Also after I joined the site, and paying for the downloads, the downloads did not work. I called tech support and that person tried to assist me, as much as he could. which did not work. I was then told to email tech support with my problem, how long it will take I don't know. But Im sure they won't prorate my membership for the time it takes to correct this problem. So basically I'm bought a membership with the download option that does not work for now. It was a learning experience for me, no more sites that charges extra for downloads. They use one guy.....I guess his name is Hunter. He is the worst.
