 in wich we take pride" and nada zip zero. 3 days and 3 emails later I have not gotten a single response, and I still can't login. I complained about their old design in my review under their "AllSitesAccess" alias, so I just wanted to recognize that the new design fixes all the problems I complained about.
